Telephone was not working in room, left something behind in the room and when I called to request it be sent back to me they could not find my reservation and said nothing was found.

Outstandingly memorable experience - 3 bed, 3 bath suite with full kitchen, dining and living room. Very tastefully appointed. Lovely pool and beach access. Extremely quiet. Definitely a 'Presidential Suite"!

Room was average. Paid $400 for 1 night for a room that you can get at any upscale travel lodge for half the price. Small T.V. and the refrigerator was stufk out in the middle of the room. I was charged an additional $17.50 to park outside in an unsecured lot. Staff had an attitude of if you werent driving a lexus you werent worth their time. Do not stay here.

Shuttle service to downtown area was very nice. Our room had no view at all, but was very clean and modern. Bathroom was nice and large. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was very good.

Not that good, a refrigerator placed on the floor and very noisy especially during the night, thin walls that you can hear other rooms.probably there are other areas of the hotel that represent the Marriot status. We certanly where not lucky.

What a nice place to rejuvenate the soul. Very relaxing and comfortable..

t was OK the shuttle bus service into town was great. BUT why we had have to loud piped music around the pool each day I do not know. I like to read a book or just doze, not hear loud Music. I did not stay around the pool once the music had started so they lost me and my family as customers for drinks and lunch.

We were greeted with a flute of champagne & an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite! Beautiful hotel, great service and the shuttle is so easy to use. We will recommend!

This hotel wasn't bad at all... I'd stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the beachside Marriott over Memorial Day weekend. We were there for our anniversary. We were greeted with champagne upon check in and the staff was very friendly. Our room was perfect, very comfortable and spacious with a separate living room dining room and full kitchen. Also we were on the top floor so we had a regular balcony with cozy furniture and an additional roof top balcony. The pool is centrally located with lots of chairs and loungers and a great bar. There is a small beach area near the pool with beautiful views but not a swimming area. There is a shuttle to Duval throughout the day but if you have a car it's nice to drive around the island. We will definitely recommend staying here and we will be returning!

LARGE ROOMS - VERY CLEAN - FEELING GREAT

We were disappointed. For the money we paid it wasn't what we expected. We were to have a sunken bathtub and didn't. The room was so small, the bathroom door touched the bed. There was just a free standing sink. No vanity countertop to put needed items. We were there for our daughter's wedding and wanted it to be nice.

Room was nice with a two level outdoor balcony (top level on roof). Small man made sandy knoll facing gulf... no real beach here except for where jet ski's dock. Real beach on the atlantic side 10 mins away but hotel and breakfast were great.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Service was friendly and accommodating. Great experience.

Very clean, great staff. Could not of been any better, wished we would of stayed longer.

It took a little while to get from the airport. Their shuttle never came but the front desk paid for the cab ride to the hotel with no hesitation. The room was very nice. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was huge with nice tile and a large shower. The pool was also very nice and there was never trouble finding a lounge chair. The free shuttle to Duval street was really great. I booked a jetski tour at the hotel and it left right from the hotel beach - very convenient. The beach was not huge but at least you had a view of the water from the pool. Service was good. They gave complimentary champagne. I ate on Duval every night- outdoors. Saw a comedy act. It was a great stay and I would recommend the Marriott to anyone and will probably go back there again.

My stay at the Key West Marriott Beachside Hotel was pleasant, comfortable and affordable. The room was very cozy, clean and beautiful. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to the Key West area. It is about a five minute drive to the attractions in downtown Key West. I had a wonderful stay and when I visit the Key West area again I plan on using this hotel.

The staff at the hotel was great especially Ms. Uma Carper, the Front Office Manager when upon our checkin there was a mix up with our reservation dates and she went out of her way to accomodate us and clarify the mix up with my booking through hotels.com. Ms. Carper went above and beyond to insure that our stay was as pleasurable as possible. We would definitely stay there again and book through hotels.com as well. Thank you Ms. Carper and thank you Gladys from hotels.com

Recently stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Was worried when we checked in because there was an Offshore Powerboat Race having their awards ceremony at the hotel. BIG TRUCKS and trailers taking up all the parking. But, that was the only negative of the trip. The racers cleared out that night and the next two days were great! When we checked in the clerk said, "Your Jr. Presidential suite is ready." I was afraid that my Hotels.Com reservation was fouled up and that I had been booked into some $$$$ room, but no...the room was at the rate I had booked. To say that the room was nice would be a huge understatement: marble floors, Sub-Zero appliances in the kitchen, big screens in the living room and bedroom, great patio, whirlpool tub, marble shower, plush mattress...OMG! Also, nice pool, cool little private beach and pier...awesome! This is a great hotel if you have a car and want your hotel to be a little distance away from downtown's craziness (about a five minute drive away.) This was my first booking with hotels.com but it won't be my last.

