The hotel was very nice. The continental breakfast was great with lots of choices, including hot food. We needed ice to take to camp and the clerk let us take as much as we wanted from the hotel's ice machine.

Nice people working there, but the place is getting a little run down and the cleaning leaves alot to be desired. The carpet in our room was dirty, there was a stain in the mini fridge, and the tub was a little gross looking. Also the walls are pretty thin, my wife was up all night to the sound of people slamming doors. Also the pool was closed when we came, which incidentally why we booked there instead of somewhere else. This wasn't advertised until we checked in. At this point we had already paid for the room since hotels.com makes you prepay when you reserve.

Overall Staff is espectionally friendly able to answer most of our questions. Tues and Thursdays are cookies in the evening. Wednesday night free Dominos pizza. When we stayed there were alot of working crews at the hotel that went really hard on the breakfast and on cookie nights cleaned them up we didn't get none. As for Wednesday night the crews hogged most of the Pizza, I got 2 pcs as opposed to there 6 or 7. Breakfast offered sausages, bacon, toast, bagels, waffels, eggs, muffins, whip cream and strawberries mmmm. good. On Wednesdays they should loose the Vegetarian Pizza and order a 2 topping meat maybe those crews would fill up faster. Again as for the crews they thought banging on walls, running up and down , slamming doors was fun for two nights. We seriously thought we were next door to toddlers guess so .... These crews only thought of themself and didn't give the common folk a chance to get seconds or in the line ups. We waited the second morning and they were gone but so was alot of the food... Have some respect for other guests guys u know who u are the ones that stayed in early Oct. 2012 so if ur boss sees this maybe just maybe he can read u the riot act or teach u guys some manners?

Great hotel, very friendly staff, great breakfast, very nice swimming pool; kids enjoyed it!

Staff was courteous and friendly, room was clean and nice, very roomy, service was excellent. We would stay there again anytime. The location was where we wanted to be, close to the highway and close to shopping. Hotel was quiet. Great stay.

I asked for a non smoking room and I was booked into a smoking one. This was changed but some grief was involved. The second floor was labeled on the doors as Non Smoking but the smell of smoke in the hallway and coming out of some of the rooms gave me another opinion of the enforcement of the rules regarding non smoking policy. The room was clean and the complementary breakfast was fine. The staff was friendly enough and some were helpful. The hot tub was out of order for my entire stay. Parking was very limited and I had to park in an adjacent grassed area which it was doubtful that it was part of the hotel property. If this was spring it would be a mud hole. There was no restaurant in the hotel and the McDonalds beside it just doesn’t cut it. I would be hard pressed to stay here again with other name brand hotels close by.

I booked this room through hotels.ca. I asked for a room with 2 beds. When I got to the room there was one bed and one pullout couch. When we tried to make the bed in the pullout there was a writing on it that said "broken do not pullout". So much for the two beds which I didnt think the pullout counted. The heat was broken which is why there was a small heater in the room. All the lights went off in the room twice and I had to call front desk and they said "oh I will turn them on". Also there was no remote in the room. The room was cold and when I told them they brought more blankets. I would not suggest this place to anyone unless the other option would be sleeping outside and even then the price should not be the same as a regular room with everything working properly.

not happy with manager watch your bill

A hice hotel unless you want to sleep. The amount of noise coming from the hallway, adjacent rooms and even the room above made it difficult to sleep. Also, the air conditioner had two settings: Off and LOUD.

Bij aankomst werden wij vriendelijk ontvangen. Het motel is helemaal nieuw. Het zwembad is een aanrader. De kamers rook fris, en was amper gebruikt. De badkamer was net en voorzien van alle gebruikelijke gifts. Om één of andere reden werd er dezelfde avond een gratis, klein buffet aangeboden. Dit was een aangename verrassing. Ook het continental ontbijt was verzorgd en met de mogelijkheid om wafels te bakken !!! Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk. Indien u in deze buurt een kamer zoekt, mag u niet twijfelen, en prijs/kwaliteit zit u ZEKER goed.
