Not more than a 3-star hotel by American standards, perhaps 4 stars by European and Israeli. Feels a bit dated and worn. Pros: inexpensive underground parking, located in a quiet neighborhood, in about three miles from the city center, reasonably priced. A decent Israeli style breakfast (a lot of herring), a friendly wait staff. Cons: inconvenient bed (two single beds next two each other) with very small pillows. Very small bathroom with flex shower that would not stay in the right position. No shampoo or conditioner.

The hotel was a severe disappointment. When we checked in there was a cockroach on the door of our hotel room. Needless to say we did not feel comfortable. The cushions on the couch were ripped and the shower was not clean. The fire escape door was left ajar all night beside our room (probably where the cockroaches were coming from) so that people could go out on the fire escape and smoke. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful but it didn't make up for the fact that we were expecting a higher quality hotel. This is at best a 2 star hotel. The hotel location is also out of the way. If you are staying for business, perhaps it is okay, but if you are a tourist, it is way out of the way and is not convenient. We were extremely disapointed and would not recomend this hotel to anybody.

The hotel staff was extremely unhelpful at check-in. I felt like I was ruining her day just by showing up. Asked her for a dinner recommendation and she was no help!. We were told there were no restaurants within walking distance. $20 taxi fare to get to the sea and restaurants. Asked about shuttle service to the airport (advertised in description for having one) and she said we'd have to take a taxi which was NIS 170. Very frustrating... On a good note, they do have free wifi and clean newly remodled rooms. We knew they had athletic/workout facilities since we were a floor below them and could hear the treadmill running and every time someone would drop a weight on the floor above our bed... So much for one more relaxing night before our holiday ended...

Great value! Nice neighborhood, awesome pool, but short hours of pool access. Great staff. Cab to and from Ben Gurion airport will cost NIS 125, and NIS 150 on sabbath, and at night.

The rooms were very clean, well decorated and comfortable with a well stocked kitchenette. Staff at reception was very efficient and quick and the service at the hotel was very good. Breakfast was also very good. There was nothing to complain about and I can recommend the hotel.

Très belle chambre spacieuse, propre, confortable . L'hotel est neuf et très garéable, le déjeuner varié et copieux, jolie piscine, importante salle de fitness. L'hotel se situe dans un quartier un peu éloigné du centre ville à 10 minutes des bus qui passent juste en bas.
