My only complaint was that check out was at 10am!! With all the surrounding bars around how is someone suppose to check out at 10

Enjoyed it very much. Location is great, across from the beach and close to restaurants. Very clean with pots, pans, dishes, etc. provided for cooking and eating. All appliances in working condition.

We stayed four nights with three kids, ages 9-14. This was the perfect location. Across the street from the beach. Many restaurants within walking distance. We didn't need to drive anywhere once we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrible overall experience, unfriendly and rude staff, dirty room, terrible experience...would NEVER recommend that anyone stay there...place was the WORST

Great location. Parking is an issue as well as elevators. Thinking this should have been nicer considering the price.

w2as there over the Thrusday and friday night of both the FT Lauderdale boat show and TS Sandy. The staff acted like they were doing us some huge favor taking our money x2 rooms. The keys didnt work on more than one occassion plus they checked us out on friday night when we had reservations. The desk clerk insisted she was correct regardless of what we showed her icluding confirm number. WELL TRAINED BY THE LOCAL DMV. The area was not being crushed like the northeast. just rain and windy. The great location etc was negatiated by the terrible desk people.

Very clean, directly across the street from the beach. Friendly staff. I would go again when looking for a few days of relaxation at the beach. No need to get a car, more than enough choices for food and stores on site or within walking distance. Yes the elevator is a little slow during peak times, but the clean rooms and friendly staff make up for it.

The hotel was in a very confusing location. Lobby was on the 4th floor of an older shopping plaza. To find the hotel we had to call and ask directions even though we had a GPS. The condition of the hotel was dated and more suited as a 2 star hotel except for the room which was very nice. Bathroom was small in comparison to the room. Overall just a middle of the road hotel.

Overall, it was generally satisfactory. The entrance is inconvenient. I'm not sure if we ever actually found the main entrance to the hotel as the signage was very poor. We were dropped off and had to lug our suitcases through the parking garage by foot b/c it otherwise it seemed we'd have to pay $3 just to be dropped close to the entrance (in the garage) Also, they do not offer rollaways and are frugal on the late checkout.

My stay was okay. The overall cleanliness of my room was pretty good, except for the hair in the bathroom and the bar of soap on the floor left by a previous guest. The noise from construction was irritating, especially since I was trying to study for my final exam while relaxing for my birthday.

We went as a family and although the night life is more for adults only, the hotel has a lot of family day time activities and there is lots to do around the hotel. So our family trip was still tons of fun!

Worst elevator service ever.... so long, I can't imagine anyone ever returning and everyone was vocal about it. Made the coming and going miserable

Everything was great except the elevator service was being worked on so the wait was absurd. That should get better. Otherwise a wonderful location and nice rooms.

Everyone was very accomodating-- professional and friendly staff. Clean facilities. Only downside was that during our stay, one of the elevators were down-- they don't let you extend your check out time of 10:00am, therefore at 10 am -- it seemed like everyone in the hotel was waiting and packing up the workign elevators. 20 minute wait to get down to the lobby.

Right on the beach, friendliest staff I have ever seen, most competent staff I have ever seen. We had some special needs, and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. I would stay here again and again! The room darkening curtains are just that - total darkness (thanks to the valance at the top that includes a cornice!), the views are spectacular from every room, and the kitchen is fantastic. The washer/dryer was so convenient (right in the kitchen) and the surrounding neighborhood was filled with great stuff to do and places to eat within walking distance. We were actually here because of work being done on our house, so we had to get up and go to work every day, but we still felt like we were on vacation - thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

The conditions of the hotels are good, overall, as well as the service. The only off thing was that it does not have a standard reception: you either have to drive 5 levels and be dropped off in the parking garage or go in through the service entrance and take the elevator to the 5th floor, which is where the reception area is. If you can live with that, the hotel is worth it.

One bedroom villa was super, everything you wanted in a room. Location was great for beach, bars, and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

only complaint is that steam room did not work for 4 out of the 7 days i was there. everyone was friendly and very helpful to us. would highly recommend and would come back there in a heartbeat.

This is the lowest-end Marriott I've stayed in, (the rooms and look of the hotel are more in line with a Best Western) but you cannot beat the location. It is right in the mix of everything Fort Lauderdale Beach has to offer.

This hotel property is in a great location with the beach across the street and Cafe Del Mar (great spot) right next door. They have serious television reception issues though. The Direct TV was down 80% of the time during my five day stay. No catching up on the news or watching a ball game while getting ready to go out.

