Rodeway Inn and Suites- Biltmore Square - أشيفيل

Hotel was subpar. Air conditioner did not cool very well. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. They did not have a sign at the front door and it stood propped open the entire time we were there. I would have spent a little more for a better hotel.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel; we did like it. The hotel's wi fi is super nice and the cleanliness of the room is well-maintained. The only two downsides are the small size of the breakfast area (which is only furnished with two chairs) and the breakfas food which is simply donuts. I would still strongly recommend this hotel.

We had ant's in are room. Plus there was trash behine the Tv stand. I think that is were the ant's were coming from. The beds were nice. The room was over all nice for the price. The bath room was nice but the commode would not stop running water. It would stop when you moved the handle some. AC was a little loud, but not to bad. Over all we had a very nice stay.

Great location. Close to the NC Arboretum. Very nice and cheaper than the Biltmore. Also close to the start of the Blue Ridge Parkway and the new visitor center on the NC side. Staff very friendly and helpful.

we stayed for four nights and were comfortable the entire time. the "breakfast" is only coffee or tea, and one type of glazed donut, which was fine with me, i only like coffee in the morning, so amusingly scant. i will stay her again, good accommodations at a good price.

On my way to another destination, this was a great spot to stay! Clean rooms, and great tv.

The room was clean although I would have preferred beds that were more firm. Bathroom, shower and flat screen TV were very good.

room was clean, parking felt safe. Overall nice experience. Definitely a bargain.

Hotel was located by many attractions. Room were very clean and confortable.

The bed and shower were good, the room was clean, and the rate was reasonable. Staff were friendly and polite. The continental breakfast was only Krispy Kreme glazed donuts and a cup of tea /coffee so don't get your hopes up.

Our 3rd stay here and the people are extremely friendly. Good location for Asheville. Cafe Moose right down the road is excellent for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I (both >65) stayed at this hotel in July 2009 and again in Nov. 2010--same good experience both visits. The room was small but clean and had the basics, including nice shower, good flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrig. The hotel is near the NC Arboretum and farmers market, and about 20 min to downtown Asheville via I-26 & I-240. The on and off ramps to I-26 is close and convenient to hotel. The Sunny Point cafe is about 10 min north on Rt. 191--great breakfasts served all day.

We were looking for a clean, simple, inexpensive motel, easy to find, in the Biltmore area. This filled the bill. The manager at the desk was especially warm and helpful. The room wasn't particularly large but it was clean and had wifi and a LARGE flat screen TV (both of which we used) and a fridge and microwave. The beds were reasonably comfortable (a little softer than we like). A minor negative: the bathtub plug was broken, though useable.

I was shocked at how nice this hotel was for the money. I mean it isn't the Ritz, but for an economy level hotel it was excellent. The rooms were clean and nice and our room had a big flat screen tv, a fridge, an armoir, a hairdryer, and a coffeepot. The parking lot and hotel seemed to be full, but we had no noise issues or problems with people. They also had donuts and juice at breakfast.

.....from the minute we opened the door into the room!! The room was cramped with the chair & table set on the walkway, and a cheap looking mobile wardrobe. Hotel needs a long overdue update. Especially change out all the fabrics that have soaked up all that musty smell...... there's no Breakfast area (probably 'cos there was nothing on the spread), so we had to run 2 rounds juggling donut & coffee back to our room. The coffee was so diluted, we threw it away on first sip (in our room). It's the next best thing to camping out, I guess. But we will definitely not return to stay here on our next trip to the beautiful Asheville area.

I thought the hotel was a good value for the price. It's conveniently located but the free breakfast is about what you would expect, maybe less, for the price of the rooms.

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice everything was. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the staff was great. It was a good couple of nights. We will definitely stay here again if the chance arises.

the room was very clean. wifi worked well. I will never get a ground floor room again. I'm a light sleeper and my room was directly across from the ice maker. apparently, there's a high demand for ice before 7AM. then on my second night, a pipe in the wall started banging at about 3AM and kept banging until about 6:30AM. when the ice maker started getting used :( hotel staff said they were aware of the problem with the pipe and were remedying the situation.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were large, and the amenities were outstanding. Huge closet, fridge, microwave, and a giant flat screen TV, all for an incredibly reasonable price. The only drawback was that the hotel was about a 10 minute drive from downtown Asheville, which is hardly a drawback at all.

The hotel is located ~20 min from Biltmore Estate. The overall experience was good. The hotel had free and fast wireless internet in the rooms. The free breakfast mainly contained doughnut and coffee but at least it was something. There is a grocery shop about 2 min from the hotel.

Quality of room belies outward appearance of buildiing. Building smells of smoke but non smoking room was great. Very friendly check in staff. Close to all I wanted to do over my weekend in Asheville..

The day staff was very courteous and helpful. The night person could use some hospitality field training. Also needs attitude adjustment. Not quite enough Handicap parking available. However, overall our stay was OK, but not quite the place we were used to.

Everything was just like home. Beds slept as good as my sleep number bed.

This was my first stay in a Rodeway Inn. While it was very basic and the room was smaller than I'm used to, if other Rodeway Inns are like this one, I'll happily stay in another. And would stay in this one, again, too. I got all I ask of a hotel - a comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean towels, & a clean floor - for a very reasonable price. My one and ONLY complaint - and why I gave Cleanliness a 3 - was the blanket was NASTY! It looked like it'd never been washed and was probably new when the hotel was new. All I know is I did everything in my power NOT to TOUCH it. It reall was that bad! I also realize, in hindsight, I should've removed it and used the bedspread instead (something I also try to touch as little as possible - but it was clean by comparison), or called down to see if I could get another one - but by the time I went to sleep, that's all I had on my mind.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's your basic hotel and had everything that I needed. The room was clean and quiet. It was also nice having the pillowtop mattress. The location is pretty convenient, too. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the man who works the night shift at the front desk wasn't the friendliest in the world, but it wasn't a big deal.

It is a two star hotel, but was convenient off of the interstate (right next to 3 other properties that were 25% more expensive). No amenities to speak of, but 15 minutes from the Biltmore Mansion, saved a few bucks and got a good nights sleep. Don't stay for the frills (although it does have an easy/free wireless), but rather to save a few dollars while you are passing through town.

got a handicapped room, bathroom dirty and wet, rusty fixtures, overall quality f+++ don't stay here. these clowns owe me a refund in full !!!!!!!!!

to restaurants, was clean, and had helpful staff. For the price, I'd reccommend it to friends. The breakfast was not very good but again, for the price of the room I didn't expect what I am used to having in more expensive hotels.
