Clean and well located. but incredibly minimal building standards. No ice machine!

We booked the hotel for its proximity to the University of Miami. Having grown up in Miami I was aware ahead of time that it was just across a busy street from Miracle Mile, with its shops, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment, and was an excellent location. The hotel itself was a surprise. It was very clean and relatively new. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious with a full size refrigerator and kitchen. I am honestly surprised the ratings aren't higher. My husband and I found absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel at all. It is on a busy street, but we were on the third floor facing the street and it was not noisy. Parking is behind the hotel, so it feels very safe and it is also in a decent neighborhood right on the edge of coral gables. The next time we return to south Florida we will definitely be staying here!

The hotel is a block from the Miracle Mile so it is very convenient. It's an adequate hotel, nothing special.

It was OK The bedspread on the bed kept slipping off the bed at night. Did not have enough warm blankets. Bathroom sink water was not flowing well. Seemed to get stopped up. The breakfast downstairs did not have orange juice or bagel, english muffins etc. like other hotels of this type

Left many messages for manager and never received a call back!! TV signal kept getting lost

We liked the hotel location, but we are disappointed with the fact that people in adjacent rooms were smoking cigarettes, and what we believe was pot. We report it when leaving the hotel, and hope management took actions. We are also concerned that desk clerk intent to charge us for a night even thought we have already paid online our stayed in full. Otherwise, we recommended the location and facilities of this hotel

The good is that it is walking distance where I neded to be. The bad, The room was a little dirty and smelly. No continental breakfast offered.

The battery in the lock on door went out and card would not work. We were locked out of room for two hours because there was no maintenance man on property. When he arrived he did not know how to chage the battery and we had to do it. This was in the evening and we sat outside on floor. Also the manager was out of hotel for two days. Very frustrating.

I booked a room in this hotel because I had a conference in Coconut Grove and didn't want to spend the high prices. Room was very clean and quiet. This is a residence type hotel so they will not come in and make beds, etc., every night. (Actually I prefer that.) Front desk was helpful and polite, although they only have one on duty so there can be times you may wait (plan ahead). No wake up calls but alarm clocks in every room. They have a driver that picks you up at the airport if requested.

Did NOT like this hotel at all...from towels to smell was awful. Will NEVER stay there or any extended stay hotels again.

This hotel is centrally located and reasonably priced. The rooms are functional and clean though a little dated and in need of a facelift.

Hotel was very nice / employees excellent and very helpful / beds great / the floor could have been alittle cleaner then it would have been a 4!!! Nice place to stay !!!

Great location! I was in town for a wedding and this was close to everything! I was impressed with the room, it felt like a little condo.

We were very pleased with the staffocatipn and the kitchen. This is a perfect place to stay for travelers who appreciate less unnecssary frills, clean environment and the ability to make tour own meals!

The hotel was dirty and rooms smelled, the bed was uncomfortable, and the linens had holes (really need replacing) This place is dismal, for what they charge. The people that work there are hit and miss though. The guy who checked me in was friendly. I cant say the same for the woman who checked me out, we didn't get into it or anything but she really could use some training on smiling when dealing with customers as opposed to acting like its the end of the world.

The hotel was in a great spot for shopping and restaurants but nothing else. The desk closes at 11 so I found that strange. We had to leave at 4 am to catch a flight so we never officially checked out. They told us to just slide the keys under the gate of the desk. The hotel itself was nothing special but pretty clean and decent. For one night, it was a good hotel.

This hotel is more like rent by the week hotel room. Strange people same to be hanging around inside and out all night long. I never felt safe and neither did anyone in my group of 5. All the rooms had some sort of maintenance issue and were in bad need of renovation. Each room also had a very distinctive odor that was not pleasant. DO NOT STAY, EVER!

This Extended Stay America is exceptionally well located, a block away from Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, FL, and its dozens of excellent restaurants. For us who have daughters in Miami, the location is also a good one. The hotel itself is adequate, as the studio/room was large enough and the bed clean and comfortable enough. There was evidence around, however, that the room was only superficially cleaned between the time the previous guest had departed and our arrival. There were other slight annoyances: (1) on our floor the elevator call button for 'down' did not work. (2) The TV remote control was on its last leg; several of its functions did not work.

this hotel was comfortable and in the best location for the places we wanted to go.

This hotel was recommended to us because of its location and was all that we expected. Ordinarily I prefer a hotel that includes breakfast, but with the full kitchen, this was fine. I dislike the online photo, bcs the bedspread clashes terribly with the carpet, but this was not at all noticeable in person. Beds, linens, etc. were decent. My ONLY complaint was that the halls (not the rooms) smelled smokey. Not suffocating, but obvious. Everything was quite fine. Very acceptable, not five star, but pleasant and a good value. I would return.

Had to go to Miami for a quick business trip, and we were only staying one night and not familiar with the area but picked this hotel. It was a great price and lots to walk around and do near the hotel very close to down town Coral Gables and shopping nearby. The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. We will stay here again next time we are in town. My only complaint would be the pillows in the room are not great (lumpy).

I especially liked the kitchenette features, and did not have to go out for breakfast each day. Also liked the complimentary coffee served on the cart, and appreciated the extra coffee bag that the attendant provided. It was convenient to most major thoroughfares in Miami. Coral Gables is an excellent location.

Excellente servicio por parte del staff del hotel, muy atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes, las habitaciones podrían renovarlas pero aún así están bien para el precio y la calidad del servicio. En términos generales, es un buen hotel, lo recomiendo...

Quarto confortável, ideal para quem vai fazer compras em miracle mile e não quer gastar muito.

My estancia fue excelente. El hotel estaa excelentemente situado, la edificacioon muy bien mantenida, la habitacioon limpiisima y confortable, el personal del hotel amable y servicial. As a matter of fact, a real bargain.

Esta muy bien ubicado, y tiene muchos servicios alrededor. El hotel es comodo y limpio. Cumple muy bien con viajes de trabajo.
