They accused me of being loud and our friends running down the hall and thst wasn't us and then kicked us out 3am I had no where to go. I was highly upset.when u accuse someone at least investigate if it was that guest or not.

The room was okay size and we were on the top floor. However, the pillow cases doesn't look cleaned. It's the first time I've been in the hotel that was dirty inside the building, dirty hallways, stairways and even in the elevator. So disgusting but I guess you get what you paid for. The only good thing is downtown. Accessible to many business establishments. I didn't know you have to pay parking fee. The only good thing is the lady didn't give good direction because she said, she's not good on giving directions. So, she voided the parking fee. Thank you.

The hallways reaked of smoke, though the hotel boasted that it was non-smoking. The walls were paper thin, with outside noise and the hallway traffic were quite loud. The room was over warm leading me to discover that the air conditioner was just airplane that couldn't quite take off, but was stuck in take off mode.

This hotel sucked .. All the gym equipment was broken . The parking around the hotel is a dam joke! who in there right mind charges ten dollars for you to park at the hotel your staying at .

I travel for a living so I am looking for something reasonable and conviencent. This is a old hotel. I had to shut my heater off and leave the window open for 2 hours to cool down. The snow plow ran under my room from 2 to 3 in the am. I was personally very dissappointed from my standpoint. It is close to town however I have a car to get me around. My room did not look like the pic on their website. Too noisey! I an not going to use them again. The front end was very friendly. The extra $10 for parking was a rip off as they do not have anyone watching the lot.

The stay was excelent.as suprised to find out about the ten dollar fee for parking, that was not advertised on Hotel.com.

this hotel was dirty and gross worst hotel I have been in ... the room was dirty burn holes alot of burn holes ... the furnature was beat up and broken ... there was a burn mark on the comforter on the bed from them ironing it ... i never took my socks off (even to shower that should give you a hint on the bathroom) they had a pool and hot tub and the was the number 2 reason i picked that hotel but when i got there it had been closed for whatever reason cleaning matanence and was on week 2 of being closed ( per the notice dated on the pool door) the only good this is it was close to my work function . oh and when i pulled in to the main drop off check in area there was about a 6 inch drop and I did som damage to my car because of it! I will never stay there again!

The room was clean. No complaints there. They charge for parking and their lot was full, so I had to find a spot on the street and start feeding a meter after 9 AM. The free breakfast was uninspiring. Plain bagels and fruit that was about to turn.

Great place to stay especially with kids:)

Minor maintenance issues. The shower handle was loose and the plumbing was a bit loud when used by other rooms. My guess is the plumbing is not properly vented for make up air so it causes a gurgling sound during high use times.

Great staff great location everything else was poor

Half-way through our stay the only elevator broke, and so did the hot tub. Room was OK, beds were so-so. There is no maid service unless you have been there over one week, although you can get fresh towels and sundries at the front desk. Breakfast consisted of bagels, coffee, and semi-fresh fruit. Staff was very friendly though. And hotel is located within walking distance of all of downtown. However, the clientel of the hotel was sometimes a bit sketch.

Location is convenient but the room was not ready to stay -missing a lot of things like soap, sampoo, and others. Have to call the front office o get it and clerk was not in mood of serving guests. Not hapy person

I was there for 7 days and not once did my room get cleaned. We took out our own trash daily. Got clean towels daily. I am very disappointed

First off the place is dirty. Secondly, they don't clean your room every day! We stayed there for 10 days and had to vacuum our own room, take out the trash and get fresh linen and towels. CRAZY! We would have checked out but all the other hotels where sold out, bummer. Worst ever hotel experience!

The staff were the best; thats it. Breakfast was bagels every morning with coffee no drinks for the kids no juice or water. Building next door was under construction very loud no towels in pool. Pool and hot tub cold. Then you have to pay 10 extra dollars a day to park there, use it to book a nicer hotel :(.

There were terrible stains on the floor. It was as if someone had come in after housekeeping and showered, there was dirty clothes 0n the bathroon floor, an empty soap wrapper in the tub and beads hanging over the hair dryer. Also stuff under the bed. Not a pretty site. I would not stay here again and it was not cheap!

we enjoyed the hotel. It was a good size, clean. They gave a good continental breakfast. The location is amazing.

Love Alaska but won't stay there again. Frebreeze is not a SANITIZER!!

My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel before we ran the Mayor's Half Marathon. We asked if we could have a late check-out so we could come back and take showers. The front desk explained (rather rudely) that the absolute latest check-out was at noon. We hurried back after the race to take showers only to have someone call our room at 11:25 and tell us to hurry up, and that we should have been out by 11:00. Next time we will pay the extra $ to stay at a more accommodating hotel!

