The Bantry Bay Luxury Suites - كيب تاون

Had a good stay at Bangtry Bay Luxury Apartments. Our room clould do with a redecoration and we were disappointed in the sea view (over the top of roofs) we were on the 2nd floor. There was no tables or chairs on our balcony, but there wasn't much to look at. The accommodation is in a good situation being between the Waterfront and Camps Bay, so central for both. Taxi's were quite cheap but not many available around the property in the evening. The staff were very helpful and altogether a pleasant accommodation.

Very well situated, clean and extremely friendly staff. Just need to jack up the staff and service around the pool and bar area.

The rooms are big, beautiful and very comfortable. The hotel is only a short walk from the beach and is right in the city. The staff were helpful but I missed the big smiles we got everywhere else in Cape Town.

The rooms were fabulous - service was great - Tremaine at the restaurant was a treasure - helpful, cheerful and industrious - made our stay memorable.Reception staff were nice too.

Very nice hotel , comfortable and clean room. Make 100% certain NOT to get room number 107 - which is on a main stareet and which has noise virtually the whole night through!!!! Other than for this room, the rest was very nice.

for the price i paid you could not get better value ,just the internet rate is way over priced and the breakfast was average.but otherwise room was fantastic

Pros- Well located, clean, nice size rooms, friendly staff. Cons- Charge for parking, Kitchen under equipped, no black out curtains, no view and can be noisy. Conclusion- well worth considering if the price is right

We recently stayed at the Bantry Bay and enjoyed it! The hotel is about 4 miles from the Waterfront Shoppes, which is also an easy walk. Also, the hotel staff was extremely helpful with assisting us in planning activities during our stay. This hotel was a GREAT deal!

Great staff -- especially front desk. A bit isolated if you wanted local shops, bars and restaurants. Not too walkable surroundings. This hotel is not by the sea, but you get there within 2-3 minutes walking. The walk by the beach was great and pleasant especially if you head right towards Sea Point. I wouldn't recommend you try walking from there to Camps Bay -- it's not walker friendly.

Not all the rooms have a terrace, besides that good value for the money.

This is a very nice hotel, close to the waterfront and all conveniencies. My only complaint is that the kitchenette didn't have many of the things you need to cook your own meals and my attempt to get them replaced were repeatedly ignored. I asked for a can opener 3 or 4 times but never got one.

This was a near perfect hotel stay, with friendly and helpful staff, great location, excellent value for money and a very comfortable room. There are simple fixes to the room, which would have made the stay perfect, which include: 1. The blockout curtains on over the balcony are amazing, but what's the point when there are three other windows in the room with blinds and no blockout. 2. Having frosted glass on the top half of the bathroom door made no sense, as turning on the light, etc lit up the whole room. Not great when your girlfriend pees at 4 in the morning and you get woken up by the light. 3. It is quite noisy in the mornings, as the hotel next door gets deliveries, so double glazing on the windows would have been a better idea. If you can get over these three elements, you will have a GREAT staf at the little gem...

The Bantry Bay is in an ideal location near Cape Town. First and foremost, the area is safe--a requirement when in Cape Town. The hotel is surrounded by some great restaurants (within walking distance), and the hotel offers some decent ocean views (and the ocean itself is within a 2 minute walk). The hotel staff were fantastic. As far as the hotel's ammenities and modern offerings, I would say the hotel is a solid 4 star hotel (but not as nice as, for example, the Intercontinental). Nonetheless, Bantry Bay is a must as far as location, and the hotel is quite perfect.

My wife and I spent 11 days at the penthouse suite for our honeymoon and we had a blast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a nice location - 5 minute walk from the grocery store and to the beach. Its also across the street from a laundrette, and a gas station with an ATM. The suite had a great view of the ocean and the mountains. My only slight problem was with the tight spaces in the parking garage. The hotel was clean - the penthouse suite had a full kitchen in great condition. The staff kept the room very clean. We woudl consider comign again the next time we visit Cape Town!

My wife and I stayed at the Bantry Bay Apartments for 3 days. The level of service was excellent. Location is excellent.

We were first checked in to an awful room overlooking the seedy sea point main rd. We then upgraded to a sea facing room which was spacious and lovely.

We had a good stay at Bantry Bay Luxury suites. The rooms are pretty large, the location is great (amazing sun sets and very close to beach / center / hop on hop off bus etc.). Personnel is very helpful and the hotel was quiet. The only negative was the bed mattress. Very bad quality, not thick at all, very uncomfortable. We complained but they could do little about it. We think it's a little pricey for what it is. Get a deal!

