The staff was very friendly. The location to SF is also great. The room was roomy enough to contain 3 adults and a toddler.

ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY ABOUT OUR STAY IN THIS HOTEL IS LEAVING EARLY THE NEXT DAY.

We were only in town for one night for an event. We came in late and left early so we really didn't require much. Just a clean bed to sleep in and we got that. the room had coffee, a refrigerator and microwave. That was nice.

My husband and I took our two young children to SF for their Spring Break. We booked this hotel in Pacifica because of the location close to all the must see's of the bay area but off the beaten path. The price was amazing. We had two queen beds and a kitchenette, which was great and saved us money. The price for the room was OUTSTANDING for the area, you couldn't beat it. We had a second story room and could see the ocean. We also had covered parking. Close to the highway for easy access on and off the freeway. The only negative to this was the beds were stiff and made for a rough night after walking all day, but other than that... I WOULD TOTALLY stay here again. As a matter of fact, we are planning an adults only trip with our best friends and want to stay here again!

We enjoyed our view of the ocean from our third floor room. The kitchen allowed us to save a great deal of money since we cooked there rather than buying every meal at restaurants. This suite was LARGE and beautiful. The tv was ok, but would have preferred a flat screen model. The staff was very friendly, yet professional. Pacifica is very convenient to SF yet it does not have the slightest feel of a 'city.'

Just ok. No hot water for tea in am. Really bad continental breakfast. Not a particular friendly staff.

No romance here. Looks over the freeway. No outdoor patio or garden or anything but parking. High glass protector cell at entry with bell to ring to get your key, and a gruff "take the elevator to the second floor" e.g. no hospitality and no customer service really. The 'breakfast included' should be rated at continental. There only a 100" bar with Danish & cold cerial/ milk and drinks, and only 3 tiny tiny bistro tables around the edge of the tiny entry room which is maybe 8 x 18' for the reception glass cell + the 'breakfast' area + pass through of all guests from the entry to the elevator. On the good side: Rooms are immaculately clean, they have both a fridge and microwave + the sheets on the bed are high quality. There are no sheers in the room, so once you open the curtains for light you are fully exposed, but if you only need a clean room, this place will suffice, albeit over priced.

Nice small town feel. So close to ocean was great. Very small hotel good location. Beds need replaced. Maybe a/c unit too was a little loud. Great place to crash after a long day in SF.

The hotel seemed to be a little outdated but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The free WIFI internet was basically non existent so was the free breakfast. Overall it was okay for an overnight stay.

We actually only used the hotel to have a sleep and was traveling on the daytime. It is very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is very spartan, but who cares. Room was very big, everything worked well.

The hotel clerk had to be buzzed every time you had a question. If you opened your window for fresh air, you heard a lot of Highway 1. The continental breakfast was very basic with only caffeinated coffee. The next time we stay in Pacifica, we will find a place close to the ocean.

Didnt have the 2 bed smoking room we booked and payed for in full prior to checking in.Once we got in a non smoking room,hair on toilet,stained up old towels,Nasty!Would not stay there again,price was way too much ,all you could hear was the traffic on Highway 1 all night.The beach at the end of the street was beautiful!! I think they should do a little updating and clean a little better ,would help.

Hotel staff behind glass partition, almost non-existent. Interior areas is need of paint, general maintenance and carpeting. Marginal property, OK for one night but not much more. Front rooms have freeway and surface street noise.

The room was dirty sand in the bed( gross ). And continental breakfast is toast and cheerios ... Not going to that hotel again!!

Facitities in need of room upgrades. Old TV with duck tape on dials , microwave and poor shower.

room was clean, service was good & quite a pleasant stay, would stay again, shops quite close & not to far from beach & quite nice property

Okay --- but little more. I dislike dealing with a hotel clerk through a security window. Doesn't say much for your opinion of your customers --- or of the neighborhood. We stayed here as a 3rd choice as choices 1 and 2 were booked. The very little if any price saving was not worth it.

When we walked into the lobby to check in, the lady was waiting and stuck an envelope from under the glass with 2 room keys. There was no identification of any kind. She had no idea who we were but just gave us two room keys and sent us on our way. Anyone could have walked in and got a room. Also the stove had drip pans that were lined with crumpled aluminum foil which was very unsanitary.

