Overall good value. Major Pro: very nice, helpful and efficient staff which is a rarity in Spain. We stayed in a superior junior suite which was nice and very spacious. Good location, walking distance to the port with all the shops and restaurants. The only negative was that internet was pretty bad in the rooms and even in the lobby, it connected and disconnected continuously so if you want to work on the net, you can't. Checking email is fine though.

Staff very accommodating. Excellent hotel with lovely pool area. Would definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Hotel was great - enjoyed my stay. Hotel was modern, clean and in a great location. Free WIFI and indoor pool! Breakfast was a real treat lots to choose from! Would stay here again.

We had a superior room which was ok . The room was clean and big enough Reception are is nice as well The Indoor Swimming Pool and and SPA is a joke for that type of hotel. They wanted 15 euros extra for the sauna where i would not even go in for free and the indoor swimming pool is too small But otherwise its a nice hotel.

The hotel is situated in a very good location with easy access to the marina at Puerto Banus.The hotel seems to have been modernised throughout since I last stayed and the rooms are spacious and very clean.the dining room was also well set out and the quality of breakfast was excellent.i would recommend this hotel to anyone on the basis of location,value for money and overall quality of the rooms

Nice hotel. Room welll kept and clean. Food very good although a little cold. Staff helpful.

Good location, beautiful hotel with large lobby where is piano+singer every second evening. Great pool and breakfast is the best part of this hotel. Rooms are quit small, but nice beige decoration. Not so top anymore, but ok with the balcon and all other things in the hotel. This hotel is for adults, we have good luck that there wasn't any childrens! The reason for this is maybe the Casino, which is in the same part of the H10 hotel.

Low price, completely refurbished and ideal location for the golfcourses, Puerto Banus harbour and Marbella area.

THIS HOTEL DOES EVERYTHING IT SAYS ON THE TIN. NO COMPLAINTS.

I found everything to be well organized and the facilities were excellent. I have absolteuly no issues recommending this Hotel. If travel to the area I would book the same Hotel. I loved the Friday and Saturday evening singers at the Bar, most entertaining!

Rooms are 2 type BEWARE, STANDARD IS lower than than hostal standard, superior is best, walls are extremly thin, people are coming and going all hours beds are hard, make that rock hard. Staff at breakfast dont open door at 7.30 as specified. They only serve sandwich at mealtimes, limited.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Pool area great and sunbeds comfy. Hotel has a very nice atmosphere and I would definitely go back. Within walking distance to Marina and also to the beach.

A short 15 minute walk from Puerto Banus Marina, you will find the H10 Andalucia Plazza Hotel. This 4 star accommodation offers everything you need to relax and enjoy a holiday in Southern Spain. The rooms were small but adequate. They were tastefully furnished in a contemporary style. When booking a room it's worth paying a little more for a pool view otherwise you're balcony will over look a flat roof covered with solar panels! I'm not a big fan of half-board accommodation, same food presented every-night... This is NOT the case with the H10. The restaurant in this hotel is probably one of the best I have ever been too. I was recommended to stay at the H10 for this very reason. Every evening we were presented with a fresh choice and wide selection of food grilled and sliced onto your plate.  The Hotel has a small and poorly equipped Gym. The Pool area is well cared for but the hotel does not have a badly-needed policy of block-booking sun loungers. By 8am greedy sun-worshipers have laid their towels out and perhaps don't turn-up until mid-morning/lunchtime. The pool area is also noisy. For a much more relaxing experience, I strongly suggest that hotel guests take the short 10 minute walk down to 'Pedro's Beach'. With a well stocked beach bar, comfortable sun loungers (€10 rental per sun lounger per day) a great menu and the sound of the Mediterranean Sea lapping up onto the sand, this is a much more enjoyable way of spending your day.  The large but noisy pool & small gym weren't important to me. The location and customer service experence of this hotel was pinnacle in my decision...  neither let me down. I intend to return to the H10 Andalucia Plazza someday. All said, I would rate this hotel with a score of 9/10...

the room was very small if i will strach my legs it will fill the whole room there were cockroach in the toliet lost of them no internet access, the room is very hot even though there is an AC room discription doesnt match the exact room it says balacony and there was no balacony in the room the only good thing was the breakfast as there are lots of food to eat . if you ask me if i will go there again? answer will NO NO NO NO NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. i rather sleep on the street than in that hotel.

Nice 4 Star hotel in the centre of Puerto Banus. 5 Minutes taxi ride away from the marina. Superior rooms were very tasteful yet quite small, not enough storage space for clothes and no drawers at all. Mini Bar in room but no tea and coffee making facilities. Nice pool area, sun trap yet not enough beds to cater for all guests. 8 minutes walk from the main beach (Plaza Beach) . Over all fairly nice hotel.

I styed at the H10 for 2 nights for a hen weekend. The lobby is very impressive but as we went up to our room it was like going to a different hotel. Basically there are 2 halves to the hotel, the nice half and the grotty half. Unfortunately we picked the short straw and were in a grotty room with no balcomy and leaking air conditioning that looked nothing like the pictures on the websites. Some of our party got a room the same calibre as ours but with a balcony and the others were upgraded to a lovely modern room in the nice half of the hotel (the rooms in the pictures). It was fine for 2 nights but if I had been staying longer I would not have been happy. The pool is nice and breakfast was really good with loads of choice and the hotel location is great as you can walk down to the port or stumble home from a night out easily. All in all it served us well for the weekend, just make sure you get the nicer rooms!

