Average clean place to spend the night

I made mistake of leaving behind a makeup kit, a phone cord and a pair of shoes. Less than an hour after I checked out I realized I had forgotten them So I called the hotel and told them I would be back To pick up these forgotten items. I was told not to bother coming back because they throw away everything they find in the room regardless of value. I demanded to speak to the manager I was put on hold and left there. After 15 minutes I realized no manager was going to pick up. I called back three more times and the same thing happened. Apparently they have a very nice little theft ring going on there And apparently anything you forget becomes theirs automatically. I travel a lot for business and will never ever stay at this hotel chain again As a result of how this hotel staff treated me.

The staff was most courteous, the rooms were clean and the location was good. They could vary the breakfast a bit, the egg each day is a bit too much

Hotel was clean, room also. TV remote didn't work, change it 2 times and did not work. Got tired of it and did not call front desk again. The hotel is nice.

I am glad it was only an overnight stay. The room was dated with stained and a burn in the carpet. The toilet seat was tatter, bathtub mat appeared worn.

The room was smelly

Very nice hotel. Clean, and very comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and efficiant. Enjoyed our stay and will use this hotel again.

It's not like before. First of all, there was a lot of noise. Children were playing, running they were banging doors. Secondly, when i made the reservation online i was told the check out was at noon then the housekeeper came knocking at the door to inform me the check out time has changed to 11am, she was rude in top of it. Finally, i was expexted a room with jacuzzy because it was the picture i saw while booking online. Indeed

My hotel stay was very comfortable, room was exactly as advertised. In my opinion, it was good value for the money and located near to supermarkets, shopping malls and other leisure activities. The hotel was being upgraded with painting and other maintenance activities but I was not disturbed in any way. The fridge in the room was very convenient as was the complimentary continental breakfast. Staff very polite and pleasant and I felt safe and secure on the grounds even when coming in very late at night alone. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, convenient parking, convenient location, I recommend it.

This hotel was great and we are grateful for the easy method of securing the hotel we had in hotels.com. The service was great- the staff was extremely friendly.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION. I would have stayed at a different location of your hotel if I would have known that.

I stayed there for one night before returning to my country . For my purposes was find. I just need a clean room.The rate was good.

Other than the lobby needing an Air Quality test, everything was great! They may have had a water-loss in the lobby area. It smells like mold. Covering the smell with deodorizers will not clear the underlining mold issue. Everything else was perfect!!! Thank you!

I along with my 2 girlfriends was pleasantly surprised we visit every year and i can tell you this hotel was great. the place was clean they served a good breakfast everyday and very affordable. We will be staying again next year. Deb of SC

Great Location as great surrounding restuarants, malls, and the beach is only about 25-30 minutes away.

I had a great time at this hotel. The food was excellent and the staff gracious and helpful. I did not want to leave, and I will be back soon.

I was very satisfied with my hotel room on my three night stay. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was great. Central to all the activities I had planned out. My room did have some small cosmetic problems; small amount of paint on a dresser, small hole in the carpet. Both they were very small and I only saw them while packing to leave.

Was not at all impressed with this hotel. My comforter was not clean. Room was not cleaned well..not pleased for the money I paid.

The room wasn't bad at all. Only negative is that the rooms don't have wifi..you have to plug up to an ethernet cable. Guess I can't complain since the internet service is free.

This hotel is close to my parents condo, so it's very convenient....but not enough to make us return. This hotel needs a major redo. There were signs that said they were remoldeling, but I saw no evidence of it.

This hotel was adequate but I wouldn't recommend it as a place to stay. It's obviously frequented by blue collar workers which isn't a bad thing at all but working in the construction industry means dirty clothes, dirty boots, and a predominantly male work force. Let's face it, men are dirtier than women by nature and keeping up with the clean-up needed is obviously tough for this place to pull off. Good price and fair location but has a dingy feel...

