This room was disgusting...filthy couch covered with cigarette burns in a non smoking room. Thank goodness the window opened because we needed the fresh air in order to breathe. Carpet was dirty also. Couldn't wait to leave in the a.m.

We were happy to find a room at the last minute

Not impressed. Dirty rooms and smoke very strong.

Please Please don't stay here! There is So much wrong with this place. But after driving 14 hours we were just about to fall asleep when Someone OPENED UP OUR DOOR And WALKED IN WHITH THEIR OWN KEY!!! Yes Someone Entered Our Room after swiping the Key Card in Our Door! When I told the front desk about it they Totally didn't care. Just a "sorry about that. The girl last night must have given out a wrong key cause she was busy." Really? That's it? This place smells and is dirty. I've stayed in better places in Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia. Please take your business somewhere safer and cleaner. I'm really not picky. But security is my main problem with this place.

The first room we were given was a full bed but we had paid for a Queen bed. Ended up having to give us a King bed which was great except the room was extremely MUSTY smelling. The smell was so strong that we had to go to the store and purchase a can of Lysol and spray the room and bed clothes. The first day of our stay, we came back to the room and was not aware that there was no room service at all for this room unless requested. The lady at the counter said this was standard procedures and offered to exchange towels/sheets if I would bring up the dirty ones. I suggested that this would be valuable information to know upon check in for those guests who were not familiar with this standard procedure. Lady at counter apologized but did not say that she would inform employees to let future guests know. In addition to these issues - there is no visible sign from the highway for the hotel. We drove past the hotel 2 times before we looked back off the road and saw the sign. The outside has been renovated, but the inside is still stuck in the 1980s. The full size fridge, microwave, dishes and electric range were great. The one mirror in the room was in the bathroom but it would have been nice to have one placed in the living area. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, however the cord had to be stretched greatly to plug it into the outlet. The price is attractive, however the issues I mentioned will lead me to look elsewhere when in the area.

Every time I'm in Murfreesboro I stay at the Crestwood (about ones a month) and never yet had any complains or was not satisfied. The Staff is super and helpful and friendly. I will be back next month again.

It was cheap and it was just one night. If I had to stay any longer, I would've found another hotel. Bathroom and Kitchenette were dirty. Bed was hard as a rock.

nice hotel... building seems a little older but everything is clean and works... Full kitchens in the rooms are nice plus a couch and a cool little set up... the only thing we didn't really like was that it had old tube tv's with no dvd player or even a vcr... so it was cable or nothing.... great location on old fort

Nice from outside. Extended stay hotel so a lot of suspicious comings and goings. Loud (thin walls and floor) NEEDS NEW MATTRESS!!! Towels were awesome...considering. Liked kitchenette but was wasted on one night stay.

We recently stayed at the Crestwood Murfreesboro when in town for a horse show. Found the rooms to be very clean and well equipped. We usually leave very early in the morning and do not return until late but it was nice to have a good sized room that had a full fridge. The little contact we had with the staff was all positive. The only issue we had at all was a very noisy upstairs (over our heads) neighbor that seemed to be running laps in their room! It was very late and did not complain to anyone as we didn't want to get out of bed at 2am. All in all we would stay at this hotel again and were satisfied.

Hotel is a great location for food, shopping, & fun! Would not recommend if you had children to stay not anything for kids to do at the hotel!

Hotel was overbooked. Accomodations were not met as booked. Toilet broken, never repaired. Had to use bathroom in lobby area. Not a good experience at all. Will never stay there again. Did not look anything like the website portrayed.

I knew I was in trouble as soon as I saw the front doors. Dirty and full of finger prints. The lobby and hall ways had a distinctly results dor as a result of something called a "trash room" located on each floor... Stinky! I had to request to be moved from the first room...so nasty my friends and I named it the "hourly rate room"!!! There was no over night personal.. I know because I went out for coffee at 5:00am and my key would work. My only recourse provided was to call an emergency number for assistance... No one ever answered or returned my 15 messages..I went to a local target for cleaning supplies and bedding as I had no choice but to stay at this place. The furniture was outdated,bedding in serious need of replacement, carpets were dusty and you couldn't have paid me to eat anything I that room... If you have other options.... Use them! This hotel was super GROSS!!!!!