Great location, very hard working staff and a magic atmosphere! Our first holiday in 5 years without the kids and we couldn't have chosen a better place. We can't wait to return!

This is a super hotel. Great Pool, breakfast and customer service. Highly recommended. Great location for going into puerta banus 2 minute walk! Will definitely return

all of the public areas and services are of excellent quality.the restaurant is excellent too as is the quality of food and the service.the entertainment is of a good standard and the leisure facilities most acceptable.the position of the hotel is both good and poor.good for easy access to the main roads but poor for pedestrian access to the port and its restaurants since one is forced to use a tunnel from the hotel to the port etc,this tunnel is for public use and not owned by the hotel and as a consequence the tunnel is dark,poorly maintained and unwelcoming..the surrounding area around the hotel is dirty with lots of litter. the passageways to bedrooms are in a poor state of decor and are badly in need of refurb. all things considered though we had a thoroughly pleasant 1 week stay and it was excellent value

Found everything very clean. Front line staff very helpful and attentive. Wife's birthday was on Saturday - but did not mention it. - came back from a long day out to find a bottle of Cava with cake! Excellent service & attention to details that make a short stay so memorable. Thanks

I am a frequent visitor to this hotel as I find it well located for golf and for restaurants bars and shopping.On arrival I was upgraded to a suite which is of a very good size with large bathroom and very good sound insulation.two tvs and the bedroom is seperated from the sitting area.The only quibble I would have with the room is that routine maintenance in the bathroom could be undertaken to fix loose toilet seat and towel rails. The bar area is very good and the staff are efficient without being friendly.

Do not trust this hotel to provide you with the room that you have paid for! I purchased a superior room, but was given a standard room instead... the receptionist told me my room was a standard room when I asked for an upgrade at check-in, but when I told him I had paid for a superior, he changed his story and said I had infact got a superior room. If the room was a superior room, it is woefully inadequate in size, decor and facilities (with wifi not working at all - even when a modem was supplied) If it is a standard room, which I suspect it is, then I have been the victim of fraud, and you cannot trust the hotel.

The best 4 Star Hotel we've expirianced. Old but nice. Not far from anywhere. Unbelievable breakfast buffet. What a bargain.

this hotel is in a graet location with just 10minutes walking distance to the port via a subway from hotel subway is fine to use if your with a male i wouldnt recomend ladies on ther own to use it at night as it is quite dark a taxi to port is just 6euros.The rooom we had on the 5th floor was clean & adiquate for the price we paid we couldnt grumble.We had a day arround the pool & 1 day was enough as there were that many flies arround i couldnt stand it it was very clean but flys were very anoying while trying to relax so we choose the beach for the rest of our stay which was lovely & its straight across from hotel.The only grumble i av about this hotel is the staff there not one bit help full & full of all the wrong information as a result to this we nearly missed our flight as the bus time table they gave me was from god knows when & all the times was wrong you can get a taxi from hotel to airport but its 64 euros a bus from marbella bus station is 4euros but make sure you get the correct times other than this we had a lovely 4 day break & i would reccomend this hotel just dont relie on the staff for information

The hotel is in good proximity to the port only a 5 min pleasurable walk. Plenty to do and night life is great.

Nice hotel, good location. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a jounior suite and it was lovely, massive bed, very nice decor and very spacous. Breakfast was nice. Overall nice hotel but not sure it warrents a 4 star rating.

Very pleasant hotel with lovely lobby area, great pool and generally well maintained grounds. Rooms modern and nicely decorated, very clean. Bufet breakfast offering plenty of choice but food of mediocre standard. Service satisfactory. Hotel located a short walk from beach front and port, accessed via subway. Subway and walk along seafront could benefit from some attention by local council in respect of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, a nice well located hotel well priced in terms of value for money.

Great first impression when we checked in, staff friendly. Room of a good standard but with no real views. 10 min walk down to Puerto Banus harbour or stay around hotel for cheaper drinks. Great Thai restaurant 5 mins away.

Other reviews of this property did not do the hotel justice... Fantastic service, comfort and breakfast daily... Location very easy for day trips to Cordoba, Mijas, Bureto Banus, Ronda etc. We would not hesitate to re-visit this property on our next visit to Spain.

Great Value and a wonderful setting. Probably the best breakfast buffet ever including Cava(Spanish Champagne) and Caviar. Parking is the only drawback but not a serious one. Free entrance to Casino for hotel customers. Looking forward to my next stay.

For hotel price, expected better rooms; they were a little small and the decor was a little drab. Also, there is no privacy in the bathroom as there is only a see-through sliding door. However, we did have a balcony, and the hotel staff was very genial and helpful. Best parts; breakfast buffet (if included; if not, a little pricey), the decor of the hotel lobby and the pool!

This hotel is great for Stag and Hen Parties. Lots of UK tourists.

Fantastiskt hotell med bra läge,trevlig personal och god mat. Valuta för pengar.

Ett superfräscht hotell med underbar frukostbuffe! Skönt att ligga vid poolen och samtidigt kunna surfa på hotellets wifi. Taxi stod alltid utanför hotellet och tog oss snabbt och billigt till Puerto Banus med alla restauranger och lyxbutiker. Kommer mer än gärna tillbaka!
