Thank you for taking the time to do a review our hotel. We apologize that your stay was not totally satisfactory. Your comments are greatly appreciated and help us to continually improve. As part of our improvement plan, we will be upgrading our TVs to flat screen in the near future. We also apologize about the mattress and will look into this immediately as all of our mattresses are new and should not have dips. Thank you for your review on our  hotel.  We are so sorry that we were not able to move you from a smoking to a non-smoking room.  We are always more than happy to move guests when rooms are available, however, sometimes we do not have the rooms available and are unable to change the room.  Again, our sincere, sincere apologies and we do hope you will return to our hotel the next time you are in our area. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your comments. We apologize for the hard bed and cleaning issues. We have replaced all of our mattresses with the Simmons Sutherland Plush mattresses, except the smoking section so I am thinking that you had a smoking room. We plan on replacing all of the smoking mattresses this fall and hope you will return and try them out on your next trip to our area. Rest assured that we will address the mirror and door with our housekeeping staff. We thank you for bringing this to our attention and will take care of it immediately. Thank you for your review on Hotels.com. We are happy that our location was perfect for your needs. You might want to try the wineries in Hermann MO (27 miles west of us) the next time you are in the area as it has some wonderful wineries also. As a matter of fact, we are located in the heart of wine country and you can hit about 30 wineries within 30 minutes from our hotel. Again, thank you for your review.
