This hotel was very clean, breakfast(which was excellent) is included, but the service was poor. You couldn't get through to the front desk( it was always busy) and then when you did get through, they never brought up the coffee we asked for.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast is quite poor but at least there is breakfast!

Liked the convenience of the hotel, close to the airport and quick to get to the cruise terminals. Hotel room suite was spacious, for 4 people and lots of luggage; was also nice when friends came to visit! The free breakfast in the mornings were a nice touch.

I really enjoyed my stay at Springhill suites. Very nice staff and the room was excellent.

This was a great place to stay and in a very good location to shopping malls and the stadium.

we throughly enjoyed our stay here. the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. the room was clean and well kept and very spacious. was very satisfied. I would stay at this hotel again on my next visit!

The hotel was nice. When we arrived at the airport we called for the shuttle and waited over an hour for it to come needless to say I was not a happy camper. Then when I went to set up the ride to the cruise port which we were told it was free on the phone we had to pay for it and also they didn't send enough taxis for all of us, there were 13 of us women with luggage and of course it wouldn't all fit. It was just awful. Other then that it was a nice hotel.

Next door to the Thee Doll House if you are into that kind of thing. Yes, it's Thee with two 'E's.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Spring Hill Marriot. The room was well-outfitted and very clean. It was close to the airport and restaurants. We would go there again!

nice clean hotel we stayed one nite before a cruise. good breakfast

We were only here for an overnight stay before leaving for the airport but there are lots of food options close by, nice sized pool and very comfy rooms. Very easy to get to airport and only about 10 mins away.

I stayed two nights at the Spring Hill Suites while in Tampa for a wedding. I was very impressed with the hotel, everything looks brand new. When I checked in at 9pm they were finishing up the install of new carpets in the hallways so I was one of the first people to walk on them. :) I appreciated the free internet access (wired and wireless) and the microwave and fridge in room. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Great service, very clean and well furnished. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful and convenient. Great location, near the highway and a shopping mall, as well as restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay!!

My husband and I stayed at the Springhill Suites the day we came back from a cruise. The room was fantastic!! It was very clean and spacious and close to the airport that we would be leaving out of the next day. It was also only minutes from the mall and many restaurants. We were also glad that there was a shuttle to take us to the airport that ran to and from the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we find ourselves in the Tampa area again.

Good hotel, But Kitchenette mean only a microwave, coffee machine, 2 mugs and a refrigerator. No utensils etc. You can't cook even simple things. Other than this part, it was good in overall.

My aunt and I stayed at the Springhill Suites near the Tampa airport after returning from a cruise. We were favorably impressed. The hotel was very conveniently located close to the airport, a large mall and the cruise terminal. It had green features such as a commitment to saving energy and water and using compact flourescent lightbulbs. The room was clean, comfortable, good-sized and obviously recently renovated with tasteful, contemporary-style furniture, bedding and appointments. Comfy beds! The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a small area with a good variety of packaged food and snacks for purchase (to use in the kitchenette in the room or to take on the plane) as well as a breakfast area in the lobby (we missed breakfast because of an early flight). The room kitchenette was well-appointed with a sink, microwave and fridge as well as a coffee maker with coffee, tea, etc., and disposable plates/utensils which we used for a take-out dinner. There were computers/printers for guest use in the lobby as well as a dedicated computer to print out your boarding pass (great feature!). In the room, there was a desk with good lighting and a computer hookup for your laptop. There was a small workout area and nice pool. Overall excellent hotel experience at a reasonable price! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Everything was as it should be....courteous staff, clean room, good breakfast....

Breakfast could be better. Eggs were awful. Quality of food..........very poor. Hotel, otherwise is fine.

This hotel definitely surprised my husband and myself, we really didn't expect how good our stay at this hotel would be. It made our first trip with our daughter even better. Would stay at this hotel again when I re-visit Tampa in a couple of months.

First time staying at a SpringHill Suites by Marriott. It was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. We'll definitely book a SpringHill again!

The hotel and the staff were great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in this area and needs a place to stay.

My wife and I stayed in Tampa over the weekend. We booked @ the SpringHill Suites by Marriott for one night. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations! Reading prior reviews I understood the hotel was not located in the best of neighborhoods. Yeah, there were some run down bldgs nearby but not as bad as we had pictued (in our heads). The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway, close enough so one can jump right on and off and far enough so as not to hear the traffic buzz at night. There are TONS of eating places within a one to two mile radius. Seriously, you can find almost every cuisine represented within the area. The hotel itself was very clean. 'New' looking, comfortable and secure. Our room was a standard double, but with it came little kitchen area, office desk, separate TV watching area and FREE Internet access. Really, the room was much more than I could've hoped for. Moreover, the price was fanatastic! My wife and I have done some extensive traveling over the last two years and we've spent in the low 100s for lesser accommodating rooms. If in Tampa we will stay here again. If the hotel is anywhere near your travel/work spot you should too!!

This is one of the nicest hotels in which I have ever stayed. from the reception area to the rooms, Marriott can be proud of this facility. Ashley was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who needs to go in and out of Tampa airport.
