Ok. Not bad, but TV channels were very limited. No PBS channel and I was looking forward to watching a special. Only very basic channels, so kids would not be happy.... Sheets were clean and room was neat. I would stay again if I had to go to the Expo in Redmond again. People nice and pleasant.

Very unhappy

Very worn out place. Not enough seating for the breakfast room when events are happening.

The floor was damp due to previous household cleaning. The cleaning agents made my eyes burn the entire stay while in the room. Didn't stay second night even though the hotel wouldn't allow me to cancel. Have enjoyed previous stays here but will no longer accommodate at this location.

The Hotel was fine. The booking was not what I booked, I had ask for Sunday thru Thursday, and the gave me Sunday thru Wednesday. I had to book the last day myself. That was for two weeks. The third week was right. Chuck

Motel was okay for the 1 night stay we needed. No frills at all. No microwave/fridge in room. Lobby was not appealing. Building looked good on the outside - but was not as "new" looking on inside. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We just needed a pet friendly room with wi-fi, and this place included both for a reasonable rate. It wasn't spectacular, but it was adequate for a Super 8 and I didn't expect much. It was an older hotel that could use some sprucing up, and it wasn't immaculately clean, but it was clean enough and very quiet. wi-fi was a bit slow. You get what you pay for, but it was priced right and provided what I needed.

Would love to see microwaves in the room...or at the very least...in the breakfast area. Staff was very efficient and so nice.

I would stay again, easy to walk to nearby restaurants

This was the second stay at this location. This time the room was better, the air conditioner was quieter and the beds were better, too. We knew this time to request a room with a fridge, so that was a plus.

The hallway and room smelled of cigarette smoke.

This was as expected for a Super 8 - clean, no frills, and very convienent. Love that it's SO close to the airport, and with a free shuttle. Did not love that it's near train tracks and is quite loud. Good service though, and even a decent free breakfast too.

this motel 8 was find but we stayed in dickson, no dak and that was terrible...it was dirty, no coffee or breakfast and the office was locked up we waited til 7 0 clock and a day person arrived and she too was shocked, we left and I don't believe we will go to another motel 8

The first night there was no parking in the lot due to Hot Shot crews and their fire vehicles. Second night there was parking for our car. There was no security lock on the south side access door. The air conditioner was extremely loud and since it was 100 degrees outside we had to have it on and it affected our quality of sleep. There was no map of the motel in room for locations of ice, vending machines, pool or spa. That would have been very helpful.

I was in town for a golf tournament, so it was conveniently located.The hotel is pretty standard fare...cement walls painted grey, squishy bed, flat pillows, old CRT tv. Not too much noise, and not too much around it.

It was easy to reach and the staff were excellent. Would stay there again when going thru Redmond

Clean, pool, breakfast..pretty good.

We were suprised to find out that only 25 % of the rooms have refrigerators. Most guests would expect this to be standard. When we inquired at the desk, I was told that we needed to "request" a room ahead of time that had a refrigerator. That was not clear on the website. By the time we got there , all those rooms were gone. I was told by the front desk people that since I booked through a 3rd party, they would need to deal with the problem. SO hotels.com, please post this info so others will be aware and possibly select other hotels

The front desk people were awesome and very responsive. The cleaning staff, well, could use a little work! We stayed for three nights, and our room wasn't cleaned two of the days--and we were gone all day long! The front desk came and cleaned our room one of those days and provided follow up on cleaning the next day.

We have stayed here several times and are normally very happy with everything. This time, not so much. Our toilet was plugged and we went to the front desk 2 different times asking for a plunger or for someone to come fix it and both times we were basically given the 'brush-off' even after telling them we had to come downstairs to go to the bathroom! The desk staff on Saturday evening was less than helpful!! When we checked out the girl at the desk was very apologetic when I told her the issue. She was unable to give us a discount because we booked thru Hotels.com but did give us the manager's business card and told us to contact him.

Worst place and dirtiest place ever! Even though I paid for my room 3 weeks in advance they sold it to someone else. They did however give me a room that someone had paid for and checked out early. They changed the bedding but the dog and cat hair throughout the room was disgusting! The vaccum cleaner they gave ME to clean the floor with was broken. Nuff said enter at our own risk!

This motel is in a great location, but is sore need of improvements in the guest rooms...room was poorly painted, no baseboards, and walls as thin as paper. We had neighbors on both sides of us, and we were privy to not only their television choices, but also their personal conversations.

We stayed at the Super 8 because we were attending a dog show at the fairgrounds and Super 8 accepted dogs. For the cost, it was a great hotel. The service was as good as a Courtyard Marriott. The mattress and pillows could have been better but my rating is based on the value vs cost. It even included a basic continental breakfast. I would stay there again as long as they accept dogs. They were very accommodating!

Other than the smell of cigarettes and a musty smell stay was okay.

our room was not ready when we got there at 10:30 pm. They put us in a room that had a bad odor. they knew the room had an odor, we purchased febreze that helped but the odor came back. The fan in the bathroom pushes the air down not up. We are still waiting to hear from the general manager.

Beds could be updated. It would be nice to have a table and 2 chairs in the room. Breakfast was a disapointment, lacking fresh fruit, rolls were not restocked and we were there at 8 am. Serving till 9 am on week days.

Overall our stay was good. The room was cleaned everyday. The bed was generally comforatable, and the staff was very nice. Our only disappointment was that the website indicated that there would be a fridge and microwave in the room. When we checked in we were told that you had to request it and that not all rooms automatically came with them. Had I known I would have requested it.

Enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and very clean.Staff was wonderful and helpful. Nice continental breakfast.

The location was great for the purpose of my stay. Got a room with fridge and microwave for much cheaper than what others were offering in the area. The comfort level was definitely not plush, but it was decent with at least the essentials. Booking online for 3+ days on hotels.com gave an extra discount. Too bad there's no gym space (which I tend to like), but there is a pool.

I was not please with the hotel staff submitting people in before check in time as I was unable to get any additional accommodations. Previous years I have always gotten a refrigerator or microwave this year I could not, they were completely un willing to help me. I only checked in three hours after check in time.

This was a great value for what you receive, the rooms were clean and it was very fair priced.

The heater in my room was so noisy kept me up all night. The staff was helpful and courteous. the beds are hard as a rock. otherwise enjoyed my stay. thank you

Everything was great! Friendly helpful staff. Well kept site and everything we needed for rest and relaxation.

First thing I did was draw a bath to relax and start the evening off right, wring! I got in and there was a gritty substance, then my husband says why is the water blue? someone didn't wash out the comet! If that wasn't bad enough, I looked over and saw a little red hair floating next to me, and a big chunk of dead skin. I showered and all I could do for the rest of the night was look at how dirty this place was. I think we may have gotten a smoking room. I don't know why we gave this place a second chance and there will not be a third! ruined my night with my husband!

Not a fancy hotel but the price was right. We wanted a pool for the kids to swim in and a continental breakfast and the hotel was just what we expected within the price range. Beds were comfortable and we slept soundly.

We have stayed here a few times now (over the past few years), and have never been disappointed. The free transfer to the airport used by the hotel is reliable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others-very close to the airport and the breakfast is lovely.