Room was shady... I didn't feel comfortable there at all am usually not too picky... Breakfast was non-existing by 9:30. Bed was uncomfortable and there was some kind of red (blood?) stain on the sheets by my head. Had to shorten stay and I somewhere else for remainder of business trip.

Usually I am very anti the idea of reviewing things negatively because I believe it to be bad karma. But dont stay this hotel unless u want to rent it by the hour.

I needed a clean, quiet, safe place to stay within an easy drive of SF and this was it. I was traveling alone and definitely felt safe. The management was friendly and the room was perfectly clean and comfortable. At first I was worried about noise, since the hotel is near highway 1, but took a tip from an earlier review and just turned on the fan once I arrived (it wasn't even necessary). I know Pacifica for its beaches and running paths (along the ocean. Amazing), as well as its surfer chill smalltown feel, so knew what to expect. I wanted a quiet escape near to SF and this was perfect. Breakfast was basic, but perfectly fine. Definitely recommended!

The so called continental breakfast was unacceptable the first day. the 11th No milk left, no coffee left, no rolls left no toast or bread to toast. Only dry cereal and juice. This was at 7:30 in the morning. Second day was a little better. If someone just wants a room to sleep in it was clean, it was close to our venue which is why we booked it, but we were not there other than to sleep.

Everything depends on WHY the person needs a hotel. This would not be my first choice (or even 2nd) for a full vacation and definitely not a place to impress a client but it is clean, safe and conveniently located We stayed at this hotel for one night because we had to be at the SF airport early in the AM (after a weeks vacation about 200 miles further down the coast in a romantic beachside resort) because it is very convenient to the SF International airport and VERY reasonably priced. The facility was spotlessly clean but a bit worn and tired. The staff was helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was an old fashioned cathode ray tube type but worked fine and had a full cable menu. Wireless internet was free and fast. The shower gave plenty of hot water at good pressure. Room had powerful microwave and fridge. There was no chair in the room aside from the desk chair. Overall an adequate experience if all you need is to spend a night close to the airport without spending a lot.

We went a wedding about 17 miles away and didn't want to spend $200+ they were asking for rooms there. The room was very large, clean and comfortable for the price. would recommend it.

The hotel felt old and shabby. Would not feel safe if I had been traveling alone. Will not stay here again.

The first thing we did when we walked in was cancel our second night. It smelled bad, the carpet and bedspreads were dirty. Internet was working off and on- breakfast was coffee with something sugar glazed and day day old.

Went on a business trip, glad to say that the service is welcoming and are hotel room was clean everyday when we arrived from a day out. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay near the beach.

Our main goal was to fnd a reasonably priced hotel close to the beach and easy access to San Francisco. This provided both. I was very disappointed in the "breakfast" that was included. It consisted of cherrios, bread and 2 types of juice. There wasn't much available for food close by. Your choice, within walking distance, was Thai, Italian, & Mexican/Peruvian. DO NOT EAT AT SONNY'S. We went in and the refused to serve us because our group of 14 was "too large" when they obviouslt had plenty of seating available and the sign said "A Family Place" We all ate at the El Toro Loca down the street. IT WAS AMAZING!!! The food was terrific and the service even better. We all then took short walk down to the beach.

This is a simple hotel located in a residential area. It is not fancy but is clean. The continental breakfast consists of danish and creal. Coffee quality was not good.

I paid for a kitchenette and when I arrived there was no puts and pans, utensils or plates.When I called down about this I was told people steal all of this so they do not have that anymore. This should be mentioned on-line. BRING YOUR OWN KITCHENWARE. The hotel manager was kind enough to find us some kitchenware to use. Also, the ocean view is mainly houses with a strip of ocean. Room was clean and spacous for the price!

Only minor complaints: coffee pot in room didn't work, one of the lamps was broken. Otherwise, it was clean, quiet and economical. Security could be improved: back door is left open all the time, no one at desk. Free breakfast nothing to brag about, but at least there was fresh fruit.

Ondanks oude staat en doordringende etensluchten, toch redelijk hotel. Wel aan drukke weg, aan zij/achterkant hotel minder last van. Ontbijt erg sober, kleine ontbijtruimte bij receptie en lift. Personeel erg behulpzaam.
