The hotel was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The food in the Hotel resturant was really good. The pool was warm and beautiful. They played a movie on the wall of the outside courtyard which our Grandson loved. Bring Marshmallos and cook them over the firepits in the courtyard. We would definitely stay there again.

The AC was broken in the room. We did not realize it until 1:00am since some hotel rooms take a while to cool off and we arrived late in the evening. Tried to call guest services and it took them 20 mins to answer our call. They said engineering was not in therefore nothing they could do about the broken AC. We moved rooms first thing in the AM. At checkout the next day we realized that my husband had left his new shirt hanging in the closet in the first room. The hotel was unable to find the shirt and has not called us to let us know if the shirt has been located.

Overall the hotel was good. Room and bathroom were nice and clean. Pros: Shuttle to Sea World, Close to lots of restaurants and shopping, Great price. Cons: Had to go to different floor for ice because our ice machine wasn't working on the floor, location was far from downtown area we had to drive at least 20 minutes to get to events going on during Fiesta festival.

Great vacation! The hotel was very close to sea world which is why it was selected. The rooms were clean and in good condition. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful which made our stay a great vacation for the entire family. The movie nights around the fire pits was a nice way for the family to spend the evening together.

The hotel is very close to SeaWorld. The outside and the lobby of the hotel are up to date, but the room was very old. We had a problem with the AC not getting the room cold. They could not give us another room so they gave us a free breakfast buffet. Was not what I expected from a Hilton hotel.

I was very impressed with everything. Great for the whole family or just a romantic getaway. Great pool, outdoor theatre, outside fire place. Cant say enough about the overall stay. Highly recommend.

Great location, great service, great stay.

The hotel was nice. Exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, since it was off season for several days (Tuesday and Wednesday) some amenities were not available. But staff was great and hotel was clean. Nice to have shuttle to surrounding areas free. Would stay again. Ice machine was not working on my floor, but they brought ice to me when requested.

We were extremely pleased with our hotel choice while in San Antonio. The property is beautiful, staff was pleasant, our room was very comfortable with a nice balcony and great view of the property. Plenty of ammenities on site, no need to leave the hotel with a gorgeous swimming pool, play area with slide for small children, restaraunt and family activities as well as gift shop and child care. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Very close to two major theme parks, lobby is very inviting! Very clean rooms!! Definitely stay here again!!

Overall fantastic, only gripe is the restaurant and bar service was very slow and appeared everyone was left to their own schedule and no head waiter to oversea things. Quality of food however, superb. I would for sure go back. The garden and pool area in the evening with marshmallows, fire pit and movies was ace!

Normally I travel for business purposes, but the trip I took to this hotel was a family vacation. The service was great, the employees were very friendly and the rooms were roomy and comfortable. I would highly recomment this hotel if you are planning a trip to San Antonio, especially if you plan to go to Seaworld. From what I saw, the business traveler anenities were excellent as well.

This hotel came just in time when I needed a nice weekend getaway alone. The staff was very attentive. The room was clean and relaxing. I loved the food in the restaurant. I spent the evening sitting by the pool and having dinner. It was tranquility at its best.

We stayed at this Hilton for 3 nights over the Easter weekend. Hotel facilities were very nice, what you would expect from a Hilton. Our room was on the small side, but comfortable. Our one complaint that kept us from giving them 5 stars was that they were very slow refreshing our room. Each day we left early in the morning and returned between 4 and 5 in the afternoon and our room had not been touched and there was not a cleaning person in sight. This was not a big problem for us as we just re-made the bed and re-used the towels. Overall, very nice with that one minor hiccup.

We can not find words to describe how wonderful this hotel and staff was. We always go to Orlando to vacation and we have found our Hotel, we intend to vacation here for the fact that this is Family oriented. I love the movie and marshmallows at night, restaurant and bar for parents to relax.. We love you guys!!!

We stayed here for 5 nights in the beginning of April. The Hotel itself was gorgeous. The pools were very nice and clean and the courtyard area was so cool. They had movie night outside complete with fires and s'mores. We did have a few issues. The $50 per night incidental charge they charge you off the bat is a bit insane. So for us to stay 5 nights on top of our substantial room charge we got charged a refundable (within 3-5 days after check-out) $250. If we hadn't have had a credit card with us, it would have been a huge issue! No ice machines worked on any floor but 1 - and there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Other than that it was a nice place to stay and so close to Sea World!

Even though I got there around 11:30pm it was still pretty hopping. Of course I got there on a week-end of a Miltary base graduation of basic trainees and their families were there from out of town. There was a bit of confusion on rooms, they gave me a key to a room that was occupied, but they more than made it for it by giving me a suite. The young lady handled the check in crowd with smiles and did not get ruffled. I liked that!!!

This was an excellent facility that is close to Sea World and other entertainment attractions. On-site facility was great. Very nice set of swimming pools, exercise equipment, and outlide seating areas. Several fire-pits burning in the evening created great ambiance. Kids liked the outdoor movie.

