Overall, did well .

For the price I paid, I cannot complain about this hotel. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast, but it didn't look like much. My room was clean and comfortable and the bedspreads looked new. Lots of towels, heat and coffeemaker worked well and I was pleasantly surprised to find an iron and ironing board. The mini frig didn't keep my beverages very cold and the microwave in my room didn't seem to work which I reported to the front desk and they seemed very receptive to my comment and said they would check into it right away. It is about a 10 minute drive to the Purdue campus however, so the location isn't great, but it is right off the interstate and near a McDonald's and gas station, so it has its pluses. Only real complaint was that the outside door was not locked at night (the one where you are supposed to use your room key to get in) and I felt like that was only minimal security and it was non-existent if the door was not even locked.

It was ok just to stay for a night while visiting Purdue, but the sheets were stained and that grossed me out!!!!!

We've stayed at Econo Lodge a number of times. It's close to Purdue and easy access from the highway. Recommen highly!

We had four people with only 3 sets of towels, you would think the staff have and extra set. The fan cage in the heater rattled when on. The room could use extra pillows. The sleep mode on the remote didn't work. Had to set the clock time on TV and the sleep function. Like having a fridge and microwave in the room. No restaurants to select from.

It's a good hotel if you just need to rest your head. It's clean & was convenient for us because we were heading to Purdue's Vet School. It's close to the expressways. The breakfast could have offered more, i.e. frest fruit, etc.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will stay there again on my next visit.

I found the hotel to be quit satisfactory and the night desk attendant was very helpful in helping me find my meeting place in the local area.

It's hard to find a hotel willing to let you stay for just one night of a football weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the amiable staff. Very nice stay!

I just needed a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay the night. This hotel met those needs. I would advise future visitors that there is no elevator, so pack light.

Easy to get to off I65, easy to get to campus without business district traffic or red lights, clean and courteous; just right.

It's a no frills hotel but it's quiet and easy to find and walking distance from Wendy's, Taco Bell, Convenience store and short drive to Mac Donald's. The beds were a little stiff but we managed and the manager was friendly.

A bit off the beaten path but it had everything I needed. Continental breakfast was pretty pathetic but there are plenty of places to eat around the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. No pool or laundry facilities. Probably not a fun place for kids but if you just need a place for the night, it's great.

We chose this hotel because of the price, but there were other cheap hotels that were closer to Purdue (the reason we were in Indiana). The breakfast was pretty non-existent, but other than that I don't have any complaints. The people at the desk were nice and the room was clean.

The basic hotel was satisfactory. But it is basic. Everything was efficient, clean, good value, but no frills whatsoever. However, that's what we wanted, and we received it by helpful, professional staff. It's about 5 miles from the centre of West Lafayette, which is only convenient for car owners.

The mattress is mediocre and uncomfortable. The continental breakfast is inferior. The price of the room is O.K.

The bed was very comfortable, and the receptionist was accommodating. I was disappointed by the quality/selection of the continental breakfast and a stain on the mattress of the pull-out couch. Overall, the room was clean; the amenities (refrigerator, microwave, iron and blow dryer) were greatly appreciated!! We had a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel.

The bed was hard as sleeping on the ground, the breakfast was sub par. The Manager was very nice

This hotel was farther out of town than we would have liked but not to bad of comute. Service at check-in was fairly quick. Wasn't given room that was reservered online due to it not being clean, but was given a nice room as replacement. Only bad thing was they do allow pets and the first day we walked out of our room the smell of dog pee was very strong. Don't blame hotel for this, but for people not watching pets. Check-out was very slow due to clerk running on treadmill. Overall it was a decent stay, but would be nice if it was closer to town. Good price for stay.

There are better choices locally.

With the don not disturb sign hanging on the door, the manager knocked on the door, 20 minutes before check out time. Then about 5 minutes later, a housekeeper did the same thing.

Hotel was a convenient location for a sleep and continue but the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows thin.

Great location, just off the highway. Had lots of restaurants near by, many within walking distance.
