Our stay was pleasant, hotel is nice, very good breakfast, rooms big and comfortable. We had though one problem, that had destroyed our mood, thats every second time the toilet won't flush………and they didn't worked to much to fix it.

Poor maintenance ... Old outdated rooms with filthy smell all around. Hotel needs massive refurbishment. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

Quite close to jalan alor, a street filled with local restaurants. Hotel is good, worthy of the price. Also tried some other locations in kl but bukit bintang area is definitely the best location for leisure.

overall the hotel is good ,clean and quite just accross the road you got a supermarket a restaurant and local food stall.walking distance to the main road. Breakfast is very good everything fresh and lots of choice. internet free of charge and complimentary bottle of water.

Overall I am very satisfy with this hotel. The room is clean and the hotel is near Pudu Station which very convenience to the traveller.

great location, and short walk to main hub of KL, Burkit Bintang...hotel showing its age though...

Stay was pleasurable but don't accept that car parking was being charged RM10 per stay.

Booked the family rooms for a weekend getaway. The 1st room we checked into was out of electric however, they’re pretty efficient in getting us a new room. Room is clean, however not much facilities are available in the hotel, the pool was really small and so was the Sauna Room & the gym. Washroom on level 3 (Gym/Pool area) wasn’t really well maintained, shower tap wasn’t working very well and cleanliness was not there. However, I’m glad the room’s toilet and the others are generally clean and well maintained. Breakfast services was not as good as compared to other 4stars hotel in KL, it’s a free sitting dining buffet in the restaurant and tables were left unclean even when guest have left. Food choice is ok for us since it’s only for 1day. The hotel was located in the middle of the shopping district(Bukit Bintang) / Chinatown hence it’s a walking distance to everywhere. Overall, it’s still a pleasant stay for a short getaway.

Swiss Garden Hotel is reasonable and convnient hotel for families and honeymooners also. I enjoyed my stay and it was very comfortable and the breakfast was good tasty. the hotel is close to all the attraction which is needed to go to and also close to the LRT which you can travell to other places if you need and dont need for taxis

this hotel having very good atmosphere, but the food is not for vegetarian. vegetarian peoples face lot of problem for food. rest of all is good

Cheap price but the rooms were old and not maintained with a lot of staining in the bathtub, shower curtains, etc. Nearby skytrain station (7 min walk) but on a very busy congested road, which had lots of road works, lots of cars and no proper pavements to walk on so if you are carrying any luggages - definitely a no. wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you are on a budget otherwise i would categorise this as a 3 star hotel only and definitely nothing more based on its maintenance and surrounding areas

It was a good stay for two nights. Overall condition was good for the money. Only thing I noticed was there were visiable mold on bathtub caulking. It looked bad but other than that it was okay.

Shower curtains could be cleaner as there were unsightly stains especially at the bottom The extra single single bed for the third person in the room was saggy and I could feel the springs They serve a fairly nice breakfast except for the nasi lemak, which had stale nuts and anchovies. The danish buns could also be of better quality. Love the fresh coffee and tea with milk!!!!!

My wife and me had a good stay for 2 weeks at this hotel, it is 3rd time we use Swiss Garden. The hotel is very central located between Bukit Bintang and Chinatown and near Pudu Sentral bus station. Very good breakfast and good service. Twice we needed a plumber for small repair at toilet and each time it took less than 5 minutes from I phoned for service till the help was there - very good. Aircondition was adjustable from the bedside. Olav from Norway

1. Inavailability of doorbell at the door makes it inconvenient for movement into the room. 2. Housekeeping takes long time to answer call. 3. On check out day call for bell hop did not turn up so got to struggle with luggages to lobby. 4. Overall, it is just okay only to stay in this hotel. Perhaps they can improve on the above remarks.

The hotel is okay but the service & the cleaning of the room was poor.

Acceptable service standards.. Room was clean, tidy and ready before requested check-in time.

Staff are rude. Sound insulation between rooms was very poor that you can hear people chatting next dooor. Windows have not been cleaned for a long time. Bath tub is dirty and old. Buffet breakfast is messy and feel like one is in refugee camps.

