Not good, noisy bad location needs updating !

Stayed here for an overnight stop while we viewed properties. The food was fantastic and service excellent. Overall really impressed and would definately stay again. Only slightly overshadowed by reception staff getting silly about gicing €10 deposit for towel at the end of the stay when we used the SPA facilities to freshen up before our flights. We had only £20 note and they wanted me to convert to EUROs to pay the depo. We argued the point but it was handled very badly by the staff albeit they ddi agree in the end as they could see they had clearly frsutrated us. I did not want EUROs! Never mind but these little things make a big difference. I stil would recommend though!!

Good facilities at hotel. Good service. Easy access to motorway to explore the coast.

the front of the hotel is at the back and not well sign posted. the staff are friendly and polite if your not asking them for anything. (i joined the clubh10 loyalty card scheme and you get a welcome gift which i never received even asking about it 3 times). the room was spacous but on both occassions (i had 2 single nite stays a week apart) the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. there was (some sort of) hair on the floor and in the bath. the loaction wasn't bad. there;s a subway to go under the main road to get to the other side and walk about 10 mins to restaurants etc (although not sure how safe it is at night).

The hotel is located close to a major highway and poorly sealing doors to the balcony allow for constant noise. Another issue are the connecting doors between the rooms, you can hear everything from next door. Hope you like to listen to TV at 3AM.

we were two women staying for two nights and after a long day, it was just fine to get back to the hotel.

I would avoid using the old part of the hotel and avoid the side near the freeway.The common part are old and unpleasant, the gym is small andbadly maintain.This hotel when full would be very unpleasant.Ok for very short stay.Breakfast is very well supplied but the quality of food remind me of an army canteen.

I have stayed here for many years but now it appears that the friendly service that used to exist is now gone and replaced by a bad tempered and difficult Manager of Reception - very very bad attitude - not only to me but other clients at the hotel - she was not a person you would want to talk to.The toilet did not work all the time and she did not care about it- I hope next time i go there that she has been replaced with friendly and welcome staff as used to be there

The hotel is split in 2, half if it is 2012 and the other half is stuck in the 1970's. None of the websites that advertise the hotel show the photo's from the older side of he hotel. Some staff were great, others not so much. Location is great for getting to good beach clubs during he day and also at night, safe walking distance to the marina and surrounding bar's and clubs.

Hotel was beautiful. There are two sides to the hotel one which has been modernised and one still waiting. I was in the later but still found it comfortable and a beautiful place to stay. One slight issue was the cleanliness of the pool. The only thing I could say theyust do better on.

We enjoyed the stay and it the fourth time.However the WIFI is not fit for purpose.Often not available in the room then when you move to reception very spasmodic

Nice hotel, very close to all bars and restruants and the port only 5 euros in taxis which are right outside the door. Only problem was swimming surrounding not big enough for amount of guests so hard to get a sun bed at most times.

We loved every minute of it!! We wanted to stay there for longer!! It was my Hen Weekend so it was a very special event. Loved our room it was very spacious and the swimming pool was great!!

Brilliant hotel, make sure you get a delux room. Its a little extra and these rooms have been newly refurbished. I heard the other side of the hotel isn't that great. Pool area is nice and a good crowd pool bar is reasonably priced and service is good. Great stay, would definitely come back.

One of the few deserving four stars in Spain.. Excellent in every respect. Classy, well located, great staff, cannot find fault with anything. The lady who organizes golf games at the lobby is really sweet and efficient. Just stay here you will not regret it !

I have always stayed at the H10 Hotel when ever I am in Marbella, because as from my first stay there, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the service is wonderful. I have a very good time there because the staff always take good care of me. Plus, the hotel is very convenient to shopping and restaurants and social events. But the hotel restaurant is very good. I usually have all my meals there. It is a lovely place to stay when on your holiday in Marbella.

More of a 3star + hotel, all main areas have had a refurb, but be warned, all standard rooms are old which was disappointing, as my friends and I went there expecting new modern rooms. Service not great in the restaurant, they seemed very short staffed Overall a good enough hotel for what we wanted.

The hotel was definitely better looking in the photos. It has been renovated but you there are a lot of details that show that the hotel is worn. It's not the best place if you're looking for some extended rest and relaxation. There seems to be a lot of "stag and hen" parties. I'm from the US so the rowdy groups got annoying....especially the ones who would get wasted by the pool at noon and get really loud. Each day security had to intervene because they were getting too raucous. The lounge chairs are decent but it was very busy so the chairs are very close to each other. We had no problems getting chairs on any of the days that we were there. Puerto Banus seems to be plagued by over development so the marina is lined by mediocre and overpriced restaurants. All the establishments showed their wear but I'm sure they keep afloat due to the near volume of British tourists that flock the area. Marbella town, which was 20 minute bus ride away, was quaint though and more relaxed. The breakfast at the hotel was decent and offered a large assortment of middle of the road food, tipical for feeding a large number of people. Overall, I don't think this was a 4 star property, just ok. This isn't the best spot for couples but probably great for young groups looking to party every night.