Hotal price is a little high. Since we wanted to stay closer to our children we booked in to this hotel. There is no other attraction or entertainment closer to this hotel. With all that, the price is high. The price of charges for the computer room/ office was too high. It is good they are charging so that people do not sit there all the time. For 10 min $1.00 is too high.

Everythingwas good execept for the issue that we had the tv remote. We were trying to use the remote when we got to the room but it didn't work... No big deal we thought... Then we called the concierge and they brought us a new one... And that one didn't work either!!!

This hotel is in bad shape. There is a note saying they are reconditioning the hotel. Many of the guest appear to be long stay construction workers. If I was staying more than 1 night I would have found another hotel.

Comfort Suites was excellent for traveling for business. I stayed for 4 days and was impressed by the efficient staff and the practical room layout. It had a separate area for the desk and a separate sitting area with a coffee table. I would use Comfort Suites again.

Two problems: 1) Could not shower because the shower handle was broke. It was 4:30AM an I did not have time to wait for maintenance to repair the handle. 2) The desk clerk could not give me a receip because I booked the room through Expedia. A problem for me to be reimbursed ffrom my company.t

This hotel provided just the level of service we required for a very reasonable price. The complimentary hot breakfast was an added bonus. Everything was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. If you are looking for a no-fuss, value-priced hotel, the Comfort Suites Sawgrass delivers!

The hotel promotes itself as a 100% smoke free. Nevertheless there was an awfull smoke smell in the room, as well as in the elevator. I took the situation to the front desk and the answer was: IT SHOULD BE ONE OF THE GUESS SMOKING! but no more interest on the subject. Besides, there was nobody to help us with our luggage neither at our arrival or departure.

Room given upon arrival horrible! toilet overflowed, lights in bedroom area not working, telephone not working and its cord all wrapped around the phone. looks like somebody was in a hurry to put in a new phone and forgot it. Level of service very poor, ask reception general questions of things in area, i.e. supermarket, nearest bank etc. she did not know! Breakfast was a joke! everyday there was nothing available, no matter how early you came down for it. Hotel very tired and old and in need of refurbishment and needs to be maintained properly. Also Drink machines were always out of drinks, one evening went through all the floors and none were working! on a positive note one gentlemen at reception was quite helpful in finding us transport back to the airport.

Booked a room to come into town for a show at the BankAtlantic Center. reviews were iffy but we thought that since we were only staying 1 night it wouldn't be a big deal. we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was nice, the staff was nice, and the free breakfast was great. The room appeared to be a little older and could've used some minor repairs in the bathroom but all in all it was fine. The complimentary breakfast featured hot and cold breakfast items, including a make-your-own waffle station. We plan to stay there again.

I reserved this hotel for out-of-town employees based on the chain's reputation and stays at other locations. I was disappointed and embarrassed at the condition of the rooms. The first room was not clean and a condom wrapper was found by the bed. The dresser drawers were screwed shut. The second room that the guests were moved to was musty and had obvious roof leak stain. Needless to say, I will not be sending anyone to this location again!

You definitely get your money's worth at this Comfort Stay. The beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and the hotel is well-maintained. The front desk staff could be a little friendlier and the parking lot should be bigger but overall I was very happy with my stay.

Hotel was ok, room was clean but small Wireless internet only works in lobby , no signal in room on second floor Outdoor Pool is very small Staff were friendly

i do not recommend this hotel, no internet, toilets run all the time, no air, beds uncomfortable, no coffee maker in room. no dead bolt lock on door.

I was traveling with my sister and her fiance. I had reserved a 2 night stay through hotels.com-that room (3rd Floor) was very clean and well appointed. Duvet covered bedding, decent furnishings etc. The three of us were very comfortable in this room. However, due to an unexpected change in our plans we returned to stay a third night. The room we were given (1st Floor) had the older style synthetic bedding, furniture was broken, etc....not nearly as comfortable as the accomodations on the 3rd floor. Additionally, the pool and hot tub didn't appear to be clean and the hot tub was not 'hot" or even luke warm.
