Inn On Ferry Street - ديترويت

My husband and I stayed at the Inn to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. We live in the Detroit Metro area and wanted to get away from home without going too far. The Inn was perfect for this. I have stayed at many B&Bs in my 8 years living in Europe and found the Inn to be very comfortable in comparison, yet not as economical. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, though we do have some criticisms: the room was not dark enough at night, the bed was a little too firm for our preference, and a few bath rugs would have been nice on the tile floor. I can understand how others complained of noise, the historic homes have hardwood floors that creak! Great attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the Circa 1890 Saloon and Lefty's sports bar. We might make this combination a yearly event!

This was a fantastic hotel. The service was wonderful and the room was quaint and comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic. The staff were helpful, friendly and accomodating. We felt very safe there.

Once I found out about this location, I never stay anywhere else when I visit Detroit. Always great, friendly service. And great value for your money, especially with the quality breakfast available each morning.

We were in town for a baseball game, and needed a convenient hotel for a few nights in Detroit. The Inn on Ferry Street is lovely; the rooms were spacious and had a historical flair without being stuffy. The bathroom was large and clean. There are great perks like a free shuttle, free parking, complimentary newspaper, cookies, and bottled water. We did not try the breakfast, but it looked pretty good. The shuttle service was prompt and safe, and I would stay there again the next time I visit Detroit.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Inn on Ferry Street. The staff make you feel welcome. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms had everything I needed for my three-night stay. There is a shuttle bus service that will take you anywhere within a 5-mile radius. I took the shuttle to the Motown Museum (definitely see it) and the museum staff called the hotel for me for a shuttle pick up at the museum after the tour. The driver does appreciate tips. A wide variety of foods are served at breakfast. There are some good restaurants near the hotel. The Detroit Historical Museum and the Art Institute are within walking distance. The downtown area is not that far, but I would drive or ask for shuttle service. My only complaint was that the glasses and my coffee mug in my room were not replaced with clean ones after the first night. I'm sure it was just overlooked by the cleaning crew, since I did get clean ones after the second night. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in Detroit.

모타운 뮤지엄 때문에 디트로이트에 묵어야 할 수밖에 없는 상황이었습니다만, 워낙 위험한 곳이라는 현지인들의 이야기에 엄두가 나질 않았습니다. 그러다 그곳 현지인에게 추천받은 곳이 이 호텔이었는데, 처음에는 가격이 비싸 약간 망설였습니다. 하지만 대학교 안에 위치하여 저녁에도 다른 곳에 비해 안전하다는 말에 묵기로 하였습니다. 결과는 매우 만족합니다.^^ 3인이 묵었는데, 독립된 단독 건물을 사용할 수 있었고 건물 내 침실 2개, 약간 작지만 포근한 거실, 화장실 그리고 고급스러운 편의시설이 참 만족스러웠습니다. 생과일과 스타벅스커피, 질좋은 버터와 빵, 스크램블 에그 등으로 차려진 조식도 만족스러웠고요. 화장실에 비치된 목용용품도 무척 고급스럽고 좋았습니다. 충분히 걸어갈 수 있을 만한 거리에 다양한 뮤지엄들이 즐비하였는데 일정상 하나도 제대로 보지 못해 참 아쉬웠습니다. 모타운 뮤지엄을 보러 간 것이지만, 출발 전에 디트로이트에 대해 좀더 알고 갔었더라면 좋았을 걸 후회가 될 정도였어요. 일정이 단 하루 뿐이라 더 있지 못했는데 떠나기가 아쉬울 정도였습니다. 주변에 다음에 기회가 된다면 꼭 묵고 싶습니다.

3 jolies habitations retro forment cet hôtel très "cosy". Les chambres sont spacieuses composées de deux pièces principales. On se sent chez soi dans un univers fin du 19ème début 20ème. L'accueil est à la mesure de cet hôtel, discret et plein de charme.

朝食も大変おいしく満足しました。 ベットメイキングも清潔で大変良かったです。 階段やロビーが渋くて気に入りましたおもむきがあってよかったです。 古きよきアメリカを体験できたような感じがとても良かったです。 バスの配管システムは最高に味が当てよかったです。 デトロイトに行ったらまた泊まりたいです
