الفندق فخم جدا وجميل .. والأثاث يبدو جديد جدا أنصح في الاقامة فيه ... عيبه انه يبعد عن دبي مول مسافة يجب ان تقطعها بالسيارة ولا يمكن الذهاب للمول مشيا على الاقدام

أفضل الفنادق! لن ننسَ إقامتنا فيه... يضم الفندق الكثير من الغرف مما حال دون تقديم طاقم العمل المساعدة الكافية. خدمة الغرف رائعة وطاقم الاستقبال متعاون للغاية... كما يرحب الفندق بنزلائه من العائلات. شكرًا للإقامة الرائعة التي حظينا بها في هذا الفندق.

Even though the hotel is close to sites like the Burj Khalifa, nothing notable is within walking distance and you have to take transportation to get anywhere. Hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were huge. The Rooftop pool was very nice.

This was our first time in Dubai and the location of this hotel was perfect. Great service, friendly staff and happy to help with transport and anything else required. It was worth joining the Dusit Club for breakfast, happy hours, high tea and car to airport. We will stay here on our return.

We had a great stayat this hotel. The deli restaurant on the ground floor was a greatfind. Awesome service and food at reasonable prices.

You will fall in love with the decor and the quality of service there. The free really high speed Internet is a huge bonus. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for the family

the hotel have seen the best of days. the 2 BR apartment we got was very poorly maintained, broken lamp screens, chairs falling apart. The staff never managed to get the correct amount of towels, had to call for more every day!It's a far cry from been what it once was, a 5 star hotel. When complained personnel excused themselves that the hotel was fully booked and the part that we stayed in hadn't been renovated yet. But no been able to clean the room, store it with correct amount of towel, iron/ironboard, hair dryer etc etc is poor management

Most services at Dusit Thani Dubai were great! However, I have some problem to reclaim my partner's mobile phone. She left the phone with her handbag on our breakfast table to go the buffet bar and upon return (within few minutes) found the phone had disappeared !!!! . Response from management was disappointing as the phone was 'picked' by a guest by mistake (who when pressed took out from the back pocket) who managed to check out before any action taken!!!. I sincerely thank the restaurant staff/manager/supervisor for being most honest & up front to help to sort out the issue. However, I would have expected management to not accept/tolerate such incidences and should have contacted the guest with our mobile phone sooner or given the accurate account for the 'lost & found' phone.

The hotel staff were very helpful and nice. warm welcome from them all. overall experience was good.only buts is the fact that there was no free laundry service, since we had a 2 bedroom apartment suite.. also no hair dryer you have to request and no micro wave we had to request also. but the response was fast and good.Good to have the free shuttle service to varios location, that was a big plus. and good location.

We booked a two bedroom suite at dusit thani.Check in was quick. The room was clean but a bit tired and dark. Beds are very hard. Pool on the roof is very windy. Breakfast is expensive.Dusit club is o.k. I would not stay again at dusit thani

We stayed there with our family of 4. 2 BR suites were excellent choice. It was near to all attractions. Service was excellent. I would recommend this to any family that is looking to stay in Dubai for vacation. Roof top pool is a must visit!!!

I was very satisfied

Good staff good hotel and loc

We stayed there only to put on a room which hygiene was unbelievable. The beds are old which resulted in a huge dispute to reasons we do not wish to share (beds are not clean!). The hotel management did a great job in making it up to us by offering new room and services but it was a dramatic experience and did not expect to see such stuff in a 5 star hotel. Very old furniture which is dirty and inhabited by things we do not wish to disclose out of respect for the old mutual relationship with teh hotel (guests since 10 years) however would not recommend this hotel at all until it is COMPLETELY refurbished.

I booked this hotel based on its location and 5 star rating. Star rating is way over rated. I will rate this hotel at 2 star. Our room was as big as a shoe box, lobby of the hotel is depressing, receptionist seemed overwhelmed. On map it looks so close to dubai mall but taxi has to drive round and round to get there. We ended up canceling our rest of the stay at the hotel.

A good 5* Hotel with all amenities and good service.

the room needs to be sprayed with disinfect as there was a strong odor in the room.

Great place. Let me check in early and staff was very helpful and friendly.

I have reserved for 2 adults 2 children 1 bedroom suite and that was not recognized by the hotel although I provided a copy of my confirmation! they claimed that they did not allow a 1 bedroom suite for more than 2 adults and with a long discussion with the duty manager, he agreed to provide a mobile bed for my 8 year old and my 5 year old had to sleep on the sofa. I have explained that I purchased a room for 2 adults and 2 children but that seemed to be not grasped by the hotel reception. Out of my 6 visits to dubai staying in different hotels and not even 5 stars, this was the worst in dealing with this situation.

Excellent.Staff were so much accommodating and friendly.

A good place for relaxation

Staff were very sociable and happy to be with.

This is not a five-star hotel, it is true that the room was clean and tidy, but since we got the hotel has not been greeted, was Takhirna because they gave us a key error for the room, and then we could not sleep comfortably because of maintenance work and construction, we went to the swimming pool and was very small, and can not accommodate more than a dozen people, also said there was no steam or sauna, the most disturbing thing that Business Center was closed on Friday

The hotel is seriously outdated with worn out furniture. Although the service is good overall, the hotel requires alot of renovation. The elevator is very slow and takes forever to get to your floor if your on a high floor. Location is ideal and self parking is extremely appealing. My only comment with the hotel is, change the furniture, add more of your good design, its a 5 star hotel but feels like a 4 star hotel overall.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms and furnishing are becoming worn and need updating

This is an ok hotel but definitely not a Dubai 5 star standard hotel. The rooms are quite dated (hair dryer in my room was this small purple thing and was actually broken although working ...). When you pull up to the hotel in a cab, you have to wait for someone to come out to help you. These are examples but it's these little things that make a 5 star a true 5 star.

The Dusit is sadly now looking very tired and could use a serious refurbishment as well as moment to brush up on its poor service. We had several broken fixtures in the (very small) bedroom and bathroom and there was very evident wear to carpet, wallpaper and furniture. There was also a definite absence of the things you would expect of a five star hotel such as an ironing board and iron, slippers and gowns and turn-down service. Bag delivery was extremely slow and the mini bar was simply empty and not locked as it would be normally in a Gulf country. Definitely not worth the money and definitely not a five star establishment.

Overall liked it...very ven and accomodating.

If you are booking for this hotel through the external websites you may end up having to pay more in the hotel for things you would have assumed that already paid for. For example, we booked a one bedroom suite in this hotel for two adults and two children through Hotels.com. But on arrival we were told that we have to pay extra for the beds for the children. We tried to explain that the booking contained that it was for two adults and two children. But the staff in the reception showed deaf ears. So beware you may get a bit ripped off. Other wise the hotel is an excellent hotel with very friendly staff overall.

Wonderfull stay. Friendly staff. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family.

The only issue I had was I had requested to have two twin beds put into my second bedroom of my suite. That was not done. A roll a way bed was brought in which was to large for both beds. I felt I should have been moved to another suite.Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, walking distance to Dubai Mall. Easy to get a taxi from outside. Rooms big and nice decor.
