Queen size bed on the small size and a bit hard. The room was also a bit small compared to other Hilton hotels that we have stayed in. Overall rating 4+\5- Intend to return and stay in an upgraded room standard.

Nice hotel in goood Hilton standard. Small but very good rooms. The air outlet however was very noisy, and disturbed my sleep. There was no means of turning it down.

This is the right place to stay if You visit Stockholm, close to every place in the central city with good connection everywhere. Faboulus breakfast and friendly people working for good service and really doing nice in that matter. I´ve no reason to complain, the only small thing that occured in the room and the toilet was a strange odour of urin, probably from the waste-water disposal. Despite this problem I´ll recommend this hotel for You!

The queen room was really tiny, but ok. The cushions were not good at all - they should've been much thicker. The breakfast was really good - a lot to choose from.

Excellent hotel in a superb, central location, close to underground transport. Though rather small the room was clean and comfortable and the décor was modern and unusual, plus we had a lovely view of Stockholm's old town. Good bathroom, but wardrobe space was limited. Some renovations ongoing, so a little noisy at times. Very good buffet breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff in Reception and in the restaurant/breakfast room. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and very helpful staff, convenient location (Slussen sub-station, close to gamla stan), versatile breakfast with spectacular view towards gamla stan. The hotel's bar is a jewel, do have a conctail if you stay here. The room was quite small, however well worth money. The bathroom was renovated and clean. The hotel itself is a bit past its prime. All in all very pleasent stay. Extra thanks for the staff for their professional attitude. Finnish couple, spent one night.

It was a very good experience. Very good hotel, amazing view, nice staff, very servicing and helpful indeed. Very delicious and almost perfect breakfast buffet . And finally a very good reastaurant at hotel.

The room where we stayed was very comfortable, but also very small. The carpets in the corridors were badly stained which gave a poor first impression, but the room itself was well kept and clean. The room where breakfast is located looks out over the river and has beautiful views (try get a seat by the window), the wait staff were very pleasant and the food was excellent. I would expect that rooms on the front of the hotel would also have this beautiful view. Gamla Stan and Slussen are in easy walking distance and the train station is right outside for easy commuting. I would recommend the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and enjoyed it thoroughly. The room was nice and clean, if not a little crampt. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was out of this world.

Everything was great except the receptionist questioned my relationship with my boyfriend who is Swedish and it was my first time to Sweden Left me with a sour taste in my mouth

We had a great stay despite the scaffolding blocking some of the view from our room. The room was nice and spacious and the breakfast buffee was fantastic. In good walking distance to gamla stan and it is surrounded by restaurant and bars. Staff was nice and friendly.

The Hilton Stockholm Slussen is conveniently located a minute walk from the bridge to Gamla Stan. The staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Our included breakfast buffet was great as was our executive lounge snacks in the evening. Within walking distance, on Sodermalm, are some great shopping streets. The rooms may be a bit small but were perfect for us. The second time we stayed we were automatically bumped up to Jr Suite. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

Stayed in a queen room which isn't as large as I expected but it is perfectly acceptable however the great views from the hotel are from the executive suites a point to note when booking if that's what you're after as Stockholm is so beautiful. The breakfast buffet is absolutely incredible with every type of food that anyone could ever desire - worth staying for the breakfast alone! The staff are attentive and the gym is well equipped. There are also a restaurant with a good selection of food and reasonably priced and a bar which is open late on weekends which is handy!

The location was a good central base for us to go exploring. I found the bed rather hard and woke up each morning with lower back ache. The selections of food for breakfast was amazing. I was a little disappointed that the menu in the restraunt was the same each day, but that made us go out and try other places to eat in the evening.

Staff extremely helpful, everyone spoke english. Large selection at breakfast. Close to subway. Walking distance to many tourist locations.

A little disappointed in what passes for 5 star, but definitely a nice hotel in a nice location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The biggest disappointment was the hallway decor...looked like it was unfinished. The room was small but stylish. Booked it at a 40% discount. Wouldn't book it at full price.

Excellent hotel situated near the city center, great location. Rooms are beautiful, modern and new... but they can come across a bit small, after all this the home of IKEA, though they are sufficient enough to enjoy short stays.

The location is excellent and the breakfast buffet was truly exceptional. Our room was not bad and had a nice view - it was just very dated and the carpet needed to be replaced. The gym/sauna was not part of the hotel and filthy with nowhere to relax after sauna. Overall a perfect place to use as a base for exploring Stockholm, but not really up to Hilton standards and definitely not a 5-star. But if you get a good rate and you are more interested in the city than the hotel, it is recommendable.

