Enterprise Hotel - ميلا

My son and I selected the Enterprise for the cost and location and we were not disappointed at all. The room was small but more than adequate for two people. Although it was a second-floor street-view, there was almost no street noise thanks to the heavy-duty windows. The desk staff spoke english and provided excellent directions when asked. We only had one full day to spend in Milan, with La Scala tickets for that evening, so location was important to us. In the morning we easily walked from the hotel to the Palace where we spent a couple of hours at the Archeology museum, some walking around the shopping area and then to the Duomo and back. By evening we had done enough walking so we took the streetcar to La Scala and back. Either way, the Enterprise was convenient enough to what we wanted to see yet far enough away to get a cheaper price and less traffic. Breakfast was included in the price and the selection was easily as good as buffet breakfasts in American hotels I've to pay big bucks for. My only complaint about the Enterprise was that the wireless (also included in the price) was erratic and would occasionally cut out. Eventually I went to the desk to get another ID and switched to the provided cable which worked much more smoothly. That was only a minor nuisance and did not detract from my experience at the Enterprise. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and, should I get back there, I would plan on staying there again.

A good hotel to travel with car, the parking in Milan is a problem but in the hotel you will park without pay extras. The best is the spa in the hotel.

Great hotel with a new wellness center on top of the hotel. Not very big but great for a romantic hour with your husband or wife or with a good friend. Need to book forehand - this way you can have it exclusively for yourselves! Great breakfast with a big buffet - loads of fruits, sweets, cereals, bread and ham and the like. also hot buffet with eggs in many versions, sausages and waffels. Room wasn't that big but functional and good beds. Theres is wifi in the room - just ask for the code in the reception. Public transportation right in front of the hotel - nr1 goes into the center (15mins) and nr 19 goes to the area NAVIGLI. I can highly recommend the hotel!

Ok design hotel. But the room was pretty small, and the breakfast staff was struggling with supplying items as coffee, and so on. The tram right outside takes you to the center, so it is pretty convenient.

Excellent service and buffet breakfast. It was quite expensive to get to the airport. Public transport into the city was not too bad but difficult to "walk around" the neighbourhood. There was nothing around - no good cafe and restaurant or supermarket within walking distance. Neighbourhood looked a bit shady. Good for if you are on a business trip as it's relatively close to the conference centre - but I seriously doubt it's in walking distance. The amenities and service was good.

We had a lovely four night stay here. All the staff were very helpful and knew lots about the locality,tram numbers and locations of attractions. Superb breakfast. The price of drinks in the bar eye watering so we would not recommend that. Top tip- turn left out of the hotel door and 3 minutes on the left there is a restaurant in the square which does lovely food, not cheap but really quality. Also in the day cross the road and head for the local bars to the left of the hotel, in the opposite direction from the town centre for a very cheap delicious local lunch with the locals. Public transport excellent but stock up on tickets from tobacconists/cafes(again- take a left to the newspaper stand on the corner who always seems to have some) Would certainly stay here again.

We spent 18 days in various hotels across Spain and Italy. I must say that the 2 nights in Enterprise Hotel were the best. Room was clean and spacious, has free tea and coffee, free wifi or LAN (yes they provide a LAN line as well) and shower was well maintained. Service staff were all friendly and helpful. Some might complain about its distance from the city centre but you just need to take tram service number 1 which is less than 100m away. 15min ride at most. There is a carrefour a few tram stations away so you can just alight from the tram on the way back to the hotel, buy your stuff, then hop on back the next tram withou having to pay again as its unlimited travel within 75min.

My husband and I travelled to Milan for a special weekend. The Enterprise Hotel provided us with everything we needed for that special time. Although the room was not particularly spacious it was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The bathroom was on a level of a 5 star hotel. The service - attentive and not over-imposing. The bed was so comfortable that we considered replacing the one we have at home! We will definitely be back.

This hotel was a great value. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom, unlike other European bathrooms, was large. Included in our rate was an American style breakfast which was tasty and abundant. The only drawback is the location. Enterprise Hotel is located about 20 minutes by tram from central Milan.

Very nice up scale hotel, 5 star. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds. The restaurant Sophia's in the hotel is amazing, don't miss this. Breakfast was a large variety buffet, very complete with any thing you could dream of. This was the best breakfast on our whole trip.. I highly recommend this Hotel and restaurant.