This hotel was very kid friendly they hosted a movie night outside on a projector which my children enjoyed they also had basketball available for guest. The beds were very comfortable the hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful. Swimming area was very relaxing and kid friendly. SeaWorld was 3 minutes from the hotel. I will recommend this hotel.

I stayed with a large group of friends and everyone's card keys stopped working at some point over the weekend. My card key didn't work from the beginning. They told me that if the key got close to a cell phone it would deactivate but I call BS on that. My teenager carried his card key in his phone case the entire weekend and it never stopped working. The service in the hotel's restraunt was not very good. There were no towels by the pool. I had to go into the lobby to request towels from the front desk but no one could give me one. So I had to wait about 15 minutes outside with a wet, tired, screaming toddler until they finally restocked the towel rack...which by the way was empty for about an hour before I asked for a towel. There is no valet....but there was a valet desk outside. We paid extra for a suite but it was tiny and crowded. The fold out couch barely fit in the room when opened. I would not stay there....spend the extra money to stay at the Hyatt it is worth it. It is true...you get what you pay for.

My family recently stayed at this hotel and it was great!! The people there are very friendly and ready to help in any way they can. The beds and pillows are awesome!! Best sleep I have had in awhile. The hotel is clean and the food at the restaurant is good. We will come back to this hotel.

This hotel is 3 minutes from SeaWorld the shuttle was available all day and night. I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again. Movie night outside for the kids was great we saw a different movie each night. Hotel was very kid friendly, pool area was very nice also had a play area and basketball rim for my older son to enjoy with basketballs available at the front desk. I rate this hotel a 10. Beds were very comfortable, shower was nice size. Hotel was very clean in hallway area.

I was excited when I booked this hotel. I thought the facilities looked extremely nice from the website. The main lobby was pretty. Our room was "garden level", and had a musty odor to it. It was an ok size, however, I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The entire facility looked dirty.

Considering the number of families with very small children, this hotel is maintained very well. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a little noisy late in the evening as families returned from their day but still quiet enough. We did not stay in the room all that much due to our reason to visit San Antonio but we would definitely stay there again in the future if needed.

Amazing hotel! We will only stay there on every San Antonio trip!

We went to seaworld and this was a geat choice. Right across the road from seaworld. 15 min drive to the alamo. Hotel had a great staff and kids 5 under got to eat breakfast free. Rooms were great.

Excellent even at full price. Kids love the pool and fire pits. They show movies on the wall outside by the fire pits at night!! awesome!

Bed was lump and floppy. First room we had smelled like Dog Pee. Moved us to another room which had no working phone and the safe did not work. Ice machines are all out of ice the entire stay. This was not a good stay by any means!

The only thing going for this hotel is that it is close to SeaWorld, even though there are a few others in the area. The restaurant thinks too much of itself, the service stinks (not because of the staff but it is ill managed.) One kid movie at night and they charge you $5 for a small zip loc bag (with 4 marshmallows, 1 Hershey chocolate bar, 2 small packages of graham crackers and 2 sticks). This hotel STUNK! AVOID

This is a GREAT hotel & the service/maintanance was excellent! Every time I needed something, I called the front desk to make the report and they showed up within 5 minutes with whatever it was that I was needing. They have a really cool outside lobby/patio area by the pool where you can sit and watch family movies on a huge projector. It feels like your at an outside movie theater. Kind of like the old "drive-in" where you use to watch the movies from your car, but this is MUCH better since they have tables and comfortable chairs surrounding a nice little bongfire where you can keep warm or melt marshmellows. VERY COOL place.

We checked in right around 7pm. Dropped our bags and went to the restaurant for dinner around 8pm There were tables available so we were seated right away. The real waiter didn't show up to take our order for 30 minutes. The food didn't show up for another 30 and all we ordered was a blt, a burger and some Mac and cheese for the kids. So we thought this was a fluke, though other tables were complaining of the service. We went to another restaurant in the hotel for breakfast. The buffet was picked clean so we ordered off of the menu. That took 45 mins to get served. Unacceptable. I'll never go to that Hilton again.

This was one of the best hotel experiences my family and I have had. We had a little hangup upon arrival as the hotel receptionist told us our King Suite was not available and tried to place us in a King single. Turns out there were plenty of King Suites, so I don't know what the problem could have been. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the family oriented activities the hotel provided including the evening outdoor movie and roasting marshmallows over an open fire pit. Lots of fun. We plan to stay here again when we return to San Antonio.

The only reason the hotel comfort got a 4 was that the air conditioning kicked on & off frequently so one minute you were cold next & the next not so much but most hotels seem to do that...& the quality got a 4 only because the bar closed at 11 & we got there pretty late. Other than that my stay was wonderful & my bf & I plan on having a little getaway every other weekend now :)
