Nice, big room with kitchenette. Quiet. Bathroom very clean. In fact, for the first time was inclined to take a bath. Staff was very helpful.Great courtyard for visiting with friends. Nice bar area. Perfect for a trip to Atlanta with friends.

I spent 4 days with the Artmore recently and all staff were attentive and helpful. Aarica ( who works the bar) provided exceptional service, knowledge and added value as she kept everyone happy and entertained - mixing cocktails, suggesting drinks, delivering food and was without doubt one of the biggest assets in this hotel. A reason to return to be greeted by a smiling face and professionalism at the top of their game!

All around okay. Charging for coffee is a bit tacky. Wi-Fi is free and fast. Convenient to food, coffee, and the subway and the business-shopping-entertainment complex.

Since we flew in for a day at the High Museum, the Artmore was marvelously convenient and in easy walking distance; and a Hotels.com special deal convinced us to try it without seeking references. Fortunately, the staff was surprisingly helpful (compared to many city hotels), the room was nice and the outdoor courtyard was just enchanting (given that the weather was just right). We were impressed enough to consider joining their points-for-stays program that they share with other independent hotels. The only problem was that the A/C in our room was a bit noisy and positioned less than 3 feet from the head of the bed, making sleep difficult, although we figured that was likely the result of taking the special price. We also had an exceptional dinner with superior service at Veni, Vedi, Vinci restaurant just 2 blocks away, as well as a fun 'Bohemian' lunch at South City Kitchen 2 blocks farther...and were pleased to be told that it was safe to walk back to the hotel after dark (a waiter said several colleagues live nearby and do it all of the time).

Gorgeous hotel, outstanding staff, beautiful courtyard, beautiful room!! Felt like a queen the moment the valet took our car! The front desk attendant was very helpful suggesting a wonderful restaurant in the area. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Atlanta!!

I enjoyed my stay here - the staff was excellent, service was great. The bed could've been more comfortable, but the location was perfect and the price was >$20 less than the 4 comparable hotels close by. For that, I am happy! Close to the Symphony, Museums, University, & the Gaybrohood - this was a great stay!

I was especially impressed by the staff, who went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The room was extremely clean. The hotel's location to city sites is ideal.

Everything is fine, only there is too much noise, 3 in the morning!!! People laughing an talking very loud, and hear very clearly. I cannot sleep at all. I will not book his hotel ever again, unless I can book a room on the top floor.

Just super! Best hotel in ATL. Clean!! Friendly service. Great price. Upscale amenities. Upgrades. Will stay here every trip.

the hotel has great ambiance but we had to switch a couple of our rooms due to some problems with the bed and the bathroom

Delivers beyond the price. Nicely designed rooms and mini-suites with big spa tub, comfortable bed, spacious. Across the street from the High Museum and also MARTA for easy airport access, near lots of good restaurants and close to Atlantic Station. Good service and nice staff. I have stayed there twice and will be back.

Adorable boutique hotel right across the street from the Marta. Perfect location. Everyone here was very nice and accommodating. Compared to the hotels in the surrounding area, this was the cheapest and it was nicer than the others I've been to. Rooms were big, Aveda products, anything you could imagine to buy at the minibar. Complimentary coffee in the morning. There are places to eat within walking distance. It was clean which is one of the most important things to me. I'd stay here again.

Very nice, quaint hotel. A pleasant break from the cookie cutter high volume hotels. I would definately stay there again.

The room, and hotel in general, was very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I highly recommend the Artmore and would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were in Atlanta to hear an evening lecture at the High Museum of art and to view the exhibition. We stayed at the Artrmore, which is easy walking distance to the Museum (and to the Performing Arts Center too.) The Artmore is clean, comfortable, and unique. It has a beautiful open air courtyard, with a fountain and fire ring and trees and sitting areas. On chilly nights (like the one we were there, they turn out outdoor heaters and have blankets on the couches to make it comfortable. There aren't many indoor community spaces in the hotel, but it is very nice to visit outside.

Great hotel,. Although the first room we were assigned had a leaky sink. We were promptly moved to a bigger room for no additional charge. great customer service.

A hotel that doesn't feel like a hotel. Has that classy upscale feeling with out being stuffy. The classic old movies playing in the lounge gave a good vibe. The room was VERY clean and the mini bar, though we did not use it, was well stocked if you so needed. The bar next to the lobby was perfectly lit, comfortable, good ambiance, and well stocked. My only concern was parking is clunky. Small entrance and valet only. The $20 to park is high, especially for as long as it takes to get in and out. Even with the parking, we will still be back.