Using the tram to get into the city center is easy and well worth the effort. This is a lovely hotel only criticism was had a disappointing dinner at Sophia's not bad just not good.

We stayed on the 3rd floor at this hotel from 27th Jul till 01 Aug 2011. While the interior of the hotel and the rooms are fairly new and well-maintained, the same cannot be said about the room cleaning service. We bought a small pack of Italian ham from the nearby supermarket and placed it overnight in the small fridge located under the desk in our room after we had eaten a couple of slices. When, we took it out from the fridge the following day after the room had been cleaned, to our shock, we found a massive fly inside the pack. As much as we wouldn’t want to believe this, to us it looked like it had been left there on purpose as we left the plastic pack closed pretty tight. Unfortunately, the above incident was not the only negative experience we had during our short stay. On the last day of our stay, my wife noticed that one of her Chanel eye shadows had gone missing from her cosmetic bag. She was 100% certain that she had brought it with her as this was one of her favourite ones and she made sure she had packed it with her luggage. We still wanted to be absolutely sure that my wife hadn’t left it at home before we mention this in our review. Alas, after returning home and checking very carefully everywhere the eye shadow did not turn up. Our overall satisfaction was not helped by the fact that on the 2nd day of our stay, we found that the key card to our room did not work. Apparently, a staff member at the reception of the hotel wanted to photocopy our booking confirmation from www.hotels.com and cancelled our key card so he could be sure we would turn up at the reception the minute we try to enter our room (as there were no better ways of communicating this to us like leaving a message for us for example). Upon check-out from the hotel, we were told that we would need to pay for our stay once again despite the fact that we had booked our stay and pre-paid it fully from www.hotels.com . This is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the dining room is in a lovely inner courtyard in the summer months, lit by lanterns and the ceilng draped with muslin. The food was very good and the wine reasonably priced. We have stayed in Milan a few times before, but I really loved the local bars and restaurants in this area. Also, it is very easy to get into the city centre as there are 3 different tramstops near the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel when we next visit Milan.

Very good friendly service and the best breakfast we have had anywhere outside England. Parking available, but make sure you get the right environmental ticket for your car (if you need one) from the local kiosk. The Restaurant is OK (despite the Guide Michelin mention) but there are two excellent restaurants in the same quarter plus several bars with very friendly and generous owners. You will need to use buses and trams to get anywhere, but this is very easy and cheap, plus you see more of the town and discover new shops on the way. Shopping in Milan is good and the big name fashions are all there with very good prices - compared to Sweden, anyway. Museaums are excellent and nearly all free. Those that charge are ridiculously cheap. Don't miss the Duomo inside and on the roof. Eating is expensive in the centre, so eat a big breakfast, small lunch and big dinner.

Read about in Tripadvisor and was not disappointed. Super cool design and service .. Whatever I asked f them everything was no problem . The food was excellent as the city was going through a heatwave..So the first day I ate near THe Duomo . and the next at the hotel. Since I was a woman and travelling alone .. The staff were consistantly checking to see if everything was fine. I was lucky enough to be invited To the aloha party .in the garden hosted by the manager . Great fun.! My room rate didn t include the spa . But it s only 15e per person . Totally worth it.

Excellent location - tram across the street - the stop is a couple of blocks away. Great place to stay.

Good value for money. Hotel tastefully designed. accessable by airport bus at Fieta City and easily connected to major sites by tram. breakfast with a lot of varity of food and comfortable seating.

The Enterprise was an amazing value for us. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was courteous and efficient. The complementary breakfast was amazing. We needed to be near the Fiero Milano, and the Enterprise was a very short walk from it. It was also near some nice restaurants and a supermarket where we were able to purchase items like excellent bread, cheese and Proscuitto + fruits and excellent wine for very reasonable prices. We would surely stay there again, and would highly recommend to others.

I found the Enterprise Hotel to be perfectly located for my girlfriend and I on our first visit to Italy. The front desk made it very easy for us by giving step by step instructions on how to get to the hotel once we arrived at Stazione Cardona. The room was clean, quite and no complaints. Also, the morning buffet was spectacular! The hotel also offered complimentary wireless.

The room was very comfortable and the location very quiet. Although the hotel is located about 15 minutes from the city center, its close proximity to the city tram system (adjacent to the hotel) makes it very convenient and easy to travel to the city center or to local restaurants.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and we were very happy. Location is not bad, a little off the centre but tram is only around the corner which leads to the duomo. Breakfast is good, plent of choices, freshly cooked waffle is delicious. Service is good. Parking on the street outside the hotel is free. Plenty of trendy bars within 15 mins walking or jump on the tram. A around winner!

