Even though there was renovations going on it was really good. Will have to come back to see it after the work is done.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great! However, our bathroom needed remodeling. The shower curtain rod was hanging off the wall and the curtain would not stay closed. Water was splashing onto the floor which could cause more damage.

Staff was very friendly! About 5 minutes after we checked into our room, front desk called just to see if our room was up to par. I thought that was nice of them. The hotel is under construction so given the circumstances it was pretty clean. The only thing that I wasn't too pleased about was the breakfast, it was cold and not much of it. I probably would stay there again but wait until they are finished remodeling.

Hotel is having major indoor construction and is very noisy. Was woken up at 8am because of a carpet cleaner's buzzing van. Have stayed at this hotel several times and really liked it until now. The mess in the lobby of all the construction remodel is an eyesore. I won't be back until they are completely done with the construction. What a headache!

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

could have had a little bit better breakfast , alittle cheep, would have been nice to have atlleast biskits and gravey

I chose this hotel for the location (which is close to my 2 key customers in the area.) I was very pleased with the overall quality, staff, and rooms. The breakfast was more than adequate with a good, basic selection.

This LaQuinta islocated in an industrial park in Spokane Valley. There are only a couple of food spots, Subway and McDonalds, but that was not an issue for us. We ate breakfast at the motel, and were gone all day long. Our room was very nice, clean, well equiped and the bed was very comfortable. They had a computer in the lobby area, free Wifi, heated indoor pool with jacuzzi. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay, no complaints.

We had only one issue, the toilet stopped up. The gal at the desk got me a plunger and I tried but couldn't unstop it. With no maintenance person around, she tried to fix it herself and failed also. So she put us in another room. I liked the fact that she offered to try and spent 20 minutes working at it before she realized it would take a snake to clear it. Otherwise our issue was resolved quickly and adequately.

For a 2.5 star Hotel, this one is a great pick. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. The room seem to have been updated and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was so-so but the room and staff were excellent. Convenient location close to shopping and food with easy access to the highway.

We stayed at La Quinta because of its good pet policy and proximity to an animal eye clinic- 17 miles. There is a McDonald's and a Subway within a football field walk, and a decent gas station. Beyond that you are in a trucker's destination point, with numerous warehouses and rail connections, plenty of heavy stuff moving 24 hours a day. The rooms don't really pick up the noise in the dead of January 2013, but come summer, with the screened window open, no thanks, unless you are a heavy sleeper. The staff was first rate. We normally stay in Worldmark condos when we travel, that are first rate clean, this was not bad, just was kind of cleaned "on the move", meaning fast. The on-off from I-90 was easy, about 1 1/2 miles. The Spokane Mall is at the freeway exit, so there was an Outback, Red Robin and a very decent Hong Kong Buffet with more choices than I have seen, all prepared and managed well- fresh as can be.

I slept like a baby. I brought my own pillow (because I'm really picky about my pillows) and when I left - I left my pillow behind. When I got home (250 miles away) I called the hotel and asked them to see if they could find it. They did! They called me back to tell me the good news and stuck it in the mail that very next day. In 2 days I had my favorite pillow back at home :) I will stay here again for sure the next time I'm in town.

This was just a quick overnight stay, but the beds were great - comfy with very nice bedding. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

This hotel is away from the freeway so we expected it to be quiet. We decided to stay in Spokane Valley because it was a convenient location to stop for the day. However, it was noisy at night with train whistles and semi trucks passing through the industrial area. The bed was comfortable and the TV was good. However, the bathroom was small and the room was nothing special. It was good to have breakfast even though it was very average and the coffee was not very robust. We had better value at other hotels on this trip.

I have stayed at this La Quinta many times and have always been happy with the service & amenities. They have recently redone the hotel so things seemed nice & clean and up-to-date. The breakfast was very nice, including egg & sausage sandwiches and waffles. They also served warm cookies from 7-9 in the evening which was a hit with our kids! The location isnt' my favorite because it's in kind of a remote area in an industrial part of town, but it's still pretty close to shopping/dining in the valley.

Convenient for us to visit relatives in both the Valley and Downtown areas. Would be better if there were restaurants a bit closer. Crispy Kreme donuts do not count as a restaurant, but an occasional splurge is ok.

Once we finally found the hotel, it was nice. It is located in the Industrial area of the town. I'm not sure I would have chosen it for our vacation if I had realized that. The room was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. I spent some time in the pool and spa/hot tub and then when I went to my room to take a shower, there wasn't any shampoo. I had to go back to the front desk and ask. She got some from under the cabinet and gave me. I got the feeling they don't stock shampoo in the rooms and only give it when requested. The breakfast was the same as most hotel offerings, but it's fine for starting the day.

My GPS took us on the most ridiculous route to this hotel and we drove through some very unsavory neighborhoods to get there. Turns out the it was just off the fwy two exits down the road...who knows what Ms GPS was thinking. Anyway, it turned out to be a fine location for us. I wanted to hit a mall for some shopping and that was very conveniently located. the hotel was comfy and the staff was friendly.

The only thing i found disappointing was that they forgot to clean our room and make our beds one day. this was tough to come back to after a long, hot day.

I've stayed at La Quinta hotels before and I've always found them very satisfactory. Their parking lot needs improvement. There is a front lot and a back lot. To get to the back lot, you have to go back out to the street and enter the neighboring driveway. Still a very nice place.

Overall, reasonable value for money. Could do with a kettle in room to make tea, instead of a coffee-maker which is useful only to those who drink coffee. Breakfast (inclusive) was disappointing. TV channels and programmes typically US: DIRE selection.

The woman at the front desk got us an accessible room right away (because Hotels.com did not). Our stay was excellent.

Nice hotel for the money, very industrial area but near nice mall over all it's a good hotel

Overall it was a good stay but the shower didn't have much water pressure.

OK for people, fantastic for people with dogs. Nicest pet hotel I've ever seen.

Have always enjoyed Laquinta before. This time there was a large sticky (probably syrup) spot in middle of room carpet. We did enjoy the pool and breakfast.

thay moved me while I was away. stuff left in my room did not make it two my new room............

This hotel is located in an industrial park - a rather weird location for a hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel seemed to be in need of a make-over, however. Water damage, paint peeling, etc. Breakfast was not that great - powdered milk, limited choices, poor presentation. I would stay here again if my pets needed a place to stay - since it was pet friendly!

Loved this hotel! Kinda out of the way but wasn't as noisy as some hotels I have stayed in.

Staff was helpful. Room was okay, but bathroom walls had brown mold on wallpaper. Two different breakfast rooms was an inconvenience.

Was a nice room, but something was going on with the plumbing and my shower was cold for about 10 minutes. Location is a bit out of the way and the parking was jammed. If it weren't for the great price I might consider staying somewhere else.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise!! Both biscuits & gravy and waffles!!!!!

This was a great rate for a good sleep in a clean well maintained hotel. Looked to be mostly business or industrial clientel as the hotel is in that kind of area. A short distance (2miles) off the main road but worth it for the bargain. Breakfast was bare bones but the room was more than adequate.
