Smelled so much of cigarette smoke even though I requested a non-smoking room. The bathroom was awful, it smelled fouled. We were there to visit my son's school. I would never stay in this hotel again. The only thing going for this hotel is the location.

This motel was not very clean. The bathroom was disgusting and the cleaning service never stepped foot in the room. They handed us new towels and left. I had to take my own garbage down to the dumpster. In the middle of the night the smoke alarm started beeping for a new battery and it took the person from the desk 20 minutes to get up to the room to change the battery. The people who work the night shift are not helpful. We even heard another customer checking out because they had bedbugs in their room. If you want to stay somewhere extremely cheap, this place is for you but if you can spend a little more, you should for a cleaner room and better service.

The hotel itself was nice, overall it looks like Super 8 took a crappy motel and put their name on it. You could tell the door to our room had been kicked in previously because the moulding around the door was all cracked and broken. Other than that the room was clean and the bathroom was clean. They were also in the process of fixing up the hotel to repair all the damage done prior to them buying the hotel. Will we stay in it again? If we are ever in the area and need a hotel? Yes. The employees were very nice and friendly.

We were expectling slightly more for the description and rate. The hotel is old and run down. The room was mostly clean but stains on the wall and the overall poor condition were unmistakeable. The continental breakfast was coffee and old doughnuts. Wish I had stayed at one of the other hotels on the strip.

I was in Albany one night for a test te next morning and needed a room for cheap and thats what I got. The bed was clean and the tv had a lot of channels but everything else was horrible. The surroundings was the worst, it seemed like a drug traffing and prostituting ring. I woke up safe and my car was not vanderlized so I was happy lol never again

It's clearly an expensive hotel because it's right off of 87. Other than that the neighborhood and the hotel itself are a little shady. You get what you pay for.

We are a 35-40 couple who traveled a lot. We went to different hotels but this one is by far the worst. We are not lill princess while travelling but looking for a minimum. The cleanliness of our room was nonexistent : Hairs in the shower, dead flies, blood on the mattress, disgusting carpet, Bathroom's windows were not frosted (every body can see you from outside) the parking lot looks like a dump. Ceiling showed signs of leaking roof, was all cracked. We had only 2 small towels. The furniture was not very solid and you could hear what was going on in the neighbor's room. We were supposed to have a continental breakfast. Worst coffee ever, we only had choice between Froot loops and moist English muffins. Counter top was not cleaned, milk not very good. sticky floor and bad smell ambiance. This facility has semi-permanent and poor residents. We DO NOT recommend that place to our worst enemy. Go elsewhere, sleeping under the bridge and you will have a better experience.

If you're looking for a quick cheap place to stay, it is fine! It wasn't very clean though. Definitely needs to be called a MOTEL not Hotel.

I only stay for one night, therefore did not complaint more than just the towels in the room had dead bugs on them. The overall cleaniness of the room is poorr... Lousy beds with broken furniture, some with marking on them. Spider webs with spiders in the bathroom and the room was fill with a strong odor. Did ask for a change of room, But the hotel attendant said the rooms are all fully booked. Not worth for the price that I had paid.

This hotel is very shabby looking from the outside, however upon entering my room, it was quite pleasant and clean. I needed a refrigerator and microwave and they were quick to accomodate my needs. The bathroom was old style and the grout had old black mold in spots, but nothing unsanitary. For the right price this is a good place to stay.

It was a place to sleep but... really old and relatively gross.

The motel 8 is dirty and disgusting. I wouldnt even keep my dogs there. I switched and stayed at the marriott hotel which was clean, comfortable and the staff very helpful. I would definitely recommend the mariott

The first room that I got was never cleaned after the pervious guest. The second room was dirty and stinky. The paint was piling all over the room. The bad sheets and pillows are all in stains and hairs. Fire alarm battery was not changed and it was beeping every minute. So called breakfast was not set until 7:15 and once they set it up it was the worst orange juice, no coffee and English muffins that you can use as a hummer. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

The room was clean. My bed was comfortable and the staff were nice.

I was not pleased with this location at all. I have used hotels.com previously and been very pleased. But this choice was not good at all. We stopped over Thanksgiving weekend so we could drive rested, and we could only sleep four hours due to the horrible state of the bed. There was a note on the check in form that there would be a charge if we smoked in the room. When we got into the room all we could smell was smoke. My clothes and suitcase reeked of smoke. I do not recommend staying at this location.

The hotel was okay; however, I had doubt on the cleanliness of the room. The bed sheet smelled!!

If you're looking for a place to sleep for a cheap price then this is it. If you like glitzy and new then don't stay here.

Room was dank and the carpet smelled musty. But the bathroom and all the appliances (microwave, fridge, iron) were clean and in good condition.

This hotel needs a serious renovation. Room was dirty, bed linens old and soiled..CARPETS DAMP! Will never stay there again. not safe neighborhood
