Very comfortable rooms and clean. People very nice hotel very clean not enough blackjack tables

The hotel was clean and comfortable. You could not hear any noise from other rooms or the hallway which is nice. Not much in the casino area but the room was nice for the price

Rooms need serious update.They also charged an extra $20.00/Night Resort fee that I was not aware of.

We found this hgotel to be very acceptable. We were there just one quick night while traveling - no time for restaurants or casinos - and were more than satisfied. And the price was right.

Great room and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The view was fantastic and the room very nice. Loved the convenience of being in the same hotel that the casino was in. Had a great trip and a wonderful experience and will definately recommend this property to anyone going to Laughlin.

Very comfortable beds I slept excellant every night and the rooms were quiet. Meals were all good $1.00 buffet on Mondays couldn't beet the price.

We had to call the front desk at 11:20 P.M. due to adults still in the jacuzzi and making noise. This area needs more attention kids were diving and running. Closing times need to be posted around pool and jacuzzi.

Hotel for the most part was OK. The price was very good. Rooms show a lot of wear, but for as little as we use it, it was OK. Service was nice and accommodating.

check-in was curtious, quick and effecient. Folks from the bellman to security were curtious and friendly.

The best was the bed after that nothing. The walls must have been made of paper we heard the cell phone in the next room ring and heard the entire conversation. Same when anyone was in the hall. Only one table game blackjack was open ever though it was a Saturday night. never stay again.

no bedspreads on beds beds no good at all pillows are no good, to soft did not get cheap plastic glasses two days had to call front desk emply first floor no machines empty buffet and none at breakfast at all I will never return unless for free

This is our fifth of sixth stay here. this speaks for it self. Very clean, comfortable, buffet is good, pricing keeps us coming back. Comp tournaments keep you at resort. Could use more slot machines. River Palms a winner.

The Hotel gave me a room closer to the 1st floor, which was very considerate as I am a senior. I was a little disappointed in the highly touted "Riverwalk" at this south end. It could have been kept in better condition. The escalator at our end of the hotel was not operating. After our room was cleaned there was some paper on the floor that wasn't there when we left the room. The parking structure is not very close to hotel itself, so, if valet isn't used, it's a bit of a trek. But overall, because of nice hotel employees and reasonable rates, I would give them another chance and would recommend a stay at their hotel.

The casino is a bit dated but if you have to stay in Laughlin I would recommend this place. The room was excellent value for money as it was quite cheap and yet was still such a nice big clean room. Wifi is too expensive and no breakfast but can't complain for the price.

No doubt the River Palms needs an updated like most of the hotels in Laughlin, however this hotel is a value. The room was clean, comfortable and bed was great. Furnishings and TV are outdated but everything worked. Maid Service was good. When I read some of these reviews and how travelers nit pick when they do a review, ex: the caulking around the tub wasn't sealed or I saw a stain on the carpet... I guarantee if you would go in their houses you would find the same issues. I would base a review of a major concern, no hot water, flooded room, no ac. I would stay at the River Palms anytime and I usually go there once or twice a month. Front desk staff is always courteous.

Disappointed because we found roaches in our room, they promptly did a steam clean of room and cited the weather conditions. They offered to move us but we had two connecting rooms and moving to another floor would have placed our parties apart. Bathroom in our room and pool restroom kept clogging up. Casino was very vacant, lifeless and lacked energy. Cleanliness of rooms was not great. On a positive note, the location of the room was right next to the pool, making it very convenient for the children in our party. Buffet was not great but a good value for the amount of money we paid.

We stayed at the River Palms for the last weekend in March. Everthing was to up to our expectations. We arrived late on a Fri, but the check-in service was completed in a couple of minutes. The rooms were very clean. We had river view rooms- nice touch. Elevator service was quick. We did not eat at their buffet, so we could not rate it. We enjoyed our time there.

A good hotel for the price. There are no live Blackjack, Craps, or Roulette tables. There were only about 8 channels I could get on the TV. Beds were very comfortable. Good place to stay for the value minded traveler..

If you want luxury this place is not for you. It is very outdated and the furniture is old and beat up...but for the price you can't beat it. I have to say the bed was very comfortable so it made up for the ugliness of the room. Oh and there is no coffee maker in the room but I always bring my own anyway - I don't trust what people put in the hotel ones.

We stayed for 6 nights the room was okay, used to queen size beds, they only have full. Only 2 seclections of dining, parking garage is a long walk to hotel unless you use valet services. The pool is very small and closed for 3 of our days stay, the only plus is its on the riverwalk and bullhead city isn't very far away for the food you need to get.

Alot of the gambling is gone on 1st and 2nd floor, buffet not that great either. Beds VERY comfortable.

Front desk need to be friendly and not have a negative attitude.

I only booked this room because I was going to Laughlin for several days and the Golden Nugget was sold out for that weekend. So I booked the River Palms for Friday and Saturday nights, and the Golden Nugget for the rest of my stay. If I had it to do over again, I'd just wait until Sunday to go to Laughlin.

Nice very comfortable pillow top beds. Every etch person we talked with was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly adequate for a place to stay enroute. Room was large, very old TV and impossible to read in bed, due to poor lighting. Don't bother to pay extra for the river view -- the window was so dirty we literally could not see out. Onsite Denny's is very convenient. Covered parking is a plus. Very good rate.

Nothing fancy or flashy just a decent room at a great price.
