We have stayed here many times for business trips and the staff are very good and friendly. Rooms are always clean and adequate for a business stay.

The room are so small and dirty, swimming pool are so dirty as well, the lobby will close by 12:00 a.m, and no one can stay at the lobby after 12:00a.m. hall way light will turn off after 12:00a.m. I will not rate it as a 4 star hotel!! For that price, I can always find better hotel for more convenience location!!

Stayed with my family at the MP - two persons to each room. Staff at the hotel were all first class, rooms nice, on the small side but OK. MP is located at the East end of Causeway Bay, but within 100m of a Subway station, which made travel simple and quick. (The HK Subway is excellent and also cheap) Didn't eat at MP, instead had breakfast at next door Peace Cafe which was good. Would recommend a stay at the MP.

Ideal location for us - by Victoria park so pleasant green surroundings to hand whilst being within walking distance of all the shopping and other attractions. Located next to bus stops, tram stops and Metro station so very easy to get around and of course there are plenty of taxis passing by which are cheap to use. The hotel also has its own free shuttle bus that visits popular locations within the city which we used a couple of times and were the only passengers so like a private taxi but free. We would recommend paying a little bit extra if you can afford it and have a room on the executive floor. This entitles you to free breakfast for room occupants plus free drinks and nibbles / food between certain hours in the evening. We would pop up for a couple of glasses of wine each and some Dim Sum before going out for the evening. Coffee is always available - even cappucino. The exec rooms are also great. Very large with views over Victoria Harbour. You even get your own lounge area and also a computer in your room. Great hotel and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is in Hong Kong and price is much better than same type across the Bay in Kowloon. Subway is right around the corner so its very convenient. from there you can go anywere.

Good location since it's close to the MTR, multiple bus stops, and street trolly. Nothing much to do in the immediate surrounding area though. Nice, clean hotel.

Internet is included in the price but cable internet in the room is reallly slow, it is a 1 star hotel in this thing... The rest is a good hotel

Great place. Only problem not that close to much, except was very close to Tin Hau metro station.

Room is just enough for two people no more room for additional bed

We recently stayed at this hotel for a short break en-route from Australia to the UK. We took the Airport Express to Central station and then a Red cab to the hotel. This was all very easy and cost effective. We checked in and our bags were brought to our room promptly. We had a Harbour View room on the 12th floor which gave splendid views over the harbour and Victoria Park. The room was a reasonable size and well laid out with a double bed, dressing table, chairs etc. The room had free internet access but you do need a cable as it is not wireless. This was very easy to use as I just plugged the laptop in and was instantly on. The hotel breakfast is very good and you can have almost anything you want. The chef will cook up your eggs just how you like them. The bar has live music most evenings, very pleasant for a nightcap. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a good 3 star hotel in a nice area within easy walking distance of the restaurants and shops of the food and fashion district. The MTR station is about 200m away and the trams that run the length of Hong Kong island use the main road which is also about 200m. The trams run about every 2 minutes and you pay the exact fare of $2.30 when you get off, no matter how far you go. Great hotel for the price.

We stayed two nights during our recent trip to HK. The room size is fair for HK standards. We were able to fit three full size luggage in the room with no problem and still have room to walk around. The location is excellent and the MTR is a short 5 mins walk from the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel and the Victoria Park is close by as well. The staff was very friendly. We requested a delayed checkout of one hour as our flight doesn't leave until 4pm in the afternoon and the front desk was more than willing to accommodate. I was pleasantly surprised as I have read that hotels in HK usually charge an extra fee for doing so. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Friendly and reliable service. Receiving a cake from the manager on my birthday was a particular highlight! The hotel met most of my expectations, but was let down by a very poor internet connection. There was a PC in the room with the slowest internet connection I've seen in years, but there was no wi-fi. If you are content to use the business centre in the hotel it'll be fine, but if you need internet in your room it's inadequate. Very close to the metro and plenty of restaurants!

Minutes from the action in the central district, but in a quiet neighborhood. The location had the best of all worlds. 2 minute walk to Metro Rapid Transit station, near Victoria Park. Room was very nice, service was excellent. Breakfast buffet just right. I thought this hotel was a find.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel travelling with friends. We booked the superior harbour view rooms. Had no complaints at all. Rooms were comfortable and had adequate space. Showers , Views and Breakfasts (included )were good. We found it very easy to access the MTR or to get taxis. Staff were universally pleasant and very helpful. Would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed the hotel. Its location is superb, across the street from the Metro station and the trams and a 10 minute walk to the Causeway Bay malls and restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would strongly advise spending the extra sum for the "harbor view" (which was nothing less than magnificent!) The room was small-ish, about the size of a typical European bedroom but very ergonomically designed. We were able to tuck away two large suitcases and two hand luggages without stumbling over them. Internet was included in the price and a router was kindly provided by the hotel. The net could get very slow if too many online used their band. We arrived in HK in mid-winter and the temperature dropped down to 8-9C. We could never get the room to really warm up. The non-opening windows were drafty probably due to poor sealing and their AC/Heating system refused to provide any heat even when we set the thermostat to 32C. The hotel lacks a real lobby with sofas so if you are waiting to be picked up for the airport, waiting can be a bit touch and go.

