My friend and I were very pleased we had booked this hotel. It ticked the major boxes. 1. Conveniently placed within walking distance of St Lazare station, in a pleasant neighbourhood. 2. Clean and very quiet as long as you get a room facing the inside and not the street. 3. Comfortable beds. 4. However we were glad we were not sharing as the rooms are very small. 5. Within our price bracket

The hotel staff were charming and accommodating. Our room was on the 7th floor with a grand view of Sacre Coeur. The toilet left a little to be desired as it was tightly against the wall, but that is a minor issue. Great neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable. Terrific bar down the street for breakfast. It was amazing.

Stayed 2 nights at the Peletier Haussman. Man at front desk was very helpfull and spoke good english. Room was basic , just OK. Location was good , close to major Department stores and very convenient to the metro. Mcdonalds right down the street. Had a better stay here than I did at another Paris hotel days later, Room and bath clean.

The hotel is in a good location and had good internet. Very tiny (even for Europe) room. In door out door carpeting that is old. Staff pleasant. No tea/coffee amenities in the room although there is a stocked fridge.

The hotel is clean. The room, as to be expected, is extremely small. I stayed at the hotel in August so the street is was on was very quiet since many shops are shut down for much of August. The hotel, however, is conveniently located about 1 minute from a metro station. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 'nice' hotel. Also, I do not think that the hotel was worth the price charged. Overall the hotel was fine. I do not have any major complaints but will most likely look for another hotel for my next trip to Paris.

The location is very good, close to the Opera. The room is small as well as the bathroom and the lift is really tiny. People at the hotel are nice.

We stayed at this hotel for one day in Paris. Good location near Opera House/Place Vendome. Rooms were good size but eleveator is EXTREMELY SMALL.

Watch out for this hotel!!! Breakfast will cost you around nine dollars for bread and coffee. They make you think it's included. Only does Hotels.com tell you in in tiny print that it is not. They won't tell you it inst included and there are no signs. They don't ask you to pay that day- only when you check out do you find out that you have to pay almost $20 for bread. The rooms are the smallest ever and there is no room for your suitcases or to walk even 3 feet. You have to pay even more tax even after Hotels.com charges you. Be weary of the extra charges for this hotel and for the trickery.

I stayed here two nights, both layovers in Paris between an international destination and provincial France. The hotel is within walking distance of both the Roissybus and the Gare St Lazare, which is very convenient. There are also many metro stations nearby, the closest one half a block away. It's also close to the big department stores. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and spoke good English - I especially appreciated the very clear walking directions!

This hotel is a great bargain, with friendly people running it, and in walking distance from major attractions and multiple metro stations. The elevator is tiny - think a spacious coffin. It didn't bother us, though.

Well, this place was truly a pleasant surprise. It was tucked away on a side road, but was literally a 2 minute walk to the nearest metro. If you miss that one, the next one was 5 minutes away. You can't beat the location. It is about 5-7 minutes away from the Opera House, which btw, is BEAUTIFUL. The hotel staff was very friendly, and told us of some great spots to go eat the first few night. They were helpful and very accommodating. They even let us keep our bags there after we checked out. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The elevator is tiny, and something to behold. But at least they have one! If you are looking for comfortable and nice place to stay, this is your best bet. I would definitely recommend it to travellers.

The room was nice and perfectly clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Moreover, the location is excellent! Will definitely come back.

This hotel is on the main square of Florence, a four minute walk to the Uffizi Art Museum and a ten minute walk to the Academie that houses Michaelangelo's David. The staff was especially attentive, always addressing me by my first name. Breakfast was more than adequate, including some fresh fruit as well as granola, yogurt, toast etc. The furnishings are very nice though not very new. My room was modestly elegant, with a large, full bath. There were no bad experiences during my four-day stay.

You get what you've paid for, then you pay more :) There is an extra charge for everything, including cleaning and drink in minibar, so make sure you keep some extra cash for check out. Breakfast at 6 euro pp (half of a baguette, a croissant, butter and jam, coffee) charged extra. Rooms small and shabby but kept as clean as they can be by helpfull staff. Clean bathroom and fresh towels daily. Great location for great food in Rue des Martyrs and great if you want ot walk around the city, which we did and recommend. Wery thin walls between the rooms, so noisy neighbours might be a problem, but the receptionists are very helpful and attentive. Paris is very expensive altogether, so you can either get a great room and pay a fortune, or pay less and get what we got, nothing special, but after all you only sleep there anyway.

The hotel is close to the metro stations, a couple of blocks from great restaurants, theaters, cafes, and shopping...the La Fayette Galleries & Printemp is 5 mins walking. Hotel room is a little small, but is great value.

a perfect place for a weekend getaway. close enough to attractions without being in the thick of it. our room could have used a little updating, but beds comfy, room was quiet and clean...and a great price

Hotel annoncé sur internet comme un peu vieillot mais nous avons trouvé qu'il était propre, literie confortable, bien isolé par rapport au bruit de la circulation, chambre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. une petite remarque toute fois, le petit déjeuner, un peu tristounet. manque de choix sucré/salé. mais ce que nous avons eu "pain et croissants" étaient de qualité. le personnel est agréable.

