I didn't like it I got kicked out the first night for smoking when I order a smoking rm -_-

We booked the hotel through Hotel.com. We requested non smoking room due to allergies. Once we got there, it took the attendant half an hour to talk to us because she was handling phones and customers by herself. The hallways were dingy, dark and smelled. Once we got to the room, it was full of cigarette odor. The kitchen, beds and bathrooms were small and not very clean. When we asked the attendant for a non smoking room, she replied that its not guaranteed. At that time I cancelled my whole reservacation and we had no choice but to find another hotel. Thank goodness

It took over an hour to check in. The bed was not comfortable. There were a lot of unsavory looking people lurking and walking their Pit Bulls around the Hotel.

I had some reservations about staying here after reading so many scathing reviews, but found the room, service and location to be just fine. It wasn't a five-star hotel but then we didn't have to pay a five-star price, either. It was less than half the rates of any other hotel in the area, and basically all we needed was a place to sleep for the weekend. I think those other one-star reviews might be one person with a vendetta. The room we had was just fine, with no problems. It was clean and the staff was accomodating. It was close to our event and easy to get to.

Overall good

perfectly adequate. clean. spacious. Convenient to the arena. Not a resort hotel, but for a comfortable bed, full size fridge, cable tv and a good nights sleep, cant beat the price.. Like all seasoned travelers, brought my own pillow and coffee pot. Some odors in hall, but every room equipped with cooking ability. Brought the Febreeze and spritzed our room. We stayed four days and no problems. Cant figure out what all the bad reviews are about. If you want a resort hotel, book one. If you need a reasonable place to sleep, this is it. Staff was pleasant. Would stay there again. Location kind of industrial, so scope out restaurants and grocery stores ahead of time. But a five minute drive puts you right in Universal.

Ok, relative to the price. We paid extra charge for 2 beds in each room, but we only got one bed.

Bad check in No room service unless stay more than 1 week

This was the worse stays I've ever had. I travel quite a bit and thus hotel was not worth the money they charged. The night desk staff was inexperienced and the management staff would not even come in to handle all of the complaints. I wouldn't stay here ever again.

My family and I were there for 1 week, and they cleaned our rooms just 1 time. The carpet is very dirty, and the toilet was peed outside. I never will recommend this hotel.

Staff was not very friendly or helpful. The hotel is rundown on the inside. Door to my room had to be lifted in order to close it. Cooking utensils were in very sad shape. Floor in the bathroom was bubbling up, as if water had gotten under the tiles. Bed was one of the most uncomfortable I had ever slept in. Chose this place because we were there a week. Wanted someplace we had the option to cook our own meals. This was the closest place to the job that had kitchenettes and the price was very inexpensive. Just goes to prove that "you get what you pay for".

Terrible, scary, and the worst experience in my life!!!!

The 3 floor was filled with smoke. The room was dingy, moist and just plain nasty. We didn't even stay the whole night(I couldn't get in the bed). They need to condemn this place. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived at about 10pm and had to call the service desk through a courtesy phone outside. People were outside hanging out and we did not feel safe. people were very noisey in the halls... very ghetto!!!

Not comfortable at all. Upon arrival the young man look like he didn't want to be there. My husband and I could not locate the room. We tried the elevator which was in-operable. So we ask the young man to escort us to our room; prior to reaching our room, he just close the door to the stairwell; I look at my husband and said what happen to being courteous to the guest. Floors look like the carpet have not shampoo in years not to mention paper was on the floors in the hall. The next day paper was still on floor. So that's how my stay was. Not happy at all.

This was nice hotel.

The only issue we had was the front desk not being open 24hrs. Overall nice, clean, and quite hotel.

It was terrible I did not realize it was an extended stay would not have stay there. The furniture in the room was filthy. The bed the mattress was terrible. I wish you had the rating of 0 (zero) I would givw it a zero. I would never stay or refer anyone there it is sure not worth what I paid a night. They need to send me my money back that is how disappointed I was.

Ok but not satisfy because there is no internet , the wifi is weak

the room smelled bad, the recliner was damaged, the bed was wore out with springs almost pushing thru the mattress. the main floor carpet should be replaced.