The stay was ok. There was a generator or something on the first floor that made constant noise all the time. It was bothering. The stay overall was ok. There was no maid service the whole time of the stay.

No pots pans silverware or any supplies in the kitchen. Parking sucks

Ran out of hotwater every morning. No pots or pans in kitchen and bed was awful. Wont stay again. I must say he staff was very nice and I felt bad they had to work there.

I can't actually find anything wrong with this hotel, it's just too expensive for what you get. What you get is a decent-size room that's well-kept, comfortable, and has a stove and microwave. I was sharing a room which helped keep the cost down, but if I was on my own I wouldn't rush to stay here. Oh, and it's also got a pool, hot tub and exercise room, which I guess are fine if you like those kinds of things. The free breakfast (bagels and apples) was OK, but you wouldn't want to live on it.

The hotel can only be accessed through the front doors, the rear door is broken with sign from Mgmt that says (sic)," if you try to use this door, you will be charged for the damage", and the side door is inoperable with your room keys. 1 room service for a 6 day stay, carpets are dirty, but room was reasonably clean. Wifi worked well, parking is not free, you must pay 35.00 a week to park in the hotel lot, which only has 10 spaces and 2 handicap spaces, or another parking around the corner. The hotel works for anyone who is on a budget, few amenities, but good if you need a bed for the night.

That hotel is the biggest hole that I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone. The gal at the front desk was new and inexperienced and received no help from her Supervisor when I was checking out in the morning, even though she asked at the time. The first thing we saw when we arrived was someone with their dog by the front door taking a dump.

The dvd didn't work, there was no coffee, tea in the room. Good otherwise.

For a relatively new hotel, opened about 10 years ago, this hotel has deteriorated significantly. The tub had a solid ring of black mold around the caulk line and the beds were the least comfortable I have not slept on in years. Since my last stay about a year ago the hotel has started charging for parking. Take my advice and spend the extra $10/night they want for parking on a hotel upgrade to another place.

the only down side of this hotel was there was no hotel shuttle service from the airport. I had to take a $20 cab downtown to the hotel. the manager did refund my fare, but didn't want to pull an employee off duty to drive me to the airport. They have a shuttle, but don't have a current driver. The room was everything they said. Having a comfortable chair to sit in is always a plus.

I would not recommend. Had to switch rooms because lights were out, bedding was stained & dirty, very warn in bed, pool was closed, very limited parking, tv channels fuzzy, and only coffee & bagels in morning.

I did not enjoy my stay of two nights. the staff was unfriendly, the room was not cleaned well, the bed was uncomfortable. I wouldnt reccomend this to anyone.

Hotel was ok, you get what you pay for. Pool was closed. did not get room service. parking for fee. hallways smelled of mold and cleaning producs. Front desk lady was rude and snobby. I will not stay here again.

BEWARE cheaper price plus $40 ++ round trip taxi ride = same price as reputable, better staffed places. OK, the place is as good as any other low end Anchorage place, but they had no shuttle from the airport even though they advertised it (reason I reserved there). I Was told that the shuttle would be running in the morning at ten..... "NO" was the answer I received when I went to check out and asked about the shuttle being ready for 10am. There was no offer of compensation either even after telling her that the evening staff said there would be one! I will not be staying there again!

I would not recommend this hotel. There are hidden costs for on-location parking and WiFi. The Pool was closed for painting without notice. Late Check-out was promised but not honored! Front Desk Clerk called my cell phone while I was off the premises at an event to tell me that check-out was 11:00am and it was now 11:15am, I was being charged for an additonal if I didn't have my belongings out of the room in 15 minutes .

Was the cheapest and had a kitchenette with pots and pans, coffee maker, medium fridge as well as breakfast items in alcove in front lobby. It was more than sufficient for a short stay.

Mattresses were the worst I've ever slept on. Carpet is gross. The whole entire hotel was a million degrees. We had to keep the window open...IN WINTER! I got a candy bar from the vending machine and it was completely melted mush. It was that hot! I called prior to booking to make sure the pool was working and they said it was. When we got there, the pool was closed. So disappointmenting! You get what you pay for I guess. It was cheap. Close to museum, mall, restaurants. I won't stay there again.

For the price I do believe I got a fair deal, but the breakfast bar was the biggest disappointment; apples, bread, and coffee, that was it.

Poor parking and had to pay extra if you wanted to park in extended stay's lot. No real discounts in the diamond parking across the street. Definite needs for "continental breakfast" very poor, no juice, coffee not well maintained and no hot chocolate for the kids.
