The Golf Villas At Oro Valley - أوروفالي

We stayed in a 3 bedroom and were completely satisfied with our stay. The accomodations were very clean, the staff was helpful and the pools/hot tubs were warm and fun for the kids and adults. We had a great stay and loved having a full kitchen to be able to have breakfast before we left for the day. This is a great place to stay with a large group as everyone has their own space and privacy. We will return when we visit our parents again.

This was the best and most economical way for four adults to share accomodations and not require multiple hotel rooms. We had a 3 bedroom condo with full amenities. The location is perfect for north Tucson. The facility was well maintained and the staff was excelent. I would reccomend this facility over a hotel, to anyone. They have units with 1 - 3 bedrooms. Its like having a timeshare without the hassle of having a timeshare. Great place.

I really enjoyed my stay here, but that is because I enjoy having a kitchen duriing my short stay. Everything was clean, furniture provided was nice. They even gave us a fireplace which was neat. Fully furnished! I like that! I would recommend staying here! For its low price.. it sure was worth it!

Our stay was fantastic, the room was huge and very well maintained. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We have stayed at 5 star hotels in Mexico including some all inclusive hotels that this would rival for comparison.

I was glad to get a reservation from hotels.com since the website for the villas said no one-bedroom units were available, but hotels.com had openings there. Check-in was mostly fine; I arrived a little early and the check-in person was out so I had to wait 15 min or so but was offered coffee and fruit while I waited. (Be advised the office has limited daytime hours) I wouldn't say the unit was a "luxury" accommodation but it was nice and clean, good bed, big bathroom with jetted tub, huge closet, quiet patio and full kitchen, very nice pools and landscaping, very quiet overall. I spent a lot of time reading and relaxing on the patio. I did not expect shampoo, lotion, pool towels, etc but they were there. There is plenty of parking. Only a couple small issues. The secondary security lock on the front door was broken (apparently ripped out of the wall) and stuffed into a plastic wall pocket by the door. Something was seriously wrong with the clothes washer in my unit. I tried to use the condo phone and hit "front desk" button but it didn't work so I called the regular number about a pool question and the woman who answered was "in leasing" and hadn't a clue and said someone would call me back but nobody did. I stopped by the office when I checked out to report the couple of maintenance problems and got a slightly defensive response about why I hadn't called immediately (the phone button doesn't work! hello!). Well, I didn't want maintenance in there while my stuff was there, the lock thing didn't worry me (there were at least 3 Border Patrol cars in front of the building, and one of the guys had a huge german shephard), and I only discovered the washer problem the morning I was checking out. Beyond that, which was really pretty minor, this was a great value in a good, safe neighborhood with plenty of amenities. I want to visit Tucson again, this time with my husband and hopefully some of his family, and we will absolutely book at these villas. It's a great place

The suite we stayed in was more like an apartment. The kitchen was great, the bathrooms were great and having the washer and dryer in the unit was fantastic. This place is wonderful! I felt very safe. The views are great and there is very little noise from outside. There are quail everywhere and it's a very peaceful atmosphere. The staff is extremely helpful and we love staying here. It's our third time and we'll be back. . There was a bit of noise from the tenants upstairs now and then but otherwise it was very peaceful.

Granted I got the summer rate which made the stay a great buy! The condo I stayed in was extremely spacious with everything I needed. And the view of the mountains in the distance couple with the golf course just outside made for a beautiful and relaxing setting, to say the least.

Outstanding hotel and location! Room was very clean and updated. Staff at the hotel was very helpful with check-in, directions and golf reservations. I would stay here with my family again! GREAT HOTEL!!!!

Great amenities at this location with access not only to their resort, but a larger one across the street. The pools were all great. We felt like we were at a home away from home, with everything in the kitchen we could need for an in-home breakfast (because we went out for lunch and dinners). The jetted tub was a luxury and the bathroom and laundry (in-suite) were wonderful. The only downside was the comfort. The bed was not comfortable and the couch was a little small. We rented a DVD, but had a difficult time relaxing to watch it. I was disappointed that everything else was so nice yet the bed felt like a motel bed.

The Golf villas is a great place to stay for a long weekend or a week. Its close to golf and shops. Clean spacious and wonderful well maintained grounds. There are 2 pools, plus the Golf club across the street (which we didn't use, but could have). This is my second stay and I will be back. Its also great value for the money. A must if you are traveling with family.

We arrived at the Golf Villas to find a very friendly and helpful staff, we were driected to or Villa and it was beautiful, cozy and all the comforts of home, a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was beautiful and decorated in very modern decor. The bedroom was a king size bed and a nice firm matress, not the usual hotel type, I slept like a baby. Everything was in the Villa that anyone could possibly need, the pool was diagonal from our room and the kids took full use of it. Everything was PERFECT, If I have to chance to visit Tucson again, I will definately return to the Gold Villas of Oro Valley! I give this ten stars!!!!!