This hotel is not fit for business or tourist travelers. The hotel is run down and reeks of smoke. The locks on my room door were broken and I was unable to get my room changed or it repaired. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but left first thing the next morning. The curtains were falling down, the drawers were falling out, the chairs were so stained I was afraid to sit down in them without a towel. I feared for my health and well being and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If I could have given a rating lower than a '1' I would have.

tiny roaches crawling over my clothes in the bathroom. hallways smelled like stale smoke and walked over an open condom wrapper in the corridor. This is NOT the Hilton.

Based on the hotel picture and description, we were sadly disappointed upon arrival. Dimmed lighting throughout the lobby, hallways and our room, filthy bathroom, water damaged ceiling and floors, and we saw bugs run across the floor twice. Didn't bother asking for another room because they were sold out. How? Had to be other first timers like us. Don't make the mistake...

The hotel is good, but many anoyed noise in night.

The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because it was a spontaneous trip to Orlando and all of the hotels we usually go to were booked. I called twice to ask for information and none of my questions could be answered. They couldn't even tell me how long the drive to Universal Studios or Disney World was and couldn't be bothered to find out for me. The staff was no help whatsoever. Even when we got there and asked for the number for a cab company, the girl at the lobby gave us two different wrong numbers. Really? You work in a hotel with tourists, know your info! When we arrived into the room, the floor was sticky under my flip-flops and dirty, the plates and glasses in the kitchen area had a greasy film, and the towels looked and felt dirty, old and worn out. The whole floor we were in smelled of cigarette smoke even though we were supposed to be in a non-smoking room. The place claims to provide wireless internet but during the three days and two nights I was there, I wasn't able to use the internet once. And of course the person at the front desk could care less and the person from technical support called back around 3am. The drive to the parks were relatively short which was the only bonus of this hotel. But if you can avoid the Crestwood Suites, by all means DO IT!

HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN AND VERY CLOSE TO EVERTHING GREAT FOT A STAY OF 2 OR MORE NIGHTS. WILL STAY THERE EVERTIME WHEN IN ORLANDO!!!!!

the location is great . the staff very nice. the only thing is the pillow are not very comfortable thank you

This hotel is absolutely filthy. It wreaks of smoke. There is a natural gas pumping station next ot the parking lot which emits a sulfur odor, not to mention the noise. Don't stay here. Thank you to hotels.com for getting me out of there! If only the rating more accurate I would have known not to stay there.

this hotel was terrible...though it was our last resort since we had an emergency stay in the area, we had no choice. but if you have a choice, please do not stay here. the bed sheets were stained with god knows what. we actually slept sitting up on the couch with towels as blankets we were so afraid to use the bed there were roaches all over the bathroom sink and tub. we didnt even take a shower there. the soaps they left were already opened & used...the coffee pot had burned coffee in it...The carpet was musty and smelled of mold. when we complained to the front counter, the girl said "im sorry, we are booked so we cannot change your room, we will get it cleaned when you check out & call terminix" Not even offered to clean our room or change our sheets. it was highly disappointing and disgusting. the staff was very rude, short of temper and just lazy. Overall cleanliness was the biggest issue, i could deal with the rudeness, i understand the job can be stressful , but having to lay my head down on dirty sheets is just unacceptable.

When we arrived the front desk was closed..... and suddenly the person in charge of the front dest woke up...Yes..he was sleeping and took care of us sleepy. Hotel has very bad odor, Carpets were not clean at all. This hotel has potential but if I was the owner I'll change all Carpets and replace ALL personal...not trained at all, bad habits. ...bad experience :-( I'll never go back....hope I can get my money back.

i stayed their for two consecutive nights it was a good impression and a very nice and friendly place to sleep . i would defintiely recommend this hotel for many people to stay their especially if you are trying to or on a getaway with a budget . the two nights that i stood their i had purchased breakfast for my husband and myself.it had a regular size refrigerator their i put drinks and eggs into along with bread and margarine for the morning we saved alot of money on breakfast alone.. coffee pot in our room and two stove burners too cook our breakfast . i would definitely recommend and return to this apt hotel timeshare that is what this reminds me of a timeshare in waiting at a price that was unbeleivable,.. what a steal.. csutomer service was one of the best featujres along with a comfy room which made our stay enjoyable and nor forgetable stay at crestwood .

Do not book this hotel. Dirty sheets, blankets, chairs, couch. I am usually somewhat flexible but when it comes to DNA on the bed, I draw the preverbial line.
