I've stayed in several hotels in this area and the Hilton is one of the best. The location is excellent. The staff was wonderful. The room was perfect. No problem if you speak little or no Spanish. And, I upgraded for $40 per night and was moved to 26th floor and had an amazing view of Mexico City! Plus, the upgrade included entry to a special dinning room for free breakfast and a light dinner. Again, with an amazing view--especially at night. I can tell you that I WILL book this hotel again!

This was our first visit to Mexico City and the hotel was an excellent choice, making us feel right at home. The location is convenient for many of the sites and is not far from some wonderful neighborhoods. My only complaint would be the hours of the fitness center, which is excellent, but was only open until 5 pm on the weekends and not late enough during the week. For a hotel like this it should be 24 hours.

The conceige personnel were Fantastic. I accidently left my suit bag in my car at the airport. When I arrived at the hotel the conceige walked me to a men´s clothing store and assisted me in selecting a suit... and getting it altered while I waited...WOW!!! I accidentially left a 500 peso bill on the table while having breakfast in the Terrace Restaurant only to have it returned to me in my room..DOUBLE WOW!! Everythng about I could say about the staff at this hotel would not do it justice.... This is a wonderful hotel...go!!!

I USUALLY TRAVEL FOR BUSINESS TO MEXICO CITY, AT LEAST HALF A DOZEN TIMES A YEAR AND THIS IS BY FAR THE CLEANEST, FRIENDLIEST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED AT.

Good place to star, either for business or pleasure; the room and the food at restaurant was excellent!. I definately recomend it; About the price I think Hotels.com may offer a better rate for this hotel in comparison with the rate offered directly in the same hotel, which is the same.

Stayed in a Delux King room and was very pleased with it. Three house restaurants, one of which has mexican traditional and gourmet faire. Another, DON, has an excellent breakfast buffet. Walking distance to many museums, sites and downtown shopping. Easy taxi ride to Zona Rosa and Polanco areas which are off Reforma.

The hotel is excellent !1

I booked breakfast included and when I printed my voucher off the confirmation screen it deleted breakfast included and this became an issue at the hotel and they would not offer it until I produced the confirmation. There is a flaw in Hotel.com systems which confirms by email what you bought, but eliminates the extra services such as breakfast when you print the voucher. Plus the telephone number for hotels.com on the voucher from Mexico are useless. So I wasted four hours trying to solve this problem with no help from anyone. The hotel bath tub had hair in it. The room did not have a remote for the TV and so time waiting and time fixing. Who pays for that? We did have a lovely dinner at the hotel in the resturant Vino. It was A+++++

Excellent hotel and location. Very friendly people.

Very nice sundeck terrace with trees and shrubs planted in very large pots with garden design , and a lap pool besides an indoor pool. Very large deluxe rooms and view on the corner stack facing the Alameda and Bellas Artes Theater.

This hotel had excellent service. If something goes wrong they will repond for their mistake. I felt very pleased with the employees. I would definetly recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Clean, well run, well equipped with internet, lots of plugs in all the right places if you're a biz traveller. Highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hilton Reforma. The rooms were very comfortable, clean. It is a 5 star accommodation. The Hotel was well located near the Alameda Park and walking distance to the Zocalo. The staff were very friendly and the concierge was always very willing to help with our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at in the last 10 years. Impecable service, accomodations, excellent location. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

This is a beautiful hotel, with an excellent location. The staff is efficient, helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant in the lobby is exceptionally good, as is the service and ambiance.

Enjoyed four nights in this hotel. Great location near Palacio de Bellas Artes and in the historic downtown area. The concierge staff was very helpful as we planned our daily outings, rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. Staff were friendly and brought us a roll away bed so the kids could sleep sepearately. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it travelers.

I am an architect - I'd like to think a good judge of hotels (having designed a few). This hotel is very sophisticated, elegant with a great roof deck/pool area. My wife and I had an outstanding room - room service was exceptional. Overall, it was a great way to start our vacation in MC. The only draw back is the fronting street is busy and a little scruffy, but hey- it is Mexico City. The room was clean, large, and well appointed. I have stayed in other '5*' hotels in the city, and this was way ahead. For what I paid, it was an outstanding if not rediculously good value.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It is just blocks from the Zocolo and Templo Mayor. The greatest Street Tacos and Tortas are just outside the hotel. Everything is close by and you don't need a car. If need be, hire a taxi from the hotel and the rates are reasonable and the taxi drivers are quasi tour guides. This hotel recently changed from Sheraton to Hilton. I will stay at this hotel again. The view from the 25th floor was awesome.

Highly reccomend, excellent hotel, Hilton bought hotel while I was staying there seamless transition, Awesome Service, very clean!!

Vivo en el DF y aprovechando una boda en el Centro Histórico me hospedé en el hotel, fue un fin de semana sensacional, el servicio de primera. FELICIDADES. Volveré pronto

La verdad es que mi estancia en este Hotel ha sido satisfactoria, incluida la experiencia de encontrarme con un terremoto de 7.8 en plena habitación y con un personal realmente entrenado y preparado para un evento de esta magnitud, todo fué perfecto. El único "pero" que yo le pongo es que para ser un hotel premium se deba pagar el wifi aparte además un precio bastante alto, ese detalle no me gustó, prefiero que lo incluyan en el precio y ya está. He estado en Santo Domingo en un hotel también de 5 estrellas y el wifi estaba incluido en todos sitios, y eso creo que es un valor añadido a la hora de elegir un hotel de trabajo.

mi esposa y mis hijos estuvieron encantados con la variedad y calidad de los restaurantes (de hecho cuando me platicaban sobre lo que habian comido se me abrio el apetito...)