I know this is a Hilton, but its a but soulless. The Bar in the hotel foyer is great, great location, but the rest is...... average. Should I return to Stockholm, will choose another hotel.

Couldnt get any better. right near a train station. Very friendly staff. Cool bar and restaurant. Bathrobes, slippers and shoe horn were a nice touch.

We have just experienced our best city break in this fantastic hotel. Everything is perfect; wonderful views of beautiful Stockholm, very friendly, polite, professional & efficient staff. Clean, modern, comfortable accommodation and delicious food. A big thank you to all, we will be back.

All in all a pleasant stay, however smaller rooms than expected. Not your typical 5 star hotel.

Hilton Slussen is an excellent place to spend your stay in Stockholm. Located in the center of the city with walking distance to the Old Town and still only 5 minutes away from shopping and business district. Easy access for friends and business contacts to visit. Hilton Slussen is a much more "personal" Hilton hotel than other Hilton's around the world.

We went to Stockholm for New Year and were extremely pleased with our hotel choice. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotels is in a fantastic location with bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk on the opposite side of the river. The breakfast which was included was amazing, with a superb selection to chose from, everything you could wish for. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis and was very comfortable with a lovely marble bathroom which was small but adequate. Flat screen tv and blackout blinds. The bar and restaurant were great, again with very helpful staff. The valet parking was terribly convenient and staff would deliver your car with a moments notice. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

The hotel was in an excellent location. It was an easy walk to the old part of town, the palace, tour bus stops, etc. There were many good restaurants nearby. The room was very small by US standards, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a nice bathroom and shower. The included buffet breakfast was wonderful. There was a large selection and everything was fresh and delicious. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was excellent.

Tiny, tiny rooms ... breakfast buffet was very good... my cousin paid less for his room and got free breakfast but I didn't so I was a little annoyed.

Stayed a second time in this hotel and was dissapointed. As we just stayed for one night, I felt we were given the broom cupboard. The view was out to the back yard. The room was obviously used for meetings if not occupied. The fold-up bed made a lot of noise and the see through gaps at the bedside were full of dust. The glasses were not the cleanest and a loud noise coming from a nearby room or place sounded like the air conditioning trying to suck or blow air on a constant 1 minute interval. A very bad point for me was, that they didn't have a pool (although a local pool was recommended in the hotels guidelines - 20 min. walking distance - Hellooo!!) They had a Jacuzzi, but it was out of order and that's not acceptable for a 5 Star hotel. Good points. It's walking distance to the old town. The Night Club is linked to the hotel with a beautiful view over Stockholm and the breakfast is super with a good choice of drinks, bread, fruits, ect. I guess we were just unlucky with our room as it was peak season and we just stayed for the one night, which seemed to work as a disadvantage for us.

The hotel staff could not have been friendlier or more efficient, our room was spacious, comfortable and the views from our room were spectacular. The location was terrific - within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The included breakfast was terrific - Crepes, eggs, bacon, meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, juice, pastries, jams, Swedish meatballs, etc. We even ate lunch one day at the hotel restaurant and it was wonderful. The hotel bar is cozy and the service was very good. The work-out facility was very well equipped. Overall, an A+!

I am sure that there are better rooms in the hotel... there must be, and to be fair, my wife slept well. I couldn't sleep at all, due to a constant noise, that sounded to me like the closing of a sliding door, somewhere below me. I think it was probably traffic noise, as it increased in frequency in the morning. The outside temperature was about 8C, but I could not get the room cool enough to be comfortable. I'd go back, but I would not stay on the first floor

Room size very small. Location is good. Nice breakfast in the morning. No where to get coffee or tea in afternoon other than restuarant and room service.

We were pleasantly surprised at how big the room was. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. We stayed at a more expensive hotel for the second half of our trip, and that hotel did not compare to the Hilton. We will definitely go back for our next trip to Stockholm.

Hotel breakfast was great Service friendly and room comfy but way to small and a dirty bathroom. Had expected a lot more from a Hilton. We booked well in advance on a standard rate and we had been promised an upgrade, but when arrived at check in this did not happen. Hotel was full due to last minute deals and we were put in a back room 10 min walk from reception with dirty alley way view and cupboard size.

The hotel was what we would expect from a Hilton, except the rooms were very small, even by European standards.

We booked the most inexpensive room for one night before we went on a cruise out of Stockholm. We recieved a view of a dumpster in an alley (there was some construction going on). The taxi driver taking us there droped us off a block away from the hotel because of the construction. The room was small (compared to US standards) but clean and cozy.

Hotel is lovely situated in the best part of Stockholm. Lovely breakfast and comfortable beds. Hotel bat is absolutely amazing. You can sit there on the height and look out all over Stockholm and enjoy your drinks or food. Open roof bar
