Ok for the money, I wouldn't want to stay with my family.The breakfast was not worth the time,not much to choose from. The hot tub works but not very warm, and the pool area seemed dirty and outdated.It does have newer flatscreens.

bed bugs and filth. this hotel should be condemned. i have never stayed in such filth in my life. if i had physically seen this place i would have never kept my reservation. hotels.com should check out these motels before even listing them on their website.

It may have been the other loud guests that made me want not to return....or the fact that our smoke alarm went off when we turned on the heater trying to warm up from the freezing pool ( and the hot tub was way too hot!)

Outside door to back broken, could not get in and had to go through the main entrance all the time. Dampness on bathroom floor like stool was leaking or something.

This hotel was a good value. It had adequate services for its value. I have heard bad things about it but my experience wasn't bad at all.

This was not satisfactory. card key entry was broken on side door. My room had no shower! unbelievable. whole place had a musty smell. never again here.

Probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. When we first walk in our room it had a musty smell. Our Ac didnt work well. The manager was a little rude. It was not a great place and i dont recomend this hotel.

The hotel clerk who was on duty when we checked in was nice enough but she tried to charge us a second time even when we had paid already through hotel's .com and had a receipt. When she called her manager he told her to charge us a deposit to be able to register. When we got to the room one of the light fixtures did not work - this should have been checked by room service personnel before the room was ok'd to rent. The front desk area was dirty and not inviting. Just overall not a pleasant experience. Wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel was dirty from the foryer to the exercise room and everywhere inbetween. Hotel (adult male) desk attendant was rude and had an undercurrent of hosility. Had to request towels both days of our stay, 3 adults and one child. Our room was never cleaned, housekeeping never emptied our trash. The male attendant sprayed frebreeze in the hallway twice both days we stayed, yuck!!! It appeared to us we were the only guests of the hotel, parking lot empty, breakfast room empty.

Room was nice and good location. Only problem we had was the end of the drive had a sharp dip and we had to take it easy getting in. Besides that, what really convinced us was the hospitality provided by the manager (Mr. Patel). He made us feel right at home which is important when you are out of town. Also, the breakfast was convenient and suffiecient for a quick bite before hitting the road. We would stay there again so we recommend it. Good value for the price !

Thankfully it was a brief two night stay... the original room we were checked into had a very strong mildew smell and did not look like it had been vacuumed. The second room was cleaner, however, the toilet had NOT been cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful, and easily changed rooms for us and cleaned the toilet. However, they definitely need to improve on cleaning standards being that two out of two rooms had obvious issues. The pool water was salty. We have decided that on our next trip we will spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

quick check in, the TV quit working but the hotel manager quickly put me in another room. Hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. They had a nice breakfast each morning with omlets and sausage plus other things. rooms had refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. I come to davenport each year for a motorcycle event, and I will definately come back to the Super 8.

maybe new owners...in the pool area the ceiling lights were very dirty, received only 2 new towels and 3 of us in room, 2 washrags also, just needs to be spruced up.. weeds in front and was run down but again beds were fine and clean

Stayed for convenience of early morning surgery at hospital 40 miles from home. Had to extend stay as husband had to be in ICU unexpectedly. Manager very helpful and I kept same room for entire stay. Room was very clean, but most appreciated the quietness of my stay. Never any noise to disturb me. Was no pleasure stay but manager made me feel welcome and at home. Recommend anyone staying here. I had stayed in September 2009 and knew it was an excellent hotel. Location perfect for my needs.

Stayed there for my 6 year old sons B-day.My 2 sons and I had a good time there.They really enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi was GREAT! Best one Ive used in a hotel.Would gladly stay there again anytime in the future.

inexpensive room, got what i paid for

We stayed in this hotel overnight during a cross-country road trip. It is a no frills type hotel, but we had no complaints, and enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

I was really surprised, on the quality. The mattress was nice and fem and the pillows were full and thick. The pool was colder than I would of liked it, so I didn't go swimming the kids swimming said it was cold. the breakfast was excellent, it was just not hard rolls and coffee it was a meal.
