This is our second time staying in this complex, The location is very convenient to all the attractions, restaurants and shopping. Our kids our older so lounging around the pool is perfectly fine. The grounds are kept very clean and the property feels safe. I just wish the check-in/check-out times were better. At 4pm and 10am respectively you feel like you miss out on a day. I did hear other folks checking in early and they couldn't get into their room but they did say they could use the facilities until their room was ready. They even offered to store any food for them. I thought that was nice. Something I wasn't aware they would do. Overall this is a great hotel/resort for the price.

Our stay at this resort was amazing, and we are locals living less than 10 miles away. We frequently stay at resort hotels in our area to feel like we're on vacation even though we live here year round. The staff was very professional and helpful. Knowing that this is a time-share resort, we simply unplugged our phones from the wall outlet when we arrived - no sales calls disturbed us!; and no one approached us at check-in...just avoid the "free gift" at the next counter after check-in. The kids' pool area is wonderful and more entertaining than most. There is a pirate ship with two small slides and water spouts/activities and a very large corkscrew slide for the more adventurous kids. Our room was very clean, well designed and spacious. Having a nice kitchen area was especially convenient with two small kids. A super nice place to call home while visiting the area attractions.

Overall a great place. Dont like that they wants you to buy timeshare. If I want to I ask. Dont want them to call me in the evenings trying to book a salesmeeting. But except for that it was a great place.

It was absolutely amazing, clean , all accommodations were met. The pool was perfect temp and we would love to stay there again.

Although we only stayed 1 night, this resort was absolutely PERFECT! The staff was friendly & very accommodating. Very safe environment as you had to check in with the guard at the gate to even get into the resort. We had our 2 sons with us & immediately they were thrilled with the many activities available to them. The location of our villa was close to the pool, playground, beach & basketball courts. The clubhouse near our villa was equipped with ping pong, pool tables, video arcades & fitness room. My husband & I walked the grounds early in the morning for exercise & it was very peaceful & safe. The villa was gorgeous with all the comforts of home! We want to come back next year for the whole week of Spring Break! Close to outlet malls & many area attractions, including easy access to Orlando International Airport. Shuttles can take you anywhere you would like during your stay.

this is a great place. this was a wonderful surprise. staff is great and friendly. the rooms are clean and the one we had was a one bedroom and beautiful. very familly friendly. the pools are great for the kids and you can not ask for a better location. we will be back to this Sheraton.

Our stay was great and the hotel was great. My only concern was that sitting in the room balcony you could smell smokers and there were quite a few people smoking in the hotel. There should be a smoking vs non smoking area. Otherwise the hotel is great

We highly recommend this hotel. Location is perfect. It was clean and the staff is friendly. My family and I travel a lot and you don't seem to get cleanliness and friendly staff anymore. Thank you we will be booking are next vacation very soon!

Clean, grounds are pristine, bedding and rooms clean, staff around the pool area very helpful.

I was happy as soon as my attendant spoke to me with a smile. I told her I was not feeling well and she checked me in immediatly. She was curtious, very nice and because my room was not ready she upgraded me just so that I could lay down as soon as possible. She saw the destressed look I had on my face from the headache and the long drive and she took good care of me. Unfortunatly I was not well until the next day, I will always remember the care and patience Alison-44 had with me that day and I thank her from the bottom of my heart. Oh, and the balcony was fabulous.

Very clean and quiet. We only stayed one night but would recommend if your coming for a week for sure.

i had to check in twice had to wait and wait over 2 hrs long line i wud never go back very poor servcie not friedly i travel great deal this is bad services.

Stayed in Feb 12, overall the hotel is good with the following exceptions:- Bathroom - our room did not have a walk in shower and water pressure was low. Also the toilet flush made a very loud sound, this could also be heard from the adjoining and above rooms during the stay. Internet - Worst performance ever experienced at a hotel. Internet limited to 1Mb upload/download resulting in it either being very very slow or not working. When reported to hotel at check-out was advised it was being upgraded & was actually better than before!! No mention of this prior to check-in or when it was reported to hotels IT staff, I spent ages with them attempting to get it working.

I booked based on reviews and the Sheraton name. The facilities are beautiful and a lot of fun. The problem was the Room first night adolescents having a party and urinating across the door, the toilet tank had a leak the sliding door to the terrace could not be locked, they gave us another room where the carpet had a smell of "vomit", the safe box was locked and the fridge was leaking. I call to complain and they seem receptive but not effective. I am writing a formal complain to them and AAA.

Excellent location that is close to a variety of restarants and attractions. The rooms are nice, but the kitchen/dining area was small in our 1-bedroom villa. Be sure to ask for a patio or a balcony. Several different pools, hot tubs, etc to choose from. However while you're there, they're going to try to sell you a timeshare. The next time I'm in Orlando, I will stay there again.