Overall, I liked this hotel. The room was very spacious and nice. However, it could have been a bit cleaner. There was a large stain on the bathroom floor and the tub was not cleaned very well. The front desk worker spoke very softly making him difficult to hear. Also, the free breakfast and coffee ended too early (9:30 am).

the room was beautiful and very clean. I love the old prints of Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe and other classic celebrities. you do have to oay for your breakfast, but everything else is so affordable that it's not so bad. will definitely stay again!

Would stay there again!

The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely stay at the Artmore again.

The two level room with skylights was quite lovely and we enjoyed every part of our stay.

Ideal location if you are going to the Center Stage Theatre. It is less than 100 yards from the front door. MARTA just across the street and Atlantic Station is a short walk. Very ideal for this area of downtown.

It was pretty great, the breakfast red bag was late however, and the bar is certainly over priced. I love Malbec so I ordered a glass- cork was in my glass of wine and it didn't even taste good; definitely not worth the $11 I paid. On the topic of overpriced, keurig cups tend to be about $0.50, selling then for two dollars in a hotel room is ridiculous. They don't even taste that fantastic and a Starbucks coffee is two dollars... So needless to say, do not waste your two dollars. Other than those negatives we had a great time. The valet guys were so nice, as well as the front desk. We will visit again, but we will bring our own keurig cups as well as wine!

Our bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was in need of service (both cosmetically and functionally), the walls are paper thin, we waited for 15 minutes to check in as the front desk was in attentive and absent, and there was general disorganization everywhere.

I've been to the Artmore two years in a row. I've thrown two birthday parties during that time. If you don't want to be hassled and want a comfortable room that presents well but not have you pants pulled down over the price then this is the hotel for you. There's a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance a rarity for Atlanta. If you want to plan better more complete birthday parties then stay at the Artmore. I could have easily spent more money an d got a room with a bed for what I paid for my 2 rooom suite.

The Artmore is a very nice place, close to Midtown and Downtown Atlanta. BUT the staff and valet need help. Upon check-in the staff failed to tell me that you could only open your room door by turning the handle up, not down. I had to make a frustrating trip back to the desk to get help. Valet parking is disastrous. Only 1 attendant on a Saturday night, cars backed up in the street. I even had to wait in line behind the traffic light before the hotel. Management has acknowledged the problem but nothing has been done. Also no hot water in the bathroom sink-lukewarm at best. All of this is a shame since the room and lobby/bar are VERY nice.

Overall my stay was very nice. I stayed for two nights and had no issues. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. I was a little surprised at the condition of the room. It seemed a little rundown. For example, paint needed work and wallpaper had patches where things had been repaired. No big deal, I just expected more for the reputation and money. My biggest surprise was a call from the housecleaning department in the morning asking if I wanted my room cleaned. At higher end hotels, I always expect my room cleaned and towels replaced the next day. Probably not a big deal, but if I was still sleeping and the maid called to see if I wanted my room taken care of, I would be furious. Maybe stop by my room and see if the do not disturb sign is on the door. Again, not a huge problem. I liked the hotel and location enough that I would stay again. But for a few extra bucks, I may look elsewhere.

We were in the back corner room, 16th and? NOISY all hours. Near the garbage cans. Was 35 degrees outside. Inside heat couldn't keep up, especially in the bathroom. Need a wall heater. Internet is promised in all rooms. Not just near lobby! You will loose business clients without a decent connection. It is an old hotel, did well with cosmetic maintenance. Lovely courtyard.

Has a great ambiance.

the hotel location was very good for my purpose, and I found an excellent Italian restaurant within walking distance. There were many places to eat within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I think the conversion from an old building (don't know what it was before), could have been done better. They tried to give the rooms a contemporary feeling, but would have done better if they went for a more traditional look and feel. I was on the first floor and could hear the floor above me creak when it was walked on. However, that did not bother me. Nice big screen TV , free WiFi, nice desk area, and mini refrigerator. Big supply of coffee and various drinks to purchase. I would go back again.

We were excited about staying there from the pictures but they did not do justice. The place is beautiful, well taken care of with a very friendly staff. The courtyard lounge is very cool to meet friends or make new ones. Right across the street from the MARTA station is a bonus!

I'm in Atlanta twice a year for a week at a time. This was my favorite hotel yet...it wasn't too big, my room was very comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful. 2 drawbacks- internet was a little slow, and the gym wasn't very big.