The location in beach place can't be beat if you have plans to go out in the area. The one bedroom suite it very large with a full kitchen balcony and bedroom. Plenty of room. Please note they do not have rooms with 2 double beds for the suites, only one bed plus sofa bed...this wasn't clear when reserving. Parking garage takes forever just to get up to P4 where you have to check in, is $14 day and then u have to go back out to the car to put a card on your dashboard so they don't tow. There is no room service and the front desk staff was slow and not really helpful.

Everything is close to perfect... Keep up the good work....

The employees at the hotel were very helpful and polite regarding all my needs or just interaction with them. The hotel was very clean and right in the center of all activities regarding the beach dining and entertainment. I would recommend this hotel to others.

It was a last minute booking because the Hilton where we had reservations was so bad we couldn’t stay even for the night. They were very rude and unwilling to help correct the issue. We called a friend had them pull up Hotels.com and look for a room for us. When we arrived at the Marriott we were taken aback by how beautiful it was and the room...Amazing. Very large and nicely decorated. Wonderful ocean view. Even though it was just a Staycation for us we thought we had left the country for the day. Thanks Hotels.com and Marriott You Saved Our Vacation! Stay away from the Ft Lauderdale Beach Hilton…

Dejlig strand. Meget støj om natten. Grim indgang til Hotellet. Næsten nedslidt. Store værelser og rene. For lidt elevator kapacitet , lang ventetid.

Veldig grei leilighet med god plass. Fullt utstyrt med kjøkken, vaskerom og stort bad. Eneste som var vanskelig var å finne resepsjonen...den lå i 4. etg. og en kjørte inn på baksiden/parkeringshuset. En kunne også komme inn fra forsiden, da lå heisen helt innerst i lokalet. De tre første etg. var butikker og restauranter, men vi var ikke plaget av nevnevrdig støy. Flere restauranter og spiseplasser i nærheten.Et hotel jeg absolutt kan anbefale.

Wir wollten ursprünglich ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, bekamen aber eines auf der anderen Seite und muss sagen Gott sei Dank. Wir hatten nähmlich einen wunderschönen Blick vom 15. Stock aus, auf die Towntown Ft. Lauderdales und die davor liegenden Kanäle. Bei einem Fläschchen Bier vom Balkon aus konnte gemütlich relaxenund das umherfahren der Boote und Schiffe beobachten. Jede Menge Bars und Restaurants sin in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ein kleines Manko im Hotel: nur 4 Lifte für 18 Stockwerke. Kann zu längeren Wartezeiten führen. Ansonsten hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Todo de maravilla. La gente en el hotel muy amable. Pasamos 8 días con mi esposa y mi hijo. Recomendado el hotel. El unico contra es los ascensores que son un poco lentos.

Överlag ok, men hotellet hissar fungerade inte som de skulle och eftersom hotellet var byggt som lägenheter fanns det bara 4st hissar för personal och gäster vilket gjorde det omöjligt att ta hissen, så man fick gå upp och ner 12 våningar, för om man skulle vänta på hissen kunde det ta upp mot 20 minuter innan den kom. Sedan var parkeringsgaraget ett tråkigt också, man får passera 2 biljettstationer och 4 våningsplan för att komma in och parkera. Dessa problem drog ner upplevelsen väldigt mycket.

Hotellet ligger fint til med umiddelbar nærhet til stranden og mange restauranter. Fine store rom med kjøkkenbenk der vi kunne ordne vår egen frokost. Romslig balkong med fin utsikt til byen eller stranden. Gratis vaskeri. Vi hadde litt problemer med å finne inngangen til hotellet som ved innsjekking er via garasjeanleggets 4. etasje. Det kostet 14 dollar pr døgn for parkering, noe som er billig i området.

leider ist die zufahrt zum Hotel nicht auf anhib zu finden. Auch fehlen Schilder mit einer Zufahrt zum hotel. Wenn man es dann gefunden hat klaptt alles reibungslos. Toller Service, schöne und saubere zimmer..

Beach Place er et meget bra hotel. Perfekt beliggende til det du trenger av restauranter og natteliv. Stor dagligvarebutikk rett ved. Store rom, bra renhold, hyggelig personale. Treningsrommet var OK, litt gamle vektapparat, men moderne tredemøller. Bassenget var lite og virket litt møkkete.. Mye mennesker ved bassenget hele tiden. Total vurdering; kommer gjerne tilbake.

Stor fin leilighet (villa). Flott beliggende rett ved stranden. Godt trådløst nett. Fullt utstyrt leilighet. Hyggelig personale. Gode parkeringsforhold. Anbefales!!!

fue mi segunda vez en el hotel y volveria a ir. salvo la atencion del front desk que no fue muy buena, el resto estuvo espectacuar. los deptos son amplisimos y comodos, la vista al mar excelente y el jacuzzi en la habitacion, soberbio