部屋には必要な物が全て揃っています。 オペラ近くでロワシーバス停留所まで徒歩圏内。 スタッフも感じが良い。朝食無しでしたが、周囲には飲食店も多く、不便はありません。 経費をおさえたい出張や個人旅行にお勧め。

オペラガルニエまで歩いて10分もかからない 立地としては最高の場所です。 パリの中心を買い物、観光の目的で滞在するのには メトロまでは徒歩1分で乗れるので、夜も比較的出歩きやすかったと思います。 スタッフはみんな英語も話せますし、気さくな感じでとても好印象を受けました。部屋で簡単な食事をする為にスプーンを借りた際の対応も嫌な顔一つせず、笑顔で対応してくれました。 ただ一つ注意する点としてはホテル備え付けのエレベーターが非常に狭いという点。 大きな荷物の場合は荷物と人は一緒にのれませんでした。その際もスタッフが先に私をのせて、その後下から荷物だけをエレベーターで送ってくれるなど、フォローはしっかりしてましたけどね！

Accueil sympathique Salle de bain relativement grande, chambre un peu ancienne mais propre. Petit déjeuner raisonnable pour le prix. Nous y retournerons.

　オペラ座から本当に近く（大きな荷物も持って10分程度）なかなか良かったです。大きなホテルResidenceともう一つも近く大通りから少しだけ入ったところなので初めは探すのに苦労されるかも・・・　 　フロントの方も掃除の方も非常に丁寧で好感が持てました！！　 　最上会の屋根裏のような部屋で、他の部屋より広めのようでしたが、初めて部屋に入ったときには部屋の狭さ・古さ・暗さなど、立地を考えても金額の割に高いんじゃ？と思いましたが（日本ならもっといいところに泊まれるし。でもほかの高級ホテルは6万/泊とかですし）2日目、3日目と滞在するにつれ快適になっていきました。　 　設備ですが、一通り欲しいものはそろってます。（Security box, 暖房, ドライヤー, 冷蔵庫, WIFIなど）暖房が付いているんですが動いているか不明。でも結構暖かかったのでCentral heatingなのかもしれません。冷蔵庫は少し匂いが気になりますが。。 　結論、帰るときに結構快適で、素敵なホテルだと思いました。

Petit hôtel sympathique, très bon accueil,très bien situé dans une rue calme

Hôtel très bien situé (près boulevard des Italiens et des Capucines, entrée du métro Richelieu Drouot quasiment devant l'hôtel) Personnel extrèmement gentil (ai vu trois personnes différentes, toutes très bien) Chambre convenable (cela reste un deux étoiles) et très propre. Paraît en cours de rénovation (choses très anciennes et choses toutes neuves, comme le sèche cheveux) J'ai très bien dormi (bon matelas, de mon point de vue, bien sûr) Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner, donc pas de commentaires à faire. Les moins : - ascenseur minuscule (on ne tient qu'à une personne pas trop forte et avec une valise de petite taille) - pas d'insonorisation (pour ma part, les voisins étaient très calmes, je ne les ai pas beaucoup entendu mais on comprend les conversations)

Enkelt boende som uppfyller förväntningarna. Billigt litet och trångt, men absolut tillräckligt för några dagar i Paris. Nära Operan och på hyffsat avstånd till Louvren och Notre dame.

Excellent acceuil. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Très bonne situation. À recommander !

No es posible que un Hotel con esa ubicacion sea tan ordinario, esa palabra tal vez queda corta. Yo preferi perder un dia antes de estar en un Hotel que parece de esos que se arriendan x horas. En pesimo estado, con muestras de humedad en la misma habitacion. Un ascensor que es para llorar, no entra una maleta, y si uno es muy gordo tampoco. Las fotos que ponen son falsas, sacadas hace mucho tiempo. Por favor no lo tomen, es un asco.

The hotel is nice and really well-located (safe and central area in a posh neighbourhood, 2 minutes walk from the underground). Rooms are simple but very clean and comfy. I've stayed there twice and will definitely stay again next time I'm in Paris. The staff is also very friendly and helpful!! Just brilliant!

バスタブがついててよかったです！ ドライヤーが凄く押さないと温風が出なくて、親指が痛くなりました…。

Estive lá em Abril/2011 e gostei do Hotel. Pertíssimo da estação de metrô (uns 70 metros), e em um local movimentado. Os quartos são pequenos porém limpos. Chuveiro em cima da banheira, porém bom. Tem internet wifi, item orbigatório em minhas viagens. O único porém era o elevador, que só cabia no MÁXIMO 2 pessoas, extremamente pequeno! Dávamos risada cada vez que usávamos, rsrs. Os funcionários são muito educados e muito hospitaleiros. Recomendo a quem gosta de praticidade e ótima localização!

Nog nooit is het me overkomen dat ik de gesprekken van de gasten in de kamer naast mij praktisch letterlijk kon verstaan. Vreselijk hinderlijk. Het personeel was vriendelijk maar kon niets doen.

god beliggenhed, men meget trafikeret gade, så ikke optimalt at have vinduerne åbne når nu der ingen aircondition var. I øvrigt er der ikke parkering til hotellet, så man er nødt til at holde i en offentlig parkering tæt på, men det er ret dyrt. personalet var hjælpsomt og hotellet var som sådan ok.

全ての面において素晴らしいホテルでした。二つ星の料金とは思えない清潔でスペースのある部屋、フレンドリーなスタッフ、そしてなんといっても立地ですね。オペラ座、ルーブル、ラファイエットが徒歩圏内で最寄り地下鉄駅まで徒歩数十メートル。次回パリに行くときは、間違いなくリピートします。
