Terrible management. Woke up in middle of night to running toilet that saturated carpet and our luggage. We're given another room for the night. Woke up to the owner screaming at us alongside the police he had called, as he told them we vandalized his toilet. What a joke.

I picked this hotel for its location. Close to my clients and surrounded by restaurants. The room looks old feels old without the charm. The TV's reception is bad, almost not watchable. Over priced by 50%.

The hotel room was modern and in walking distance of several restaurants, stores, and a movie theater. On the other hand the room wasn't perfectly cleaned. I might stay here again, but I would probably try another hotel first.

Wonderful staff. Good to get an excellent breakfast early in the morning. Would like to see some updates in the rooms. Thermostat controlled temprature would be good idea. A TV that works and a light good enough to read by. All in all though for the price it was good.

The stay was great, the staff was very helpful.

In town for Indian Wells tennis tournament. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. Everything worked. The decor is a little out-dated but everything worked.

Clean, decent hotel. Good value for money. Breakfast is not really worth getting up for, but for the price one should not expect anything more.

We were missing a remote control, maids did not clean or supply clean towels the second night, the safe in room did not lock, and the breakfast room lacked regular coffee. When we reported our dissatisfaction, the front desk clerk displayed a very poor attitude. We will not be staying at this Super 8 ever again!

i thought it was fine.......bed was comfortable and clean.......indio is one of poorer areas, yet the streets were clean as well......they also served a better breakfast than the redroof in San Antonio....in my opinion..........very busy each night almost to capacity.......so it is popular.

The TV was advertized as a flat sceen but was not. The other guests were very noisy. The telephone did not work and it was expensive to call to nearby local suburbs. The pool is unheated...so very cold and unusable. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast is a convenience.

room needed vacuuming, coffee maker was very filthy, bath tub creaked when stepping around, blanket was like a soft cardboard, pillows were lumpy with very little cushioning( dead)

This place worked fine, but wife scrapped heal on a long nail sticking out hiding behind the bed sticking out at least an inch. I hope they fixed it and the TV its out dated and in and out of audio. Hotel is Dog friendly which appealed to us, too bad no close grassy areas for them to DO.

Continental breakfast was included, so that was a plus - even though it was a very cramped seating area.

Decent - parking/entrance confusing & limited. The place was full so I sort of expected parking issues. Breakfast was skimpy but at the price point expected. Probably will stay again.

Dark and dingy, room and fixtures were not clean.

This hotel is very old and dingy. Definitley needs upgrades. Check in desk staff was not very friendly at check in. Tried to call front desk for a wake up call and no one answered. Clock in room was not even plugged in so we had to find the local time and set it. Shower head height is made for short people. I am 5' 7" and had to slouch down to get my hair wet. The TV in the room was still the old style not a flat screen and had seen better days. Picture quality was not great. The only thing good was that the room did seem clean. Will not choose this hotel again. Stayed at a near by Best Western last year and was way better!!

Don't stay here. Parking lot unsafe Staff rude. Rooms dirty. Rooms in poor repair, appliance's broken.

Our sheets were dirty and had not been changed. The room was not vacuumed very good, dust and dirt all around the walls and beside furniture. When front desk showed us a different room to trade to, the next room floors were even dirtier. Then we foumnd that the 2nd bed in our room had crumbs onthe sheets and body imprints were still visible when we pulled the covers back and exposed the crumbs. When the staff changed the sheets for us, we had to ask them to also change the pillow, as it was badly stained.

I was there for a tennis tournament at palm valley country club. I need a clean place to shower, sleep and a place to get a free quick breakfast. It was nice there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. It wasn't fancy but inexpensive and provided what I needed.

The beds were not made up correctly and the floors were dirty.

Okay. Desk clerk very helpful.