Great location and breakfast. The WIFI didn't work (really low signal in my room) except if you are in the hall entrance. Personal polite but quite rude.

Since last staying at this hotel it has been completely modernised to a very high standard. The lovely large, light and friendly reception was a warm welcome. Our room on the top floor was refurbished and we had a huge bed. The sea and pool views were amazing. The pool area is spacious and there is a lovely outdoor eating area. The patio is perfect for afternoon and evening drinks and the service is excellent. Finally the evening entertainment was varied and to a very high standard. We will definitely return again to the H10 Andalucia Plaza hotel again.

Overall good value. Major Pro: very nice, helpful and efficient staff which is a rarity in Spain. We stayed in a superior junior suite which was nice and very spacious. Good location, walking distance to the port with all the shops and restaurants. The only negative was that internet was pretty bad in the rooms and even in the lobby, it connected and disconnected continuously so if you want to work on the net, you can't. Checking email is fine though.

Staff very accommodating. Excellent hotel with lovely pool area. Would definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Hotel was great - enjoyed my stay. Hotel was modern, clean and in a great location. Free WIFI and indoor pool! Breakfast was a real treat lots to choose from! Would stay here again.

We had a superior room which was ok . The room was clean and big enough Reception are is nice as well The Indoor Swimming Pool and and SPA is a joke for that type of hotel. They wanted 15 euros extra for the sauna where i would not even go in for free and the indoor swimming pool is too small But otherwise its a nice hotel.

The hotel is situated in a very good location with easy access to the marina at Puerto Banus.The hotel seems to have been modernised throughout since I last stayed and the rooms are spacious and very clean.the dining room was also well set out and the quality of breakfast was excellent.i would recommend this hotel to anyone on the basis of location,value for money and overall quality of the rooms

Nice hotel. Room welll kept and clean. Food very good although a little cold. Staff helpful.

Good location, beautiful hotel with large lobby where is piano+singer every second evening. Great pool and breakfast is the best part of this hotel. Rooms are quit small, but nice beige decoration. Not so top anymore, but ok with the balcon and all other things in the hotel. This hotel is for adults, we have good luck that there wasn't any childrens! The reason for this is maybe the Casino, which is in the same part of the H10 hotel.

Low price, completely refurbished and ideal location for the golfcourses, Puerto Banus harbour and Marbella area.

THIS HOTEL DOES EVERYTHING IT SAYS ON THE TIN. NO COMPLAINTS.

I found everything to be well organized and the facilities were excellent. I have absolteuly no issues recommending this Hotel. If travel to the area I would book the same Hotel. I loved the Friday and Saturday evening singers at the Bar, most entertaining!

Rooms are 2 type BEWARE, STANDARD IS lower than than hostal standard, superior is best, walls are extremly thin, people are coming and going all hours beds are hard, make that rock hard. Staff at breakfast dont open door at 7.30 as specified. They only serve sandwich at mealtimes, limited.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Pool area great and sunbeds comfy. Hotel has a very nice atmosphere and I would definitely go back. Within walking distance to Marina and also to the beach.

great hotel ,great location ,very freindly helpfull staff stayed in this hotel quite a few times and as never dissapointed us good location within walking distance to port & beach great breackfast with plenty to choose from.overall great hotel reasonabley priced i would recomend this hotel to any one

A short 15 minute walk from Puerto Banus Marina, you will find the H10 Andalucia Plazza Hotel. This 4 star accommodation offers everything you need to relax and enjoy a holiday in Southern Spain. The rooms were small but adequate. They were tastefully furnished in a contemporary style. When booking a room it's worth paying a little more for a pool view otherwise you're balcony will over look a flat roof covered with solar panels! I'm not a big fan of half-board accommodation, same food presented every-night... This is NOT the case with the H10. The restaurant in this hotel is probably one of the best I have ever been too. I was recommended to stay at the H10 for this very reason. Every evening we were presented with a fresh choice and wide selection of food grilled and sliced onto your plate.  The Hotel has a small and poorly equipped Gym. The Pool area is well cared for but the hotel does not have a badly-needed policy of block-booking sun loungers. By 8am greedy sun-worshipers have laid their towels out and perhaps don't turn-up until mid-morning/lunchtime. The pool area is also noisy. For a much more relaxing experience, I strongly suggest that hotel guests take the short 10 minute walk down to 'Pedro's Beach'. With a well stocked beach bar, comfortable sun loungers (€10 rental per sun lounger per day) a great menu and the sound of the Mediterranean Sea lapping up onto the sand, this is a much more enjoyable way of spending your day.  The large but noisy pool & small gym weren't important to me. The location and customer service experence of this hotel was pinnacle in my decision...  neither let me down. I intend to return to the H10 Andalucia Plazza someday. All said, I would rate this hotel with a score of 9/10...