The staff of this hotel were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling on my own and they made me feel very comfortable and welcome. They kept me entertained in the evening when I was done seeing the sites for the day. My only disappointment was the lack of proper restaurant on premises. The breakfast buffet was good, but evening dining was limited to bar food. Other restaurants were within walking distance.

Delivers what's on the tin. Good hotel / apartment in good area. Good access to main attractions and easy to find. Underground car parking is extra.

Great location with convenient transportation close by. Major supermarkets and Restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful views of Lion's Head and the Atlantic ocean from our room. All the employee's were friendly and quite helpful, especially Sarah.

No the view I had expected, but a 2 minute walk to the beach - and great staff.

You can walk one block to the Atlantic Ocean, where there is a beautiful seaside park you can stroll along all the way up to Green Point and the new soccer stadium several miles north. You can also walk along Regent Road, which ends right at the hotel, where you can find all sorts of food choices, from high-end dressy places to affordable family-style places to chain restaurants at both the higher and lower ends. There is also a fantastic Pick-n-Pay on the road, where you can self-cater with fresh sushi, baked goods, and regular grocery store fare. The hotel provides you with a kitchenette, so keeping groceries in your room is a definite possibility. The free continental breakfast was very good, albeit unchanging from day to day. If you are the type to keep your windows closed and the air conditioning on, it's a nice, quiet place. However, we're window people, and the constant flow of traffic into and out of the Protea Hotel next door was at some points annoying (especially in the 7AM-9AM timeframe) because that property is gated and the entry is on a slope, forcing all traffic to stop and rev their engines to get going again. Nothing major, but just a consideration I suppose. Room was large, and bathroom was spacious as well. However, bathroom decor looked like they were cutting corners, literally. Tile seemed to be low end, and was constantly slippery from the leaking shower. Tile edges were not finished, and on one occasion I slipped and smashed my foot against the sharp-edged tile of the shower. I was careful from then on, but always aware. Staff was friendly and willing to work with us on our myriad questions, being first-timers in the area. Pool is very attractive, although we never saw anyone using it, on account of it having the cleaning equipment sitting in it at all times. Parking is available under the property at a cost of 35 Rand ($5 US or 4 EUR) per night. A very, very tight squeeze, even for our tiny rental Aveo! But spots were always available

This is a wonderful hotel with good sized suites with kitchen facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. The staff is great, the Location to Cape Town is wonderful, a block from the beach, but views of the ocean from the room is great. Would stay again anytime in Cape Town,.

Compact suite and had a nice view of the sea. (Hot) breakfast included. Wireless internet - hotspot at a reasonable price. Food market 2 mins away. Waterfront just over 5 mins away - prompt taxi availability. All in all a pleasurable stay

Onze keuze voor een penthouse-suite was een juiste. Veel privacy en een prachtig uitzicht op zee.Veel ruimte beschikbaar. Oorspronkelijk 4 nachten geboekt, maar het beviel ons zo goed dat we er nog 2 extra nachten hebben bijgeboekt.

Das Hotel liegt in der nähe von der V&A Waterfront, Einkaufszentrum und Camps Bay. Auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben aus welchen Gründen auch immer ein besseres Zimmer erhalten als gebucht. Die Suite war gross und sehr schön. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. War ein gute Entscheidung!

Oikein hyvä kokemus, siisti ja toimiva hotelli. Meillä oli ns. Luxury Room, joka oli tilava kahden huoneen sviitti minikeittiöllä. Kapea parveke. Toinen kerros, mutta silti merikin näkyi kattojen yli, mutta huoneita on myös toiseen suuntaan vilkkaalle kadulle päin. Sijainti useita kilometrejä Waterfrontilta ja keskustasta, mutta mm.bussilla pääsee nopeasti. Ja autoileville oivallinen, ilmaista pysäköintiä lähikaduilla. Pieni uima-allas pihassa.

Lite utanför, på väg mot fashonabla Camps bay ligger detta mycket prisvärda, charmiga lilla hotell. Utmärkt service, parkering, frukostbuffet, behändig restaurang, Vi trivdes utmärkt. Inte promenadavstånd till något, men staden uppmuntrar ju till bilkörning...

Durch die sehr späte Anreise gab es leider nur mehr ein relativ lautes Zimmer, das aber am nächsten Tag gewechselt werden konnte. Sonst ein angenehmes Hotel mit sehr hilfreichem und freundlichem Personal. Auch die Preise von Zusatzleistungen sind OK.

Inte så lyxigt men en god frukust och ett bra läge om Ni vill komma ifrån staden och åka taxi för ca 120 kr T&R.
