the room smelled bad, the recliner was damaged, the bed was wore out with springs almost pushing thru the mattress. the main floor carpet should be replaced.

This hotel is not fit for business or tourist travelers. The hotel is run down and reeks of smoke. The locks on my room door were broken and I was unable to get my room changed or it repaired. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but left first thing the next morning. The curtains were falling down, the drawers were falling out, the chairs were so stained I was afraid to sit down in them without a towel. I feared for my health and well being and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If I could have given a rating lower than a '1' I would have.

tiny roaches crawling over my clothes in the bathroom. hallways smelled like stale smoke and walked over an open condom wrapper in the corridor. This is NOT the Hilton.

Based on the hotel picture and description, we were sadly disappointed upon arrival. Dimmed lighting throughout the lobby, hallways and our room, filthy bathroom, water damaged ceiling and floors, and we saw bugs run across the floor twice. Didn't bother asking for another room because they were sold out. How? Had to be other first timers like us. Don't make the mistake...

The hotel is good, but many anoyed noise in night.

The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because it was a spontaneous trip to Orlando and all of the hotels we usually go to were booked. I called twice to ask for information and none of my questions could be answered. They couldn't even tell me how long the drive to Universal Studios or Disney World was and couldn't be bothered to find out for me. The staff was no help whatsoever. Even when we got there and asked for the number for a cab company, the girl at the lobby gave us two different wrong numbers. Really? You work in a hotel with tourists, know your info! When we arrived into the room, the floor was sticky under my flip-flops and dirty, the plates and glasses in the kitchen area had a greasy film, and the towels looked and felt dirty, old and worn out. The whole floor we were in smelled of cigarette smoke even though we were supposed to be in a non-smoking room. The place claims to provide wireless internet but during the three days and two nights I was there, I wasn't able to use the internet once. And of course the person at the front desk could care less and the person from technical support called back around 3am. The drive to the parks were relatively short which was the only bonus of this hotel. But if you can avoid the Crestwood Suites, by all means DO IT!

HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN AND VERY CLOSE TO EVERTHING GREAT FOT A STAY OF 2 OR MORE NIGHTS. WILL STAY THERE EVERTIME WHEN IN ORLANDO!!!!!

the location is great . the staff very nice. the only thing is the pillow are not very comfortable thank you

This hotel is absolutely filthy. It wreaks of smoke. There is a natural gas pumping station next ot the parking lot which emits a sulfur odor, not to mention the noise. Don't stay here. Thank you to hotels.com for getting me out of there! If only the rating more accurate I would have known not to stay there.

this hotel was terrible...though it was our last resort since we had an emergency stay in the area, we had no choice. but if you have a choice, please do not stay here. the bed sheets were stained with god knows what. we actually slept sitting up on the couch with towels as blankets we were so afraid to use the bed there were roaches all over the bathroom sink and tub. we didnt even take a shower there. the soaps they left were already opened & used...the coffee pot had burned coffee in it...The carpet was musty and smelled of mold. when we complained to the front counter, the girl said "im sorry, we are booked so we cannot change your room, we will get it cleaned when you check out & call terminix" Not even offered to clean our room or change our sheets. it was highly disappointing and disgusting. the staff was very rude, short of temper and just lazy. Overall cleanliness was the biggest issue, i could deal with the rudeness, i understand the job can be stressful , but having to lay my head down on dirty sheets is just unacceptable.

When we arrived the front desk was closed..... and suddenly the person in charge of the front dest woke up...Yes..he was sleeping and took care of us sleepy. Hotel has very bad odor, Carpets were not clean at all. This hotel has potential but if I was the owner I'll change all Carpets and replace ALL personal...not trained at all, bad habits. ...bad experience :-( I'll never go back....hope I can get my money back.

i stayed their for two consecutive nights it was a good impression and a very nice and friendly place to sleep . i would defintiely recommend this hotel for many people to stay their especially if you are trying to or on a getaway with a budget . the two nights that i stood their i had purchased breakfast for my husband and myself.it had a regular size refrigerator their i put drinks and eggs into along with bread and margarine for the morning we saved alot of money on breakfast alone.. coffee pot in our room and two stove burners too cook our breakfast . i would definitely recommend and return to this apt hotel timeshare that is what this reminds me of a timeshare in waiting at a price that was unbeleivable,.. what a steal.. csutomer service was one of the best featujres along with a comfy room which made our stay enjoyable and nor forgetable stay at crestwood .

Do not book this hotel. Dirty sheets, blankets, chairs, couch. I am usually somewhat flexible but when it comes to DNA on the bed, I draw the preverbial line.

Requested non-smoking and was given a smoking room and told it could not be changed. The smell was horrendous.

I been meaning to wright about my recent stay only to complain that it was a horrible stay. I got pet furr on my shirt that was in the bed. I complained and asked for a new room. Once we got to the new room it looked as though Simone recently tried to break into the room. The lock lactch was broken, non of the lights work, in the bedroom and the switches where broken. Ibhave pictures and proof.

Let's start with the bad: 1) No ac anywhere in the 1st floor hallway/lobby. It was super hot and musty, and smelled of cigarettes and meat. 2) My room had ants all over. I woke up twice with bites...I hope to god it was not bug bites and just the ants in the room. Also saw two medium sized roaches chilling in the bathroom. 3) SUPER thin walls: could hear everything said/done in both adjoining bedrooms. 4) Entrance to the hotel is super hidden The 4th night I kept missing it and turning into the wrong property. 5) My keycards kept demagnetizing the entire trip. I had to get them redone, and even got new ones a few times. 6) Wifi was spotty at best, connection wise, and when it was connected was unusably slow. Now onto the good...well, there's not really much good. I won't say the property is a loss, it you need a cheap stay it will suffice. So long as you don't need wifi connection and don't mind some bugs.