We did not realize this was an extended stay hotel used by day laborers. The services and amenities were nil -- the hotel didn't even have an ice machine. But the worse part was that the room smelled bad and was dusty and dingy. It's the kind of place where you don't want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The outside of the hotel is ok, but the inside hallways are dark and dingy. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but checked out after the first night (wouldn't have checked in at all, but we'd prepaid thru Hotels.com). It is in a good location to restaurants and has free WiFi.

Bad beds, smell, can hear the person above walking. Went out for coffee at 5am, key would not let me back in and front desk closed. Called the pager number for emergency, got no one. Last time at this hotel.

Got towels that had stains on them-surfaces in hotel were dusty (headboards -tv stand) and shower curtain was stained also hair on shower wall --room just wasn't very clean Also my husband got locked out-he went to Walmart around 6 am and could not get back into building with key card-I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I like the location and facility.

Room was clean but furniture was a bit shabby, holes in couch, poor mattress quality on beds. Location of hotel was ideal, close to shopping and restaurants. I probably would not consider staying there again unless the quality of the rooms was improved. I liked the staff and, as I said, cleanliness was good but the staff didn't have much to work with.

Since I stayed there numerous time and never had on issue, I do not have any complains only praise.The Staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful at all times. I will be staying there when ever I'm in the area

The hotel room itself wasn't bad but I stayed on the smoking floor and none of the televisions on the floor have a way to hook up a DVD player without going and buying an adaptor for the television. It would have been nice if the hotel would have provided it. Also the wall above the bathtub wasn't very clean. There were two hairs from the private area of a black person on the wall, so the shower had not been cleaned very well.

The stafff was very friendly and we had a great time. The room was comfortable, quiet, just a great stay. Kitchen accomodations were nice. Great selection of TV channels--I wouldn't add anything!

Hotel ad on Hotels.com related that they took pets. NOT SO WHEN YOU ARRIVED. And they make you sign an 8x10 sheet of things that one cannot do - like have a firearm. Most inconvenient to CCW holders like me. The desk clerk was really obnoxious, and not helpful. Then, ah, the room. Described in the ad as "so clean". Maybe, but the furniture looked like it was purchased at the local Salvation Army store. The quality of the bed(s) sofa, was mediocre. The room had a peculiar odor. And the toilet would not flush properly, and repeatedly clogged. A call to the desk for maintenance was received with "well, y'all can come to the desk and we'll give ya a plumber's helper". Stay away--far away from this place.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it isn't so close to the highway and other hotels that there is constant noise. It is close enough to everything, but not too close. Full kitchen helps with cost on our multi-day stays. Hotel staff is always polite and fun to talk to. Will definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness should be a priority for any hotel. This hotel could improve in that area. Also it was obvious that they had pest control because there were dead insects in my room.

Clean, comfortable, and close access to food and shopping... This is the place for a budget conscious traveler

Great place to stay I will stay there next time I am in town

Overall once you find this place it's well worth the money. Was in Murfboro for business and booked on Hotels.com was pleased with size and overall cleanliness of room..

I have stayed at Crestwood several times in the past. It is great. It is affordable and in a great location. I recently stayed there to go to the Celebration in Shelbyville and it was so nice to be so close to the mall and away from all the Shelbyville traffic.

Was perfect place to stay. The bed was not comfortable but for the money what can you expect.

My wife and I spent 2 nights here. For the money, this place is a great value. No frills, large room, not plush, but decent. Room had kitchen. If you need to stay for multiple nights for not a lot of cash, this place works fine. Close to mall, Walmart, multiple eateries.

We stayed at Crestwood one night. Reserved a Queen size suite and had our small dog with us. I thought we would have a Queen size bed, but it was a full bed and mattress was not comfortable. Our dog started itching so much we had to buy benadryl for him. Not saying he got ticks while we were at the hotel, but that is when he started itching. The next day his bed had hundreds of ticks the size of a pin head on it & him. It has been challenging to get them off and get rid of them. I rely oon these reviews for my stay and would hate for someone else to go thru what we did.

Even hotel was full and it was quiet. The room was spacious and clean.

My only complaint was no fresh towels on our two night stay. Room was a great value and staff was very friendly.

Hotel was close to everything, Clean and quiet. Stove, microwave, refridge, would be great for extended stay. Our only complaint was the bed, sagged in the middle.

Very friendly staff. Felt very secure and safe. Loved the easy access to restaurants and shopping malls. I must add that our dog, Boogie, absolutely had a ball . Wish we could have stayed a couple of more nights. Very well lit parking lot. Definitely recommend to friends or travelers Very affordable.
