Apple Inn Hotel - أمستردام

The Apple Inn is one of the oldest places around in Amsterdam and has a good reputation for being a really good basic hotel. Having stayed for the first time, I found it basic but very comfortable. The beds were great, good pressure on the water and the people working there were nice. My only remark would be that it was odd that they insisted that I confirm breakfast the night before rather than letting me decide what I want to do, so I skipped breakfast instead. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and I will certainly consider staying again.

This was a decent hotel. Although the rooms were small (normal by european standards) they were clean and comfortable. There is no lift and the stairs were steep. Parking is not near the hotel it is about a 20 minute walk but you can park on the street if you can find a spot for a fee. The hotel is not near the center of Amsterdam it is around a 10 minute cab ride. However, the hotel is in a nice neighborhood, it was fairly quiet at night and the park near it is beautiful. The small cafes and restaurants around the hotel were good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall if you are not looking for a 5 star hotel, this is a good choice.

Loved the studio apt and the town of Chatou we had been travelling for 2 mons so the little kitchen was great and a nice change to eating out parking was 7 e and we drove into Paris but the train was a option. Front desk was really helpful and gave great directions and advice .would stay again.

Very nice staff, they answer all questions and try to help you in anyway possible. Breakfast was from 8:00, but as I had to leave early I could get min from 7:30. Only minus was the noice from some of the other guests returning around 2:30 at night. Its cheap and clean and there was free internet

Very small hotel (although which ones aren't in Europe). Information on this website stated all rooms include satellite tv, hair dryer, clock radio, and espresso maker, THIS IS NOT THE CASE. Rooms included two beds and a 9 inch tv with around 10 channels. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are not sound proof at all...our neighbour got sick and was puking for two days straight and it was impossible to sleep as it felt like he was puking right next to you.

I stayed here a week ago and had a very pleasant experience. WI-FI: it worked perfectly in our room. It's free of charge. BREAKFAST: our rate included breakfast, which was good and simple. It included boiled eggs, a variety of hams, cheese, bread, fruits, cereal, milk, coffee... the usual for a continental breakfast. It was plenty and good enough. The area is really nice, in the first floor. They served it from 8 to 10. LOCATION: a bit far from the center, but I found it OK. The Tram 2 station is very close to the hotel (stop name: Valeriusplein), and there are a few others quite close as well (Tram 16 for sure). By tram, it's 8 mins from Van Gogh Museum, 11 mins from Leidsplein, 19 mins from Dam and 25 mins from Amsterdam Centraal. Not bad, right? BEDROOM: it was quite nice and pretty. Keep in mind that there's no elevator and the stairs are not very comfortable. If this could be an issue for you, request a room on the ground level from the moment you make the reservation. I found it excellent for a 2 star hotel. Would definitely return to this place, or recommend it to a friend.

Friendly staff, good location, comfortable bed, nice neighbourhood, close to tram stop which goes into Amsterdam centre and Centraal station. Oh and free Wifi! It would be nice if there was a free breakfast though.

This was a good simple hotel in a good neighborhood. The beds were too soft, but otherwise it was ok, given the price. I recommend this place as a good value.

This hotel was far from the train station yet close to the metro. it is VERY CLEAN and had WIFI. The breakfast was good also. Comfortable and the receptionist was very helpful in finding all the nice attractions. I would stay there again just be mindful that the metro stops running at about 1230. Found some great coffee at cafe 33.

I felt the location was good, right next to a tram stop that took you into the central part of the city. I felt that it was clean. However the staff were not very friendly and not at all helpful.... I had someone literally roll their eyes at me when asking about scheduling our hotel shuttle to the airport.

Tres bon accueil, mais dommage que le personnel ne parle pas français! Chambre spacieuse et salle de bain propre mis à part la poubelle qui était pleine. Lits tres moelleux! Seul point noir : l'insonorisation qui laisse vraiment à désirer !

Esse hotel e' tranquilo, muito proximo da estacao de onibus. O atendimento foi excelente. Conecxao wi-fi, nao tem frigobar, mas e'posivel comprar agua, refrigerante e alguns snacks na recepcao. Uma coisa que deixou a desejar foram as escadas. Eu fiquei hospedado no terceiro andar. As escadas sao em espiral e os degraus sao curtos, foi muito dificil subir com as malas. Compativel com o preco pago.

Ficamos no segundo andar, que tínhamos acesso apenas por uma escada tão íngreme que era impossível uma pessoa sozinha subir ou descer com uma mala. O banheiro não era bom e a janela estava quebrada, o que tornava difícil esquentar o quarto. Creio que não vale a pena.

Héél tevreden, alleen één opmerking: na het douchen komt een rioolgeur in de kamer. De sifon werkt dus niet zo goed. Anders alles prima. Royaal ontbijt, zachte romantische bedden, verzorgd hotel ...

