Wonderfully friendly staff. Charming hotel. Clean rooms. Classy furniture. Great location. Kitchen staff happily prepared our breakfast to-go since we were in a rush. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative was the live music across the street which lasted until midnight.

This is not for those who want 5 star comfort & facilities - small rooms, basic bathrooms & thin walls. But; great character/charm. Good staff. Good breakfast included room rate. The Boulder Dam museum within the hotel (entrance included in room rate) is a must-see. And for dinner, try Mylo's wine bar around the corner on main street.

The hotel itself and accomadations were excellent. Everyone was friendly and couteous. We were really impressed with all the amenities and the people.

Great staff. Very clean and quiet. Great complimentary breakfast came with the room.

This hotel has a lot of character. Very helpful and efficient staff. Very clean and perfectly adequate room although a little smaller than some. However you would expect this when staying in a historic building. The free breakfast, made to order, was excellent. Would recommend.

I enjoyed my stay. It was short and sweet. Can't help but wonder if any spirits are reported at the hotel. When I asked an employee if there were any reports, she was very surprised and quickly said "No". My room was small but I had a restful night.....

We stayed here on our last night of our fly drive holiday and was not disappointed.There is a lot of character in this old building.The bedroom was a little small by US standards but perfectly adequate for a short stay.The property is very clean and the staff very attentive.Included was a very good complimentary american style breakfast.The hotel sits in a great position in a smart part of of a very nice small town adjacent to a few restaurants.Well worth the stay.

What a great hotel. Coyuld not fault it at all. The breakfast was superb, the quality of the room excellent and the staff were exceptional. Will come again. Lovely stay.

This is a great old style small hotel, you even get a metal key instead of an electronic card. The free breakfast selections are quite good. The staff was very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the staff were great and informative. The history museum was very interesting.

The hotel itself is an older building, though clean & well-maintained, but the staff is wonderful and the breakfast included is amazing. It's a beautiful hot breakfast freshly made and off a menu with many choices. I'd definitely stay there again.

The Boulder Dam Hotel has charming decor, wonderful beds, a museum, and a restaurant with delicious food. The staff is most hospitable. We had no complaints and would most definitely stay here again.

Situated in the old part of Boulder City, the Boulder Dam Inn is a historic hotel with high ceiling, woodwork and old charm. My queen room was small, the bathroom was tiny, one person at a time tiny. This didn't bother me as I expected small rooms in an older hotel. Since I was travelling by myself for business, the tiny bathroom wasn't an issue, now if my wife had been with me, it would have been a different story. The biggest issue was the lack of sound insulation. I could easily hear my neighbor coughing, TV set and talking. Luckily I had a pair of good earplugs along, or sleep would have been problematic. On the awesome side is the breakfast that is included in the room price. Great food in large quantities keep you going all day long.

Hotel is impressive from the outside and comfortable in the public areas. Everywhere was cleaned enthusiastically with chemicals and so the air was unpleasant. The bedroom was very basic. Despite paying in advance we elected not to stay.

The hotel has been amazingly maintained over the years. Our room was small (original size when built in 1933) and the bed was very hard - so much so that I could not sleep, but my husband did not have too much trouble. Nice and clean (which is most important), but small bathroom with hardly any space for toiletries. Nice shower. We enjoyed the museum inside the hotel and the prepared breakfast was excellent. Walked around the town and was quite interesting and historical. The hotel should be a must to see as it has been kept in such impeccable condition. They are small "no frills" rooms, (or at least our's was) but very clean. We had a few pieces of the original furniture. It is very close to the dam and walking across the new bridge and taking in the view of the dam from the bridge is awesome.

We love it at Boulder Dam Hotel. It's such a lovely place to stay, and the staff are always so nice. Lots of history in that old building. And they cook you a hot breakfast, for FREE, when you stay there. Always a pleasure to visit.

Arrived late about 11:45pm. Short stay but the bed was as hard as a rock. Bathrooms very small. The old walk-in closet is bigger than the bathroom. Great for a Historical stay but not for comfort.

This was a quaint hotel in a great location near the Hoover Dam. We enjoyed strolling through the town of Boulder and taking a side trip to Hoover Dam, just minutes away. We enjoyed the hotel atmosphere and the friendliness of the hotel staff, especially Lindy. The museum in the hotel was an excellent way to learn about the dam. All in all, a great place to stay!

The rooms and the hotel were like stepping back in time it had a old country charm about it and the breakfast was included with our stay. Breakfast was wonderfu. But the pub accross the street played very loud music and people talking/yelling out side till after two in the morning made it hard to sleep.

We stayed here after visiting the nearby Hoover Dam and were glad we chose to visit Boulder rather than head back into Vegas. Whilst the room itself was smaller than average, the decor and furnishings througout the hotel were to a high standard. The town was very pleasant and well worth taking a stroll around or heading out for dinner or drinks. The hotel had a small museum, some small crafts\antiques\gift shops and it's restaurant served up a great breakfast cooked to order. Guest computer available for internet access was handy too.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise, quaint and quiet and totally charming. I would recommend it to anyone.

Das Boulder Dam Hotel ist ein Hotel mit Geschichte im alten Stadtteil von Boulder City, das ganz eng mit der Entstehung des Hoover Damms verbunden ist. Im Gebäude ist auch ein kleines, aber sehr feines Museum zur Geschichte der Arbeiter des Hoover Damms untergebracht, für das man einen kostenlosen Gutschein erhält - unbedingt ansehen! Die Hotelzimmer liegen sämtlich sehr ruhig im 2. Stock des Hauses und sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und lässt nur wenig Wünsche offen. Lediglich, wer Wert auf einen Flachbildschirm legt, wird den vergeblich suchen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der herzliche und wirklich informative Empfang durch die Dame an der Rezeption, die sich viel Zeit für Erklärungen und Empfehlungen genommen hat. Frühstück und Mittagessen kann im Restaurant im Erdgeschoss eingenommen werden. Fürs Abendessen gibt es nette und gute Möglichkeit in der nahen Umgebung. Insgesamt ein sehr ruhiges und empfehlenswertes Haus.

Eine absolute Seltenheit in USA und den sonst üblichen Standardt-Hotels ist das Boulder Dam Hotel. Ein schönes Haus aus dem letzten Jahrhundert, modernisiert mit sehr viel Charm. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum! In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere schöne und leckere Restaurants. Das Hotel liegt im historischen Stadtzentrum von Boulder.

El hotel es una buena opción si tu objetivo es visitar la presa Hoover. Es una construcción original de cuando se creó Boulder City, bien mantenido y con trato cercano y amable. Está en la única zona "animada" de Boulder City, con varios bares y restaurantes alrededor. Llegar a la presa desde el hotel es facilísimo.

Estuvimos 3 días y nos resultó muy cómodo para vistar Boulder City y la presa.La gente amable y aunque no hable español te ayudan todo lo posible.Desayuno americano completo y residencia histórica. Volveré.

our first hotel in a row of 15, and we keep a good memory of it. The hotel is quite old, but cosy. Breakfast and service were above average. Very friendly hotel staff also. Keep this hotel in mind if you are visiting Hoover Dam
