Hotel pictures and written description highlighted the "garden tub" but ours did not have one. During our two night stay, the trash cans were not emptied in the bedroom and although the dirty towels were removed, the bath towels were not replaced with clean ones. Erik at the front desk was helpful and very nice.

The room was nice and also clean. There was breakfast offered but i could not stay. Overall very pleased.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and well maintained. We chose this hotel because the location is close to family, and will stay there again when visiting San Antonio family.

We were very pleased with the hotel and the people working there. The gentleman that attended us the night we got there was very helpful. He told us that he has not been working there that long but he went out of his way to help us in any way he could. The lady where we had our breakfast was very nice and attentive to everyone and very helpful. We were just a little upset because our last day that we were going to sleep there our room was not clean and beds were not made.

FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE HOTEL. I'D STAY THERE AGAIN.

They migjt want to spend spend some money on cleaning the carpet and I wouldn't sit on the couch. but, the bed was clean and comfortable. Don;t rely on the laundry room, as the dryers never did get my clothes dry.

We chose this hotel because we had stayed there once before nine years ago when attending a family wedding. We stayed this trip (Sept 2011) and again found everything to our liking. The suite style rooms had everything we needed. The breakfasts were very good and had a nice variety of thnigs to eat. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. We will stay there again.

The stay ended okay. I had trouble getting a good room and had to chane 2 times. The air conditioner was not working in first room. We were able to get new room at 10:00 pm. The next room was great but had to be moved due to it already being booked.

You pay what you get, although the problem I had was, the house keeping doesn't keep an eye on the floor, they didn't vacuum the other side of the bed which you cannot see from view.

We were very pleased with our stay. It was not our first time staying at this location.

The staff was friendly. We only had one remote control for 2 TV's. The suana wasn't working for 3 days. The keys didn't work for the back entrance to get in from the pool. A little difficult to navigate the road to get to the hotel.

Booked this room thru Hotels.com. When we checked in we were given a smoking room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. When asked to be moved to a new room, we were told no non-smoking rooms were available. The staff helped as much as they could. On our final night we were moved to a non smoking room. But the new room was still not ready at four in the afternoon. The location was exactly what we wanted, but would have to twice about staying here again.

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay in San Antonio. Very convenient for everything. Very friendly staff.

I travel to San Antonio a lot and this was one of the best places for the price that I've stayed at. The room was very comfortable with a sitting area (couch and TV) and a bedroom area with another TV. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Have booked another stay here.

We had been in Dallas all week and decided to end our vacation in San Antonio, so we found this place online. It was close to Six Flags. I found it for a good price, large room with two A/C units, Two TVs. We were happy to have a laundry room available to us. Breakfast was bacon, biscuits, muffins, eggs. Great deal getting a hot breakfast for free. Some trouble finding our reservation, but I would stay again.

The hotel itself is clean, and the customer service was good. Although the hotel is located on the highway, it is hard to get to. We had to basically turn around and then go past the hotel turn in because there were no left turns into the hotel, make a U-turn and come back to the hotel. Not so convenient when you're doing this over and over. Breakfast was great!

Excellent location close to movies, shopping, interstate, and restaurants. Hotel has good breakfast and great staff.

My family and I stayed here during a weekend vacation to San Antonio. It's conveniently located on 281 just North of Loop 1604 and surrounded by several eating options and a Walmart. The check-in experience was wonderful. The lady was very accommodating. She placed us in adjoining rooms and went above and beyond to ensure we had any additional information we needed including knowing that she'd have fresh baked cookies out shortly! The rooms were as described on the website including a refrigerator and a sitting area with a 2nd tv and couch. Breakfast was good - the typical free hot hotel breakfast of eggs, sausage, cold cereals, yogurts, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice...a few stains on the curtin but not bad. The bed could be a little more comfy. The location was great and seemed to be in a very safe area. Would certainly stay here again if in the area!

Great updated/new facility, very centrally located. Close to everything.Wonderful room!

We really enjoyed the hotel. The people were extremely attentive. The room was spacious and we liked the layout of the room and the set up of the furniture. The beds were very comfortable. We will stay there again if we return to San Antonio.

The hotel was nice to stay in. They had very good breakfast. Very hard to get to but right there by everything. They had a leak in the hotel so they shut our water off one of the days we were there which i was not happy with. We had only a few days to do things and that put us not being able to go anywhere that day till 4 which most of the attractions close at 5 or 6.

The hotel is tricky to get to off the freeway. However well worth it the rooms were very comfortable and large we had 2 beds and a couch and 2 tvs which the kids loved. The pool was nice and hotel was very nice for the cost. The downside was the Hot Breakfast was blan, the hostes had a hard time keeping enough of the Hot food out for the guest there in the kitchen. I would definetly stay there again.

The room was comfortable and the location was very good. A straight shot south to the River Walk area. The HBO wasn't working. Other than that, no complaints. Staff was very courteous.