No elevator! You should be able to take your bags to 3rd floor by yourself. But very cheap and clean. Nice old building in south part of Amsterdam. Not far from parking P+V Olimpic Stadium. Nice administrator. На ресепшене говорят по-русски. Но не все :) С горничными тоже как повезет :)

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 adultes et un enfant. Arrivé sur place nous avions une chambre de 4 places et une chambre de 2 places. Cela nous a parfaitement convenu. Les prestations sont globalement correctes. Manque un peu de chaleur dans l’accueil. Mais tout se paye et le sourire n'est pas compris.

Wir haben das Hotel 5 Nächte gebucht. Das Zimmer war klein, spartanisch möbliert und laut (zur Straße), aber nicht unsauber. Der Service besteht aus der durchgängig besetzten Anmeldung, die gern Auskunft gibt und auch Alkoholfreies verkauft sowie aus täglichem Putzen. Das Frühstück (war bei uns ein Special, gehört offenbar nicht immer dazu) war zum Sattwerden, aber eintönig, täglich dasselbe. Die Lage ist ok. Man kommt super mit den an der Centraal Station startenden Straßenbahnen 2 (bis Emmastraat) oder 16 (bis Valeriusplein) bis in Hotelnähe. In der Emmastraat kann man auch einkaufen, in Laufnähe gibt's Restaurants und einen Park für den Abendspaziergang. Die Lage hat uns ausgesöhnt. Ansonsten nicht zuviel erwarten, aber andere Hotels in diesem gutbürgerlichen Viertel sind noch teurer.

Strassenbahnhaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fährt direkt in die Innenstadt. Super. Heisst natürlich auch, dass die Strassenbahn deutlich hörbar am Hotel entlang rattert... Parken an der Strasse vor dem Hotel ist möglich - kostet happige 28 Euro pro Tag. Das ist aber Amsterdam. Hotel innen ist schon sehr einfach. Alles etwas alt und runtergewohnt. Frühstück ist nicht wirklich ein Erlebnis. Personal ist z.T. sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (Rezeption) z.T. aber auch permanent angestresst (Zimmermädchen). Fazit: Für 2 Nächte ok - habe eh viel Zeit in der Stadt verbracht.

Hotelli Apple in Amsterdamissa, on hieman vaatimattoman oloinen hotelli ison puistoalueen tuntumassa, joten luokitus kaksi tähteä on paikallaan. Hyvä paikka rauhallisesta ympäristöstä tykkäävälle. Huoneemme oli sisäpihalle päin , jonne ei kuulunut muuta kuin lintujen laulua. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen, tosin aina hieman myöhässä sovitusta ajasta klo 8.00. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet ratikalla (no.2). Matkat sujuvat myös kävellen. Museoalue lähellä. Lähistöltä löytyy ruokaravintoloita.

ik vond het een goed hotel voor mensen die de hele dag wel zijn en alleen maar komen slapen. het is niet echt geweldig schoon en het beddegoed en de handdoeken roken muf. verder is het een beetje verouderd maar verder wel oke. ook vond ik het jammer dat het ontbij zo duur is en er niet standaard bij zit. oh en de ligging is echt perfect!

We stayed for two days to see Amsterdam. It is a old small hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. It is possible to walk to the city but the tram station is within 3 minutes walk. Parking is a problem and the hotel did not provide accurate advice. The cheapes it to park in the Stadium parking garage which is a 20 minute walk. But MAKE SURE to use the P-R entrance. Alternatively buy day pass for street parking by the day. Other option are all very expensive. I would go to this hotel again.

Sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Sauberes Zimmer mit Bett und Klo. Mehr braucht man ja nicht. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum ist zu Fuß auch kein Problem (40 min zu Fuß oder einach mit der Staßenbahn). Eine günstige Parkmöglichkeit ist auch nicht so weit vom Hotel entfernt.

Quartos pequenos para 3 pessoas, escada pequena para quem subir com muitas malas, tomadas nos quartos que não funcionam.

Hotel ist sehr nett, zentral gelegen und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber gepflegt und sauber. Kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

L'hotel si trova nella parte più tranquilla della città di notte non ci sono rumori e si dorme benissimo, un po distante ma la fermata del tram n°2 è a 20 metri dall'hotel e quindi comodissimo per spostarsi visto che la linea 2 passa per leidseplein, dam e la stazione centrale. Le camere sono semplici e dotate di terrazzino (essendo vietato fumare in camera puo essere una buona alternativa a 300 euro di multa) i letti comodi, il bagno è piccolo e la doccia non ha la base ma lo scolo in terra, viene fornito solo il sapone per le mani portatevi lo shampoo e il bagnoschiuma, consigliato comunque perchè il rapporto qualità/prezzo è giusto