The accommadations and staff are amoung the best! Staying at the Golf Villas feels more like a live-in experience than a hotel experience. Not only was I close to many restaurants of Oro Valley, there is a grocery store and Walgreens nearby to stock up your full kitchen. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and televisions in every room. I have stayed in the 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom they are very large apartments with views of the Golf course. I recommend any of the rooms especially for long stays. I know many people in Tucson, Pheonix and Oro Valley whom I would feel comfortable inviting over. The overall feel is that you are staying at a home away from home. You have multiple pools to access and a gym with all the necessary equipment but don't turn down a nice walk around the Golf course; the views are great and the weather is best early morning and late afternoon. Evening walks are nice in Oro Valley because the nights are warm, just bring a flashlight. Access to Tucson is very close. Oracle Road can take you to any main area of Tucson, nearby you have high-end restaurants taking Skyline, or more common everyday shopping at the Tucson Mall. The drive to downtown from Oracle is not long at all. The 10-Freeway is not far from the Golf Villas, being from California freeway access was something I looked for. I will always remember the kindness of the cleaning staff and the helpfulness of Angie at the front desk. Great personalities and intricate part of why my stay was so inviting and comfortable. Parking was very close to where I stayed, if it does fill up you can always find a parking spot but there are spaces that are further away by the pool. If you are looking at a relaxing stay with home feel this is your place.

Stayed for one night after spending the day hiking at Saguaro NP and the night before going to Biosphere 2, so the location was very good. The room was in excellent shape and clean. The only issue we had, and it was minor, were that the pools did not seem very clean. Staff was very helpful. I would stay here again if visiting Oro Valley.

A great place to spend time with family to relax, and go to the pool. All facilities were clean, and good restaurants near by.

They close the office at 8pm, so if you are not there before then you have to call to get a code for a lock box to get the key to your room. The bad thing is that they don't answer the phone when you call, so you could end up driving around to try to find another hotel. The rooms are not insulated very well. I could hear the man above me get in around 1:30am and go to the bathroom several times. When he finally went to bed at 3:07 I could here him snoring.

I have stayed at literally hundreds of hotels around the world, over the years. I must say, that this was without a doubt, one of the best stays I have ever had. The "rooms" are actually fully furnished 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with all of the small details accounted for. The apartments were very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I found the overall location, view and vibe of the property to be quite serene and relaxing. The "rooms' included use of a fully functional business center that was a large, apartment like area, complete with computers, kitchen, restrooms, etc. Our stay even included discount tee times at the premier semi-private resort golf course that was in view all around us. I don't think you could ask for more..........but wait....yes, there was still more. The property also had a very nice pool and a complete gym with lots of great equipment.

Had a great stay. Would defineilty stay again. The mountain vistas were amazing. Loved it there.

Overall, this place is a good deal. I got upgraded at the property for free. However, the fireplace didn't work. Beds are slightly uncomfortable.

We thought this was a very good value for the room. My wife uses a wheel chair and we thought the access was good and fixtures for the bath was very good. the rooms were large and comfortable, we wanted for nothing. The staff was very helpful ans courteous.

I reserved this hotel on a last minute whim and after a very very crazy day of travel I arrived at the Golf Villas at Oro Valley around midnight. I thought I was dreaming, this place was extremely nice for the value. I had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer with detergent! The rooms were immaculately clean and I felt like a princess. I was quite sad that I had only reserved the hotel for one night and had to stay in a different hotel on the other side of town for a conference, but I would definitely reserve a hotel/apartment at this hotel again when traveling to the Tucson area. Stay here!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way...from the beautiful setting, to the friendly staff, to the immaculate room, and all of the ammenities! I cannot recommend this place enough!

This hotel was outstanding at the rate we paid (summer rate). It was in an ideal location...close to everything. We had a downstairs unit and the upstairs is a little noisey on occasion. It was large enough (2-bedroom) to live in full time.

We have stayed at this Hotel before and really enjoy it. Unfortunately, we don't get to take advantage of the amenities like we should but we are usually traveling to visit family. Hotel personnel are very gracious.

This place was great. The room was awesome, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Would definately repeat this location if I'm in the area.

The mountains in the background, as well as the golf course provided a picturesque setting. The hotel was located near many restaurants and shopping areas. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only disappointment was that we could not access wireless service from our suite, we had to go outside our hotel door for IPhone access or to the pool area for wireless computer access. I would recommend the hotel as an excellent value and a great place to stay.

The 'villa' was an aged floor level apartment that had a nice layout, but we were visited by two cockroaches within the 38 hours that we stayed there, therefore it felt dirty and a few of us did not sleep well. The pull-out sofa had a bar running right down the middle and the floor was more comfortable than using the pull-out. The towels, workout room, and pool were nice. It was not at all what I expected based on the listing and would have spent more money elsewhere had I any idea how uncomfortable I'd be.

We could not believe this great place! It had two great bedrooms and each had a bath. We had a full kitchen with coffee pot, toaster, blender and anything else you could need. It also had a dining area with 4 chairs, nice living area with sectional that made out into a bed if needed, 3 televisions with a pretty good selection of channels, washer and dryer, and a small patio. I wish we could of stayed longer. We just went to Tucson for an over night get-away. We hope to go back to this place soon.
