Melia Benidorm - بينيدورم

We enjoyed our stay, lovely gardens and swimming pool, well maintained. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in our room..Furniture in room needed updating.Would have liked coffee included in the price of the dinner menu. Very good location for Benidorm Palace only about 300meters away.

We spent Christmas at the Melia - just 30 minutes from home as the Gala Lunch looked good, it is 5 minutes walk to the Benidorm Palace (Boxing Day show) and 10 minutes from the beach. This is a 4* tourist hotel - lots of glass and tiles, but a very good pool garden. Lots of local 'pubs' nearby if you don't want to pay htel prices, but Melia is going AI in 2012 so that won't be a problem for many. We (our group of 10) were disappointed with the standard of the 'chow hall'. Starters, salads, puds, etc were all fine. Its just the buffet main courses were prepared by cooks and not chefs, if you yake my meaning. Most courses were very overcooked (yesterday??) and not very appetising. Personally, I ditched these and filled up on the other choices. Unfortunately, this carried into the Christmas Day Gala Lunch (extra €35 pp) and so it seems to be a common trait. If you want to check out offers in Benidorm (shows, etc) then its worth looking at the internet, which can save up to 30% for you. Overall, we knew the hotel and it served the purpose of a 3 night Christmas getaway for 10 at about 25% of the price you would pay in the UK.

First night's food was cold, however after that we enjoyed every meal. Staff were accomodating, hotel was very nice and the weather was excellent for Oct, so all round - a very enjoyable stay. Would go again.

The breakfast stampede was a little overwhelming, but I guess no different from other similar hotels in the area. Would recommend

+ Hotel that meets all international standards + Pool area is incredable + Nice and quiet location - Huge hotel so you have to wait for reseption service, evevator and breakfast. - It's better to have drinks and dinners outside.

The hotel was ideal for my one night stay and situated just 5min walk from Benidorm Palace which is why we were there. Breakfast good. Staff good. Rooms could do with a little more cleaning and so could the chair that was in the corner of the room,had stains on the fabric. Bathroom was a little dated but ok. Value for money I think and had a lovely garden andpool area. In the lounge the piano player was excellent shame there wasn't many folk listening to him. On the whole not bad and would use again for a short stay.

the Melia hotel was of a very high standard Staff very friendly. the only fault was it was on the outskirts of the city and away from most of the restaurants and entertainment facilities.

my wife and i had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for three nights. we had a really nice time the staff were very helpful and friendly. the food caters for every taste such a wide range of foods and eat all you want.the location is fairly centeral to everything including the two parks animal park and the water park.on the opposite side of the road and down the hill a hundred metres there is a lovely chinese it is so cheap you can eat for as little as five euros a person if you choose the set menu which is quite adequate go there you will be pleasently supprised.tell the woman in red sam sent you she is really funny.

The hotel was very good would stay again staff friendly clean and english speaking reception which is great for us british, breakfast buffet is very good if you cannot find something to eat there your not hungry.

We stayed here on a girls weekend and it was great. Clean and comfortable rooms, good location, fab pool and the hairdresser was great too. Breakfast buffet was very busy but had lots to choose from

Nice location. Friendly service. Minor point the extra charge of the parking fee, which we did not know about. The parking should really be included in the hotel price.

Had excellent two night stay with two children in tow. Beautiful pool area,super buffet breakfast and dinner.Quiet,wellappointed rooms,with flat screen television.Would definitely return.

no me gusto nada, la piscina climatizada fria, con música insoportable y con mucha gente por todas partes.. el hotel no tenía acceso a internet ni pagando.. el domingo a las 10 de la mañana ya no disponian de toallas para la piscina. llamadas a recepción para avisar de q la caja fuerte estaba cerrada y no hacía ni señal.. total un desastre..

Fuimos en Semana Santa a Benidorm y nos gustó mucho el hotel, tanto la decoración como el trato y la habitación. Nos sentimos cómodos y la habitación estaba en buen estado y limpia. Pedimos una cuna y nos la dejaron sin ningún cargo extra. El único inconveniente que observamos es que al no haber moqueta, se oían los tacones de otras huéspedes por la noche. La piscina climatizada no estaba climatizada, pues el agua estaba bastante fría.

las instalaciones del hotel son fantasticas grandes y comodas, el hotel muy bonito imponente. Esta un pelin lejos del centro centro y hay q subir una cuestecita para llegar a el. A la llegada al hotel las chicas de recepcion nos tuvieron una hora esperando, eran novatas y no tenian ni idea. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas para mi gusto y con mucho ruido ya q las paredes son de carton, la ventana no cerraba bien y entraba todo el ruido, nos tuvieron q cambiar de habitacion por el escandalo de unos niños en la habitacion de al lado ya q se oye todo por las paredes. El spa piscinas, gimnasio etc estan fantasticos. El hotel es precioso nuevo, impresionante de bonito pero con los defectos q les he comentado. Lo peor fue el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. Volveria sin duda pero en temporada baja cuando no hubiera tanta gente en el hotel