Extremely well managed and pleasantly surprised with every aspect of the facility top to bottom.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, and the room was very clean. Just enough room for the 4 of us. My kids LOVED the pool, and the little grocery store had everything we needed for breakfast and dinner. However, there were some troublesome issues with services: no one told me at check-in that if you don't turn your towels in after using the pool your credit card is charged $20.00 PER TOWEL; This resort is HUGE and we couldn't find any hotel staff to help us with our luggage....we ended up loading our luggage on a cart and pushed it over a half-mile to our building through parking lots with cars swerving around us.

Excellent place to stay in family.

I have stayed in this area of Orlando many times before, but this was my first stay at this resort. It has VERY easy access to the Sea World parks, International Drive shops and restaurants, outlet shopping, and Walt Disney World approaches. I appreciated the front gate security and the friendly staff when I checked in/out. It has a great pool area and seemed friendly to families, couples, or singles alike.

Clean comfortable room. Beautiful pool and grounds. Close to all the attractions. Will definitely return.

My only advice is to ask for a room specifically with a patio or balcony, as they seem to put non direct reservation folks into the smaller one bedroom. Once I moved into what I think the site advertised, it was a great place. Fully equipped kitchen, wash/dryer, everything. Jet tub IN the bedroom overlooking the pool, etc. Vistana villages is a quality location. The OPTIONAL timeshare tour is available, and was well done, but not mandatory. They did a better job of detailing the program than any I have had before. Pressure was minimal. Pool, restaurant, small well stocked grocery/convenience store, great recreation/exercise equipment for EACH phase of construction, and a ride to Disney or other parks as needed (not all free) round out the "I didn't need a car" weekend. I did not notice if Public transportation came down international drive, but Taxi cabs were in and out all the time. Staff was very helpful and the facility was not run down at all. Room looked like it had just been renovated, and it was in the first phase of construction so was NOT NEW by any means. Enjoy!!

This was a great condo - all the amenities of a hotel and resort but also the comfort of your own kitchen and much larger living space. After 7 days of staying in hotels as we travelled around the state it was a great oasis to end our vacation.

well suited for Universla Studios and the Outlet mall rooms are spacious and was great value

We stayed at the SVV while attending the Capital One Bowl (2012), The resort was very clean, lots of activities for all ages, food and shopping options were great. I did not visit any of the area parks as this was a vacation for rest. While there the week both Universal and Disney met there capacity and was forced to turn some away. The traffic was horrindus due to all the parks, bowl games, and sporting venues during our stay. I would definately go back to SVV during a non-peak (holiday) week. Overall great stay and enjoyed the warm weather in January.

Very comfortable for a family getaway! We were actually a family of 6: 3 couples. Two couples shared double-beds in the 2nd bedroom but it was very comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights for a weekend trip to Universal theme parks so this was so much more comfortable than regular hotel rooms. We enjoyed the comfort of the living and dining rooms to share family time. We didn't have time to use the hotel amentities but they looked beautiful. Will definitely consider staying here again.

I was very satisfied,everything was clean, they had a great pool area,nice rooms with all the amenities,great location on idrive near everything,overall I would definetly stay here again and recommend it to others

The two bedroom suite I stood in was bulding 30 room 205 which is thier newer building. It was beautiful and spacious. I was just surprized when I ordered a $45 Steak dinner to my room it was delivered in foam trays in a plastic bag. It was so embarrassing to me in front of my guest, luckily they weren't looking so I quickly placed the food on regular ceramic plates that the hotel provides. I was Shocked, I expected my food to be handed to us on a tray and on a rolla-cart. Who would of ever thought such a beautiful place with such crappy, low-class room service.

Very clean well maintain villas, 3 pools to choose from. Only problem was the bathroom locks didn't work and people on the top floor where making so much noise we didn't get to sleep well. Also the sofa bed was uncomfortable, it had a slope and daughter woke up a bit swore. The regular bedroom bed was comfortable. Overall I give this hotel a 4 out of 5

Merry xmas.we were only there for. two nights,and it was okay other than just a miscommunication...we had a one bedroom villa instead of two br..but was quickly resolved..the receptionist that night was so nice to us and immediately fixed the problem...

Excellent facility! Great for Adults or for families.

The stay was part of a "road trip" for my 86 year-old Auntie. She has not stopped talking about her trip or her stay at Sheraton Vistana Village. It was refreshing to know that honest staff held onto a precious item I left in the room until I could pick it up. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

the internet was not working at all, I was not happy about this..

A large and beautifully maintained resort on a pleasant stretch of Int. Drive. Handy for the Disney attractions, we had a car, which is a must. Our accommodation was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The decor

Nice place not far from the attractions and shops. (you'll need a car, but still not far) Resort was CLEAN. And everyone was extremely nice. Only dislike was Wi-Fi...you had to hard connect to use it. BOOO.