We were very disappointed with the condition of the motel. Inside and out everything was dilapidated. In our room the carpet was old and appeared dirty. The bathroom floor was pitted and worn. Our thermostat didn't work so we couldn't adjust our room temperature. The room clock was broken. The bedding was old. The sheets were worn and the blanket on the bed looked like something from a flea market--scratchy and stiff. Really you should be able to do better.

I was unhappy with the room. It needs painting and was in my opinion not real clean. The coffe in the room was terrible.

Clean rooms and curteous service, but that's about all. Hideous sink faucet, and bathroom faucet that did not shut off completely. Very poor continental breakfast and overall room decor very bad. But if all you want is location and a place to sleep it will suffice.

We only needed one night and for the price I was satisfied, rooms were a little tight with the 4 of us. the breakfast was acceptable.

Microwave plugged into two-wire intermittent extension cord. One day no towels or cups, desk reluctant to help. Old TV with poor cable service. Super breakfast not super. Mini suite more mini than many regular motel rooms. Had no table and chairs for us to eat together. Bath tub bottom stained. Reasonably clean. Bed serviceable.

It was quet and relaxing. It was clean,well appointed, conveniently close to restaurants. The service was excellent, nice breakfast area.I will stay again when I am in the desert cities.

The housekeeper are so noisy talking while dragging their utility cart. I already put the "DO NOT DISTURB" card but they still knock on our door. We came from a overnight event, unfortunately we did not get to sleep because of their noise and knocking in our door.

Location less than great, ameneties very low grade, this place is overpriced and the day staff is very rude and unaccomodating. I will never stay at this hotel again, not even for free.

Bath towels were soiled. Noisy rooms upstairs and next door from 12:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. and then 5:30 a.m. Loud talking all around; must have been tour group. Suspicious looking man outside sitting in car while I had exited my room. He left a hat and garbage in parking lot from food eaten that he obviously purchased at a fast food establishment. It has been a few years since my last stay at this hotel and my stay was unsatisfactory. I don't plan to stay there again.

we are from out of town working, the hotels ac unit did not work, and the shower curtain was ripped. there was a change of plans due to the weather and the hotel would not work with us to change our dates. i was not looking for a refund just to swap dates and could get no help.

The hotel was as promised. Nice, clean rooms and convinient locations with a lot of places to eat. A theater complex is next door. Only complaint was that a lot of construction related people stay here and they wake up really early creating shower noises etc; breakfast was ok.

This is a "you get what you pay for" hotel. Although the staff was pleasant and compenent, the accommodations could be vastly improved with some minor additions. The room was not very clean. The bottom sheet on the king bed was not fitted, so kept coming off. The pillows were terrible. The Coke machine didn't cool. The TV had very few channels (not CBS or Golf Channel). I could go on, but won't.

The king bed sheet barely covered over the side of the mattress. The bedspread was also too small and a regular size pillow case was on a king size pillow. The refrigerator froze everything. and had no adjustment knob and when i said something it was not better the next day . I said something again and a maintenance man with pliers tweeked the place the knob should have been. The result is the refrigerator defrosted and dripped onto the floor in the night. The grounds were nicely maintained and the breakfast seemed very adequate trom what i saw I had my own food. so did not have cereal or toast down there. office area was neat and clean enough and rooms I was able to see into while they were being cleaned.(with 2 double beds) had nice lofty thick mattresses and bed skirts and and proper fitting bedspreads. My mattress was comfortable enough but could tell it was older and much flatter. The recliner chair was the best thing in the room. I am pretty tolerant but by the end of this visit I started to feel this room was not acceptable. The edges of the dark carpet had debris, dust and specks of lint, near the walls.

Dirty, it stunk up the place. The carpet was sticky. The front door wouldn't close unless you hit it like a linebacker. Garbage was left in the dresser drawers. I paid for 2 nights but left after the first night....it was that bad!

Did not change sheets or make bed properly for our entire 3 night stay. Toilet did not flush properly. TV remote did not work well. Sink did not drain properly. Shower-tub needs new non-slipstrips.
