Palazzo Magnani Feroni, All-Suites - فلورنس

Grand building; friendly, very helpful staff; lovely breakfasts! Close enough to walk everywhere but removed from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. We would definately stay there again and will recommend this hotel to everyone. Try the wonderful Trattoria Da Ginone on the Via de Serragli35r just around the corner and down a couple of blocks from the River Arno. Great food. We ate ther four times in a week!

From the time of check in to check out, spectacular customer service. Feroni suites are large, comfortable and with nice decor. No fresco on the wall as depicted in their photos. Will go back again.

We spent three nights of our honeymoon at the Palazzo Magnani Feroni and it was so amazing! We travel quite often and have to say this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The service was excellent and the hotel itself was wonderful!

The palazzo Magnani Feroni combines old world charm, attentive service and tasteful amenities to ensure that its guests have an oasis within the city after a day of sightseeing, touring or shopping. The building itself seems like a Florentine museum and the view from the rooftop terrace spans the city. For our 30th anniversary trip, we couldn't have asked for better hotel inFlorence

Nice hotel, on the other side of the river from most squares. One bridge down from main shopping bridge. Okay to walk to most sights - anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes. Didn't interact with most personnel, only the check in attendant. Staff seemed sparse.

The Palazzo (Palace) is a stunning oasis in Florence, a 5 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge and the associated shopping district. We stayed here twice in two weeks (leaving for a week long wood fired cooking course in Tuscany in between stays), and had two different suites. Both were spacious, well equipped, and very nicely decorated. The first night we had dinner served on the terrace -- excellent food with a beautiful view. The service across the board was friendly, helpful, and very efficient. A perfect place to stay in Florence -- we will certainly stay here when we return to Florence.

This is a lovely hotel in a former palace--very beautiful old furnishings, chandeliers, wall coverings etc. Rooms are very well appointed with modern bathrooms; all are suites so have a separate living room. On the roof is a bar/restaurant with a beautiful view overlooking the Arno River and the roofs of Florence. The Ponte Vecchio is a 5-minute walk; the Duomo is 10 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

A truly beautiful hotel, with spacious luxurious suites, quality service and those little added extras that make a stay so special. The roof top bar was a highlight of our month long holiday of the Italian Riviera, France and Monte Carlo. My only negative was that the hotel was difficult to get to via car and even more difficult to stop at to make use of the valet parking, but then I suppose thats the price you pay for a sensational location! Would love to visit there again and would whole-heartedly recommend it as THE place to stay for an indulgent break in Florence

have been to many 5 stars hotels in florence over the last 25 years and this is one i enjoyed the most

The hotel is located 10 min walk from the city centre and is very convenient. Outstanding customer service, almost felt like home (only better). A breath taking view from the terrace and the bar is situated on the terrace! The longer you stay, more you'll love it.

This hotel is just a few minutes by foot across the bridges over the Arno from all of the major tourist sites in central Florence, and well worth it in every respect. Only 12 suites, each different, in a former palace, lavishly decorated with tons of amenities (gym, coffee, fancy soaps, etc) and the overall price was much less than bigger luxury hotels elsewhere in the city. A real find! Absolutely nothing to disappoint you.

The Palazzo Magnani Feroni is an old palace property that has been converted into a hotel. The artwork which was painted on the walls of the initial building is just incredible! Everything at the palace was well maintained. The hotel staff was quite friendly, helpful, and spoke English fluently. The only big negative experience that we encountered during our stay was the bathroom in our suite. The bathroom itself was quite large, but had an amazingly small shower stall. Both my wife and I were extremely disappointed with this. The property is truly worthy of a five star rating. But then to put what seems to be the cheapest smallest shower stall in the suite, did not make any sense to us. This really left us with a negative opinion given the cost of the hotel suite. The location of the palace is great, and is not in the main tourist area of Florence. This was exactly what we were looking for, however I know some travelers prefer different. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends with the warning about the bathroom shower.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff is wonderful, pleasnt, extremely helpful. Location of hotel is great for walking into the town of Florence.

This was a perfect hotel for a visit to Florence -- built in 1500 and registered as an Italian National Historical site. Suite was extremely roomy and well maintained. Not "plush" as in 5 star Western hotel, but old and representative of historical building. Staff was outstanding. Rooftop bar provided the best view of Florence. Location was perfect -- 3 blocks from Pitti Palace, 2 blocks from Ponte Veccio. Would highly recommend.

ホテルというよりも貴族の館に宿泊している雰囲気で、豪華な気分が味わえます。 部屋の広さはこの価格では考えられないほどで、歴史と異国情緒を感じるため、お勧めします。 但し、それだけ古い建築のため、設備レベルは高くはありません。 私たちは1月に宿泊しましたが、暖房が弱く、部屋が寒い、また、備えつけのドライヤーを使用している最中に停電する、ということもありました。 多少の不便も楽しめるくらいの気持ちは必要かも知れません。

På dette hotellet hadde vi en fantastisk uke i desember. Det var ikke mange gjester og greit nok hadde vi bestilt et noe større rom enn vanlig det vi fikk var meget spesielt!! var sikkert 70 kvm.. så dette holdt. En betjening som fulgte godt opp masse ekstra service. Vi reiser mye men dette var meget spesielt. Hotellet ligger også perfekt til i forhold til shopping, museumsbesøk osv. Fin lokal pub rett over gaten. Så vi har bestemt at her skal vi tilbake.

意大利之行定的最满意的酒店,交通便利,都是套房,整个空间像个博物馆,而且私密性很好,天台酒吧的风景也好!太喜欢了!

Already from at the start we were met by very friendly and service minded personnel. This atmosphere continued during the whole stay where the people were always smiling and nothing was impossible to arrange (a sign of the hotel being well managed and that the manger is the owner himself). On top of that we got a large suite that was far beyond expectations in terms of size and comfort. We are very pleased and strongly recommend this hotel when visiting Florence. Thank you for a nIce stay and well done!