Loved the hotel, kitchen was not as stocked as we needed - pots and pans missing. Staff was very helpful. Hotel not in downtown kind of a bummer

I can't really fault this hotel at all. Comfortable stay, not too far from key west central area, easy parking, polite staff. Maybe a tad expensive, but it you compare it with the Comfort Inn or Travel Lodge, which are next door, then its good value.

Great hotel!!! Amazing rooms.

Nice room, really liked the decor and all the pillows. The beach is really just to lay on, not a swimming beach. The concierge and the staff were all helpful. You need to drive into Key West downtown or take the bus. Beds are fine, but not super plush and the room was clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We were very satisfied with the accomodation. The rooms were clean and very modern. It was posted as a 31/2 star but I have stayed at 5 star hotels that were not as nice. I would recommend this hote to my friends and family.

Location of room was 1 1/2 blks from beach and we were on the 2nd floor. The beach was small. The furniture in room was old. Didn't have full length mirror. Our first sight of bathroom was that floor had been damaged and it looked dirty. I mopped it but it was so damaged it looked dirty. Our room key was same as room next door. Employees were cordial and helpful.

I was in a standard room. There was a door from the outside that lead to a vestibule that had two rooms off it. In the vestibule, there were laundry machines. In the morning, staff would come in and talk loudly and make noise while making noise. One night the drier was running at 11 p.m. I guess that's why the room was offered a such a discount price. They also wanted $15 a day to park. The hotel is 3 miles outside of Old Town and there is more than ample parking, including a 3-story garage with a dozen cars at it's fullest. They "kindly" removed the parking fees because of the noise.

Great Room with the exception of an unusual bathtub which I consider dangerous for any person to use. There are no grab bars The Tiles is slippery when wet other then that this hotel is a dream come true for experiencing Key West. The shuttle is excellent

Rooms are kind of tight, but its clean and the staff is friendly. It's nice to not be right in the center of town, but you do need a car/scooter there.

We had a wonderful stay at the KeyWest Marriott Beachside. We booked a "1 Bedroom Suite w/ Gulf View", when we checked in we were informed it was a presidential suite (more on this later.). It was gorgeous. The description online did not do this room justice. Marble floors throughout. Beautifully decorated. Huge kitchen with SubZero fridge. Huge whirlpool tub. We checked in and were given a level 1 room, it was beautiful.. the balcony had a staircase directly to the beach, just a short walk from the small private beach. We were only staying one night, and there was a wedding reception directly outside our room, staring right at us when we were on the balcony. I called the front desk, and they immediately had another room upstairs on the top level for us.. level 3 (really 4 stories as the garage is the ground level). The top floor balcony had a sun deck! 2 balconies! Watching the sunset from this room was incredible. Tons of photo opportunities. Ok.. So back to the Presidential suite/1 bedroom suite thing. When we booked, we originally saw this hotel on a competitor website for the same rate, under the "Presidential Suite" description. My fiance booked, without my knowledge, on hotels.com, which had the room listed as the 1 bedroom suite, with a totally different room description. I called hotels.com to see if there was a difference, and they had no knowledge of the presidential suite. I called the Marriott to see if they could make sure we had booked the right room.. they had no idea and couldn't put me in for an upgrade as it was a third party reservation. I work in the travel industry, so I'm familiar with this, and understood. My advice was to just try when I checked in, they assured me it likely wouldn't be a problem. It wasn't at all, as I said in the beginning, it was actually the right room in the first place. Anyway, this hotel is not walking distance from Duval. BU the hotel also offers shuttle service, which is amazing. You can rent jetskis, bikes, scooter

1. Name of hotel is Marriott Beachside. The beach is approx 40 feet wide, half was rocky, overlooking state prison, no waves let alone surf. Several families took children to the beach, turned around immediately. "Beach" was completely unused. 2. Excellent pool, grounds, facilities. Best feature is free shuttle into center of town. Driver was excellent tour guide. 3. No ice machines. To get ice, you must go to desk or call room service.

We really enjoyed our stay as we were away from all the bustle of downtown but the convenient shuttle could get us there quickly. The beach was very nice and the shuttle drivers were prompt and informative.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed here for a romantic getaway and everything was great. My only complaint is that room service wasn't very good. The food was excellent; however, the service itself was pretty slow and unprofessional on the phone. It took over an hour just to get a menu delivered to our room. Everything else was great!