It has nice and very friendly team. Even standart rooms are sufficents space for staying. It's very close to the shopping centers by walking even wan chai 15 minutes. Don't think a lot and only book your room at this hotel and forget about it.

Great hotel. Had a room upgrade because we were a day late arriving. Stunning view from 31st floor suite. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself lovely and clean, great facilities, would highly recommend.

It's a great hotel for buisness but the internet connection spped needs to be really improve. Shouldn't take a minute to load google.

The room we stayed was very small, however, it was comfortable enough. It is convenient to get to Tin Hau MTR but a little bit of a hike to get to Causeway Bay shopping district as it sits on the edge of Causeway Bay. The supermarket nearby was convenient but the restaurants nearby didn't appeal to us. We liked the M stamp on the ashtrays near the lifts, it gives a personal touch.

The internet DSL service is so slow that in all practical terms it simply doesn't exist. It is slower than any dial-up service we have ever used. And we can remember the days of 110 baud.

Stayed in this hotel on 12/16/11. Both bellboys and receptionists were friendly. I was given a free upgrade from Standard to Deluxe room for 3 parties accommodation. Good size bedroom with large bathroom surrounded by glass. Only draw back is the hotel still offers broadband internet access at the business center instead of high speed internet access which took at least 3 min. to open an e-mail and dowload, and I had to give up although it's free.

Stayed at Metropark Causeway bay for 7 nights! It's situated near Victoria Park and just couple of minutes walk to Causeway Bay. If u choose not to walk, there is always 'ding ding' tram, buses or mtr trains. Really convenient to travel anywhere from the hotel. Hotel reception is great too! The staff has tried their best to find us a room even it is way before check in time which is 3pm. Great service and being flexible! Will definitely go back to stay at metropark again!

A nice and convenient place to stay. near mtr station,wellcome and 7-11, cafe de coral and mcdoald, too. Staff are friendly and courteous. Room and bathroom is average in size in any hongkong hotel. No bathtub.

Very convenient location, just one block from the metrostation Tin Hau. Tin Hau has very much eateries around, so the location is perfect - not too far from nice restaurants and just a few minutes away with Metro to the pulse.

We stayed at the Metropark hotel for 5 nights. The hotel was clean, and had all of the standard amenities. The rooftop pool was closed for the season, even though it was 85+ degrees. The hotel is right across the street from the Metro so getting around the city is really easy. The area around the hotel is decent, there are quite a few restaurants, and coffee shops. Overall it was a decent hotel for the price.

Very glad I chose this hotel. I had an executive room, great view, excellent service, good location, very comfortable bed, I just wish they had wireless internet access. And the speed on the wireline internet was slow. Other than that, great stay.

Nice stay overall. Disappointed with the room itself, very basic. The food menu and breakfast were a rip off.

My room was on the "executive floor" and the service was excellent. One funny thing: They don't provide bottled drinking water. Instead, there is a lidded water jar that's supposed to be filled by housekeeping. Problem is, you have to call housekeeping every time to have it filled up. The cleaning lady advised that the running water from the tap is drinkable (in other words, no need for other options)...That was a bit of an unexpected "advise." Bed is a bit too hard for my taste.

Excellent value. More lounge area needed. Good food. Music too loud in bar. No heating in winter in rooms.

Great hotel. Great location. Great staff. Can not fault any aspect of this Hotel. Happy hour from 3pm to 9.45pm. Happy days.

We stayed 4 nights on business in HK in a Harbor View room. The first room we were given was musty smelling so we requested another. It was better but still had a damp oder as soon as the AC was off. I think it is in carpets. Room was clean and furniture in decent condition. Staff is very professional, helpful, and accommodating. They even provided a box breakfast when we we had a very early departure. I found the breakfast offerings adequate to satisfy most tastes. Location is near the metro and many inexpensive local restaurants. A good spot for anyone staying in HK for business. A bit out of the way for anyone sightseeing. Pool on roof is small but the view is fantastic. For pricey Hong Kong, this hotel is a good deal.

I stayed in Hong Kong for 6 days for a friends wedding. The hotel is around 200metres from a metro station and has a supermarket and restauraunts right outside. The rooms were a touch on the small side, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the hotel had free wired internet. The shower was a good size and nice and powerful. The service at reception and the bars was impecable. I would definitely stay again next time i am in hong kong

We confused this hotel with MetroPark Wai Chi, and ended up at this one. It was very nice with a free cocktail upon arrival. The first night I could smell smoke from another room, but the staff moved me promptly to another room - an upgrade to a suite in fact. Very nice views from the hotel and very nice staff - exceptionally so. It's also next to the subway stop which is very convenient to get down to Central and the airport. Free wifi and a gym, band in the lounge, easy to hail a taxi. Everything a business traveler needs.

This was an ideal location for us, situated alongside VIctoria Park, with a great harbour view. The area was quieter than Central or Wan Cha and the air better too! One of the reasons for our trip was to watch Chelsea FC at the Hong Kong Stadium which was about a mile from the hotel. The hotel is also 5 minutes walk from the MTR station, Tin Hau, trams and buses so easy to get around. There are plenty of restaurants locally if you don't want to travel in the evening. The hotel itself is modern, clean, comfortable, room was a good size. The roof pool was great! Staff very good. Only warning is if you do any laundry, the cost can soon mount up! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again.