The hotel is contemporary and modern, the rooms are small, but lovely. The breakfast is fantastic. The hotel is away from the city center, but easy accessible by tram or bus from center of city. All transportation is covered by a 3euro 24 hour pass, so very economical.

Although not in the centre of Milan, this hotel is still extremely easy to access and get around from with numerous city trams (which are lovely and antique) and bus services directly outside the front door. A nice tram ride to Duomo doesn't take much more than 20 minutes. Also, metro stops are not more than 10 minutes away. The area itself directly surrounding the hotel isn't anything very interesting, but didn't feel dangerous at all or anything like that. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms comfortable. However, I wouldn't personally rate this as a four star hotel, but more like a really nice three star hotel. Breakfast, which comes with the room, is served until 10:30am (nice and late compared to many other places) and is an amazingly huge and varied buffet of hot food, fresh fruit, cheeses, cereals, cakes, custom made omeletes, coffee, juices... and even Red Bull (which I was impressed with) :) The only complaint I would have is that the cleaners, or some kind of hotel staff, were very loud and noisy in the hallways outside our room during the day. I was trying to take a nap after arriving in the afternoon and not only were they extremely loud and disturbing, but one of them actually unlocked and opened the bedroom door, for who knows what reason, while I was dressed in my sleeping clothes that I did not want a stranger to see me in. The lady suddenly yelled "scuzzi" and slammed the door shut and left. Other than that, good quality hotel overall and decent price, especially considering the easy location and amazing breakfast buffet in the morning :) Also free wifi is always good!

The hotel was a very nice hotel and we were only in Milan for the night, so we didn't see too much. The restaurant was lovely and the staff super helpful. The hotel is right by the tram- so it is easy to get to places, but not close by. Good hotel and good deal.

We used this hotel for a city break and although it was out of the centre the close tram links made it very easy to get to central Milan(20mins). The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the air-con was needed as it was hot whilst we were there. Breakfast was excellent and the general facilites were good in the hotel. In general, we had a very good stay and were pleased with our choice.

Very warm welcome on arrival, luggage swiftly taken to our room and we were upgraded! Room on top floor with a long balcony. You could see the Duomo in the distance. Excellent bathroom, plenty of supplies, towels and hairdryer. Safe in wardrobe, fridge and tea tray. No milk on tray, no problem when we asked, they sent up a jug of fresh milk, nicer than the little long life pots!!Breakfast fantastic, LOTS of fresh food, cooked etc etc, helpful staff. Weekend was quieter but Monday morning busy because of conference. Still good service though. Milan is a huge city, bigger than we thought. To get into centre, walk a few yards from hotel door to the newsagent kiosk on the corner, ticket for tram, 1 euro each way, great advice and help from reception. Several places to eat nearby, much cheaper than in the centre. We paid £16 for 2 beers near the Duomo!!! We would go back to the hotel if we ever went to Milan again, feel that 2 full days was enough for us though. No complaints at all.

We found this to a be a terrific value, and one of the most modern rooms we came across in Italy. The hotel was bright, clean, and had a modern air and vibrant pulse. The bar/lounge was a fun and happening place each night, the location was convenient to the trolley, and the included breakfast was the best we had during our three week stay in Italy. The only concern we had with this hotel was that the staff seemed entirely unfamiliar with the gay nightlife in Milan, surprising as Milan is considered to be the gay capital of Italy.

Vi hadde et veldig behagelig opphold på hotellet. Vi hadde rom mot bakgården så det var ingen støy, og rommet var av veldig god kvalitet. En av oss har cøliaki og det viste seg at de var veldig behjelpelige i hotellrestauranten med glutenfrie produkter. De hadde et eget bord med forskjellige glutenfrie varer i frokostsalen. Transport til sentrum var veldig enkelt siden trikken gikk ofte rett på utsiden av hotellet. Hotellet anbefales.

Vi havde et par hyggelige dage med slentreture i byen, god mad & vin samt afslapning i spa-området. Hotellet ligger i udkanten af byen, men nåes nemt med sporvognene eller til bens. Hotellet kunne anbefalde flere lækre restauranter i nærheden og vi blev ikke skuffet- tværtimod. Fantastisk isbutik lige i nærheden.
