Returning customer enjoyed the stay. Will recommend it. Shall be back. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is good.

not the most amazing hotel i have stayed in but great value for money for montecarlo and good location only 10 min walk to town. be warned tho you could end up parking ten mins away, that said, its usually possible to pull up outside the hotel to drop off and pick up bags. would stay here again for the price.

Hotel was small but clean and tidy. It is well positioned to enjoy everything in Monaco. Car parking is close and reasonably priced. When we arrived there was a lot of building work very close that was very noisy. However I would recommend this hotel.

We booked the room because it was the only reasonably priced hotel in a decent location on a long weekend. Based on previous reviews I knew that construction was occurring beside the hotel, so I was prepared for that with earplugs. The noise within the hotel, however, was quite marked, also. The room it looked like it hadn't been painted in about 10 years. It was a huge challenge not to get the bathroom floor soaked when rinsing hair in the bathtub. (Keep in mind I live in Italy and am used to traveling here, so I am used to half screens on tubs and completely un-Northamerican showering conditions). This was really just a bathtub, not a shower. When the floor did get wet and we dried it off with towels, it was evident that the floor had not been cleaned very well. On the plus side, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, being really close to great restaurants and the palace. The breakfast was decent, although, not very plentiful nearing the end of the serving time. We had to ask for utensils and dishes and cups, in fact.

Clean and comfortable. Only thing negative was the bed. Otherwise perfectly fine for a stay. Perfect locations, 2 minutes from the castle and in walking distance to all the major sights. Breakfast not great, but that's how it is in France. Free internet that worked great. Area has alot of restaurants and bars and not noisy at all from the construction work next to the hotel.

Stayed on a tourist stopover for one night. Convenient location, room OK, bathroom really nice, but no shower curtain (Perhaps they shower sitting down in Monaco?). There was a building site next door when I visited but there was no disturbance or inconvenience. Anyway, where in Monaco isn't close to a building site? Breakfast buffet was OK. Hotel staff were helpful. Overall, decent value by Monaco standards.

this is the first time ive slept in a canoe on a building site,room 12,nightmare, the mattress on the 2 single beds we had were shaped like a v,obviously very worn,we were 3 metres from a building site,which was our alarm clock on a morning,which we didnt want,the beday was cracked,as was the shower door,all in all a very disapointing stay which spoiled it for me and my son

This hotel is within walking distance of everything you will want to see in Monaco. It is easy to get to from Nice airport just take the 98 bus and get of at Place de Armies and walk two minutes to the hotel. The Buffet breakfast has minimun choice, crossaints bread rollls and spreadable cheese juice and coffee, so you won't put on any weight at breakfast. Staff were a bit brusk but so were most of the people in Monaco, so thats probably just normal. It is near a building site but there was no noise from that and I slept well. If you are visiting Monaco this is a good place to stay. If you are a large person you may have a problem getting in and out of the shower, door was a bit narrow.

Good value for money for Monaco which is quite expensive. only problem was that the air con was poor so the room was quite hot. Good location - everything is in walking distance but is a 10 min walk to the casino - although we enjoyed this as lovely walk along the waterfront also it is close to the cheaper places to eat in Monaco.

The hotel itself is nice enough... clean rooms, good breakfast, decent location... but if you're headed to the Riviera during any time of the year other than the middle of summer, I'd suggest another town. My wife and I visited in early October -- it was hot out during the day -- but Monaco was a ghost town. Even the Casino area was pretty empty and all the bars along the harbor were closed. So if you need to stay in Monaco, this isn't a bad place to choose. But if you're just browsing, look at Nice for more nightlife or Eze for something remote and secluded. Monaco is neither.

We stayed at the Ambassador Hotel on 17th July 2009. The hotel was centrally located which was why we chose it, however it needs a serious over haul. The doulbe bed (2 singles pushed together with a huge lump at the end of one of the very thin mattresses) was very uncomforable and the tiles in the shower were covered in limescale! All this however pales into comparison with the fact that it is bang next door to a major construction site which starts work at 7.30 am. I was able to count the rivets on the arm of the digger as it appeared to remove the wall of our bedroom! Avoid at all costs.

The hotel is very convenient, if not very elegant, and the staff extremely helpful and competent. Excellent WiFi connexion in the room

hotel tres bien situé . accueil tres agreable confort géneral,sans reproches . le moins (provisoire) la présence des chantiers . pour ,etre encore mieux ,faire le ravalement des façades .

Acoustique entre chambre et couloir à améliorer. Nous avons été réveillés par le bruit dans le couloir.

personnels très a l'écoute et disponible. petit déjeuner copieux

La literie pourrait être améliorée et également quelques traces d'humidité dans la salle de bain, mais dans l'ensemble, hôtel confortable et bien isolé des bruits extérieurs.

Mycket bra läge för detta besök. Nära till sevärdheter. Frukosten kunde varit bättre. Bytte handdukar och lakan varje dag men glasen hade vi hela veckan utan att de diskades eller byttes.

Hotellet låg helt ok, men serivcen og speciellt mottagandet var under all kritik. ACn fungerade ikke å når vi sa ifra fikk vi som svar att den minsann virket, og att gjerster för oss ikke hadde klagat.. Rommet låg mot en trafikerad gata och var väldigt litet.

les hotesses d'accueil sont moyennement agréable, mais l'hotel est bien situé. Chambre confortable. Attention travaux aux environs, mais on est en centre ville !

Pour un hôtel à Monaco, bon rapport qualité/prix. Chambres pas très bien insonorisées, mais ça reste raisonnable.

Superlage, neben Eingang zum Bahnhofstunnel, alle Busse, incl. Flughafenbus Nizza!, bleiben vor dem Hotel stehen. Ideal gelegen für den Städtekurzurlaub an der Cote d`Azur! Personal sehr freundlich! Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend trotz kleiner Auswahl. Alles in allem: gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

aucun problème- la chambre est complète,propre - petit déjeuné complet- personnel accueillant-on peut réserver sans souci-au pied du rocher-parking à proximité

Rapport qualité/prix un peu élevé en vue de la prestation au restaurant et à la réception. C'est un petit hôtel 3***

Har før boet på Ambasador, og skal love for at de er blevet meget bedre, værelserne er i gang med at blive renoveret, så nye trægulve overalt og hotellets personale er rigtig flinke, dog en lille bøn til morgenmaden kunne der ik være mere en en slags brød. ellers var alt rigtig godt, kan anbefale hotellet :)

Bon rapport qualité/prix (par rapports aux autres hotel sur Monaco bien sur !) Petit déjeuner standard, rien d'extraordinaire. Ma chambre donnait sur la rue mais bien isolé niveau bruit. Cela convenait très bien pour mon déplacement professionnel au mois de Janvier... Par contre Monaco s'est un sacré budget parking pour ceux qui viennent en voiture. Prendre de préférence le train (la gare est à coté de l'hotel et tout est accèssible à pied)

hotel correct avec un service petit dejeuner inclus tarif bas et avec un tres bonne pizzeria.et avec une reduction moitie prix sur le parking.

Vi ankom 4 timer før end vi skulle tjekke ind. Receptionisten var så venlig at tilbyde os et andet værelse, da vores ikke var klar endnu, eller vi kunne lade vores bagage blive opbevaret på hotellet, indtil vores værelse var klar. Meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Det var det billigste sted, vi kunne finde at bo i Monaco, og alligevel var det stadig total luksus.