Room was not ready when we arrived. We were told to go somewhere for awhile and come back later. The room bed was terrible and when we returned there was no one at the front desk had to track some one down just to get an extra pillow never did get our other room key.

THE PEOPLE THAT RANNED THE HOTEL WAS GHETTO

This is a horrible "hotel". It is more like a home for squatters. Only had a smoking room when we arrived, even though we had requested no smoking. Room was nasty, furniture and carpet stained. Desk not available after 9PM. Elevator broken second night. Accosted by people staying here in hall and elevator. Last night people next door up until 5 am with young child and large dog barking. When desk called 3 times, nothing was done about noise. Would never, ever stay here again and would recommend hotels.com remove from their listings.

Usually stay in 4 star hotels and above, however in Orlando when paying $400/day for places like Universal Studio, Disney or Wet and Wild for a family of 4 it cut costs and was so worth it. We left there to go to Nickelodeon hotel after. If it had a pool like Nickelodeon would have preferred to stay at Crestwood

We were disappointed with the condition of the room. The sofa was so dirty we had to request a bed sheet to cover the sofa to sit on it. The bed cover was stained with human fluids, very disgusting. They did not have any extra pillows, in addition to ants all over the kitchenette. However, the hotel is centrally located with adequate parking. Thy claims free breakfast, but in essence they offer free coffee in the lobby. If the management would take the time to steam-clean the carpet, the sofa and replace the bed covers, it would be good place to stay for someone who is on a limited budget. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, a microwave as well as pots, and utensils.

This hotel was comfy. It is located by the mall and othe r stores so its convient! Will be back here soon :)

I was very disapointed with Crestwood Suite in Orlando Florida,room # 130 the customer service at the front desk were very rude not friendly at all. The Internet wi-fi service was not working and I call the help line number for help and they never got it working, I wanted extra pillows the front desk could not provide it. My room was not clean by the maids I had to reuse dirty towels and my beds was not made... I would never reccomend this suite to ANY ONE...

The other guests were loud, they woke me and my family up 4am with fighting. This was one of the worse hotels I have ever been to! I would not recommend this to hotel!

The room was great but the bed was not that comfortable.

Very nice place to stay next to front range and conveniently located between Lakewood and Littleton.

We had 2 rooms. 1 was ok, the other one was a disaster. It smelled bad and was visibly dirty everywhere, even a big rust stain (I hope it was rust) on the sheets. They did move us into a better room which saved the trip for me, but the fact that they would put someone in the other one in the first place was a huge turn off. The furnishings are just worn out. They need to put money into the hotel or it needs to stop being offered as a choice on this site. I don't blame the employees for this one. It's the owner that needs to step up and maintain the property. Staff was fine.

Don't ever go there !!!

This was a last resort stay after I could not find anything through my RCI membership. Slim pickins' for the week between Christmas and New Years. Pros: * It was close to where I was working. Cons: * Front desk may or may not be manned. * A/C stank terribly of mold * There is a natural gas pipeline station IN THE PARKING LOT!!! It was "venting" most of the time. * Room and furnishings are so dirty I placed towels on them to sit down. * Had to keep calling their ISP in ANOTHER STATE because the front desk could do nothing about the internet going down. Nice customer service there; let the guest call to get their internet working! I will find a nice campground and stay in a tent before I would stay here again. It's been a few days since I've been home and I have not noticed any rashes, parasites or come down with a fever...but I'll let you know.

Room had an odor, asked for non-smoking got smoking, very noisy, bed was very hard. Upon waking up house keeping knocked wanting to know if we were leaving that day (the day we were suppose to leave, we still had 2 hours) shortly after that we got a phone call from the front desk asking us if we were leaving...

This hotel was a no-frills option but met my needs.

The hotel on Socrum Loop Rd, this is a beautiful hotel. The service at the front desk was excellent when we booked in the first night, however, upon entering our asigned room where my husband and I stayed for a weekend wedding we smelled an unpleasant. smell coming from the carpet. We reported this at the front desk but was told that house keeping was gone for the day. We reported it again on the second day but nothing was done to fix the situation. Also, there was not enough towels in the room for two four days and three nights. Apart from that our stay was great.

Room was very clean but it was not updated and nothing fancy..if you are looking for a clean, safe, basic and very affordable place to stay I would recommend this hotel highly!

If you don't mind the bad smell in the hallways, the old musty smell in the rooms plus lumpy mattress then its OK for a one night stay even though I would recommend better staying on International Drive paying a lil extra because the location is not the best if you're with kids and don't want to be driving for everything.

Absolutely terrible!! On duty Manager was explaining wireless/hotel information to me and kept saying "ya feel me". Real professional!! Bed springs broken and sagged in middle. Air didn't work and kitchen and bathroom was absolutely dirty as can be. Halls in hotel stunk. Don't ever stay there....YA FEEL ME!!??

If you check in after 9:pm, you will meet a very nice person who works until 4am. He advised me at check in that the hotel was "old" .... that is OK by me. What is NOT "OK" .... killing 3 roaches in the room and feeling like I had to sleep ON the bed and not IN the bed.... yuck, gross, stink, and nasty. Find another hotel. This chain is typically clean and nice, but not this location.