Our family room was cool, quiet & comfortable - just what we needed at the end of our on the go holiday. The room was really dark to sleep in - lost track of time. The pool was small, but served it's purpose well - a must in boiling Kuala Lumpur!

Swiss Garden is middling, and barely. Mediocre rooms, the not-quite-where-you-really-want-to-be location, listless staff. This is a tourist hotel (not business) which means the staff doesn't expect you to return and treats you with that in mind. The worst was internet access which dates to circa 1999 even though the hotel was recently renovated. Signing on every day required a round of calls, the occasional visit by staff, rebooting the laptop, and checking in with their IT in the Philippines. Simply wanting to check email became an ordeal. The management no doubt feels it can save money by not installing Wi-Fi, but obviously has no qualms about making guests pay -- both in wasted time and money -- for inconvenient and painfully slow internet access. Since they won't spend the money and improve service, internet and otherwise, I'd advise you to spend your ringgit elsewhere.

Front desk not helpful at all! They let us wait for hours to check-in due to room mixed up. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance of the hotel, wait until you get inside. Look for a better one! Not this...

Now, I wouldn't say that this hotel is in the heart of the hustle and bustle, but I would love to add that it is just a 5 minutes walk from the main stuff. Just around the corner to be precise. I lived in a room facing the street. Don't worry, its not as noisy as I thought it was. Actually I never heard a car honk in Malaysia. lol. Honestly, even if there is a jam, people are just waiting....passing through the crowd without even touching that horn. There are plenty of money exchange bureaus around the area. One just opposite the hotel. There is also a small supermarket across the hotel which has most stuff to keep you away from the mini bar :-). Tickets to various tours (Hop on, hop off) can be purchased from here as well. The main bus stop is opposite. A little away from the station. Street food is just a 5 minute walk. Oh, the Hop-on-Hop-off bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. No biggy. Overall, had a pleasant stay. Clean room, clean bathrooms.

Advantage: -The room was clean, nice and tidy. I absolutely adore the room infrastructure. -the service was excellent. -the ambience is satisfy. -location: quite a walking distance to the city area Disadvantage: -The extra bed that I requested was kind of terrible as it is very uncomfortable to sleep on. I can literally feel the bed's spring. -the breakfast buffet is always the same. Kind of boring. Overall rating : 4 stars!

Dont expect much from this hotel as they're very slow to respond even for a simple towel request which they did not place in initially.

In the centre of the city close to Times square shopping. 15 min walk to KLCC (Petronas twin-towers) and Pavillion shopping. Cleaning-staff and bar/restaurant-staff very nice. The people in the reception a bit rude and posh...

It is quite confortable

Swiss Garden has always been my favorite hotel. I have stayed there in 2009 and i enjoyed it as i have always did. Its location concidered the best cause its like a walking distance of 5 min to Pukit Pentang and 15 min walk to china town and also all the big shopping mall around like Pavillion, Time Square etc. In terms of food there is not nothing to complain cause all type of resutrants you would like to have are around that area. The most important thing for me when i book is breakfast and swiss garden has the best for me honestly. Thanks

I was really happy with the service I got during my stay and the location is very good for business

I stayed for 2 nights and this is nearer to the hotspot area like BB walk and the main malls and its like 5 mins walk away. Im happy with the cleaniness and excellent service provided by the staff of this hotel. Only thing is that there should improve their buffet breakfast as i have noticed the same dishes during my 2 days stay.

Hotel has a very good location in Bukit Binang district, within walking distance to China town. Clean rooms with modern decor. Reception staff could be more helpfull .

Swiss Gardens is literally across the road from Bukit Bintang where its all happening and lively. It was nice not to be on the doorstep of all that atmosphere but not so far out there was nothing to do. It literally across the road and also very close to two subway stations. It is also very close to Pudya Raya bus station where we continued our travels by coach to Singapore. Its about %min walk left out of the hotel. The hotel is very nicely decorated and modern. However, I do have to say for a 4star hotel, it could do with re-grouting its bathroom and change its shower curtain which was mouldy. Maybe it was just our room, I don't know. Loved loved this hotel! Highly Recommend!

Hotel locaqtion are good. Response to service are good, thou house keeping need some improvement. Front desk are very good +++. Overall this hotel room need some upgrading.. a bit rundown..