Por mi experiencia anterior, se que Meliá suele ser sinónimo de calidad. Esta ocasion lo corrobora. El Melia Benidorm es un excelente hotel, acogedor a pesar de su tamaño, con unas habitaciones espaciosas y comodas. Todos sus empleados, desde el personal de seguridad, recepción, conserjes, camareros y mantenimiento, encantadores, amables y eficaces sin excepción. Detalles a mejorar? Pues pequeñas cosas, como que no se reponga el gel de la ducha o que los croissants del desayuno no esten al nivel de Meliá. Los precios de la cafeteria, probablemente excesivos: 3,55 un licor de hierbas de regular calidad, me lo parece

El hotel esta bien y el servicio es bastante bueno, sobre todo en la cafeteria los camareros muy simpaticos . la habitación con algunos fallos ó descuidos de las responsables. Al no cambiar alguna toalla. Tambien me pareció un poco falto de cosas de serbicio sobre la limpieza corporal ,champus gorros de ducha,colonia,y articulos de afeitado,para un hotel de cuatro estrellas creo son detalles necesarios que en otros hoteles no faltan. del comedor no puedo hablar porque no hemos desayunado en el hotel.en general por lo demas bien.

HOLA ME LLAMO MIQUEL EL HOTEL ESTA BIEN LA ATENCIÓN TANBIEN LA ANIMACIÓN DIURNA TAMBIEN, LA ANIMACIÓN PARA LOS NIÑOS MUY ATRACTIVA, PERO LA ANIMACIÓN NOCTURNA MUY ABURRIDA, QUIERO DECIR CON ESTO QUE HEMOS TENIDO QUE SALIR DEL HOTEL PARA DIVERTINOS UN POCO. SALUDOS

Hotellet ligger nord i Benidorm. Litt vekk fra stranden, men likevel i gangavstand. Nært attraksjoner som mundomar og aqualandia. Flott badepark - tropisk badeanlegg. Stort nok til alle selv i juli. Som på alle store badehoteller er det mange som står opp i 5-tiden for å reservere solsenger og det er jo litt slitsomt å forholde seg til..... Rommet var stort og fint. Hotellet er i bra stand selv om det er noen år gammelt.

Hôtel situé à proximité des commerces, parcs aquatiques et plage. Très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Seuls bémols: Longue attente des assenceurs car l'hôtel fait 25 étages et le personnel ne parle pas français.

El principio fue un poco confuso, porque reservamos 2 habitaciones comunicadas por el tema de los niños, y no tenian disponibles, pero en la adversidad es cuando salen a relucir los buenos profesionales y aparecio David, que nos tranquilizó y resolvio la situacion de una manera inmejorable, acomodó en una habitacion muy superior, con detalles con el niño mas pequeño y con salida un poco mas tarde, para poder comer en el hotel, todo ello con el precio que habiamos pactado en la reserva. mi opinion es muy positiva, tanto con las instalaciones, personal,animacion, etc.Lo recomiendo para desconectar y relajarse en el SPA y con la Gastronomia, tal vez hecho de menos algunos detalles en el comedor, como los manteles de tela, el servicio de cafe y leche que antes te lo servian en la mesa en jarras, pero me imagino que habran suprimido cosas para rebajar costos y ofrecer mejor oferta economica al cliente. Det har været et godt ophold, men jeg synes ikke det er rigtigt at blivende gæster som er der mere end 5 dage, skal betale for P-billet. Pengene løb meget hurtig op, og der var rigtig mange regler som skulle overholdes, og ikke alt blev nævnt inden man ankom, ligesom at p-billet koster, brug af pengeskab koster også. Men ellers er det en dejlig by, og flot hotel, dog burde flere af personnalet lære engelsk bedre.

Hotel muito agradável, embora um pouco afastado da praia, mas com uma piscina fantástica. O serviço é optimo e a alimentação também muito boa e variada. Apesar de ser um hotel bastante grande, não é nada barulhento. O parking do hotel é que podia ser um pouco mais barato, mas enfim, não é por aí!!! Aconselho a qualquer um. Na linha do que o grupo Sol Meliã nos habituou! A repetir...um dia!

Een aanrader . Het beste hotel dat wij al gekend hebben in Benidorm . Erg goede ontvangst, vriendelijk en proper . Uitgebreid ontbijt . Ook erg hulpvaardig personeel . Enige nadeel was dat onze pintjes daar aan het zwembad vrij duur waren . Wij hadden onze kamer enkel met ontbijt . Ver stappen naar de uitgangsbuurt maar dat is géén minpunt aangezien je dat op voorhand weet . prachtig balkon met relax zetels en erg rustig overal in het hotel . Een aanrader !!!

Bonito y moderno hotel situado bastante lejos del centro de Benidorm, como a 40 minutos andando, y en una zona muy típica de turistas extranjeros. Muy cerquita de la playa. El hotel, inmenso, grandes jardines y piscinas, y todo muy cuidado. Tardamos casi 1 hora en hacer el check-in, poquita gente en el mostrador y mucha gente en la cola. La habitación triple estaba bien, exceptuando la cama supletoria: era la cama más incómoda de la historia. Por lo demás, bonito balcón con vistas a la piscina, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, y el cuarto de baño bien también. Recomendable si no cogéis habitaciones triples.

Hotel de bon standing mais dédié au tourisme de masse. Le restaurant propose une grande variété de mets, par contre sa grande taille la rend très bruyant et désagréable.
