The dirtiest room I've ever had. The shower, sink, and the toilet all had visible cracks. Which explains what appeared to mold spores coming out of the wall above the shower. Standing water on the sliding window track, and overall dirty appearance. I'll NEVER go back.

You get what you pay for is definitely applied here. They have smoking and non smoking rooms. I'm a non smoker and wouldn't have noticed if they didn't ask me. The service was great. They really need to remodel tho! All in all it was great for the night but couldn't see myself staying for a week.

The room was good. Not a lot of extra perks, but the breakfast was nice and beds were comfy. Did a lot of sight seeing in Seattle and shopping at The Commons.

Return visit - stayed here for a night last year. Convenient if you want a room near an exit close to your car. Adjacent WalMart adds to the convenience and the staff was proficient - they gave me the exact room I requested (phoned in the morning of - it was the room from last year). Would stay again. The only challenge was an overcrowded parking lot.

We stayed at this Super 8 Hotel for a week. It was perfect place to be close to all our appts. and friends. Beds were very comfortable. We'll stay there again if need be another time.

We came from Portland to see a Mariner's game, and on the holiday weekend, many motels in Seattle were already booked. It worked out well for us to stay in Federal Way, as we headed home the next day. The motel was right by the freeway, although we missed seeing the sign when we first exited. Our room was clean and comfortable. The walls were a little thin, so we tried to keep the volume of our tv down. The breakfast was great - more than the typical 'continental' breakfast with make-your-own waffles, other breads/pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and even boiled eggs. I don't know if the motel was under-staffed, but the lady at the desk seemed a bit overwhelmed.

It's OK to stay, though I won't describe it as a clean, white, comfort Hotel. Out of my surprise, They serve boiled egg and yogurt in breakfast.

We arrived at 10 pm, and had to be gone by 7 am the next day, so budget was our priority. Unfortunately, It was not the best decision. The beds were not comfortable at all. I think they were at least 20 years old. It was small, and cramped. There was tons of road noise, even after 12pm, enough that I wasn't able to sleep until closer to 1 am. I was awakened many times by loud trucks and motor cycles. The person at the desk wasn't overly friendly. I was afraid to eat the continental breakfast. We tried to not walk on the floor with out something on our feet. I don't recommend it, nor will I be staying here again.

Was expecting something a little nicer for the price I paid - not enough plug in's in the room and noisy.

Liked that it was close to shopping centers, lots of good places to eat nearby, close to I-5, Tacoma Dome. Didn't like that we had to ask for another towel when they already knew 4 people were staying because this date was booked months ago, a little inconvenient.

We stayed at this hotel for a week to take care of personal things. Even though we've lived in this area we found it nice and easy to get to places from this hotel. Very confortable place to stay.

For the price, I can't really complain too much as it is what we wanted, a place close to wild waves.

Once again - an average hotel room in an average hotel. Nothing remarkable good or bad. The rooms are a little dark and seem somewhat cell-like. Nothing more to say one way or another.

because of the proximity to all major restaurants and walmart and costco I was very pleased with that, the room was clean the staff very friendly and the breakfast was very good , had a lot of offerings to choose from. we stay in that area every year and will definetly be staying there for years to come. and the price through hotels.com was unbeatable, I am a very happy customer, Thank you

It is a Super 8 so my expectations were low. There is no service or amenities. Upkeep is marginal. It is right on the freeway, which may be considered convenient by some, but noisy and an undesirable location by me. It wasn't awful, but I would not call it enjoyable. If I ever found myself totally desperate and unable to find a hotel anywhere in the Seattle area again, I'd consider staying here.

Room was quite dirty (unvacuumed). Smelled. Bathroom was not horrible. Front desk guy was very nice. I had to go down to front desk to get iron/ironing board (am I spoiled?), then the iron didn't work...

Ok, I requested ground floor but got 3rd floor no elevator and a bunch of suitcases the stairs were only option. Room had wadded tissues outside of bathroom we had to clean up. Lady was nice at front desk, NO great ammenities other than tv and breakfast downstairs but I slept in. The rates were from HOtel.com building my rewards :) internet was slow in our room. Great location for Muckleshoot Casino for adults, Wild Waves for kids & family.

It was great, the front desk and other personnel were very helpful and courteous, the rooms were tidy and it is very near all the places you need to be in Federal Way. Way to go Super 8!

I've thrown away better rags than the towels they use. Although it claimed to be smoke free, it only meets that definition in that I didn't have to pay extra for the stale stench of smoke in the halls and room. Staff was friendly but the radio didn't work and the toilet had to be flushed twice with every liquid deposit. The mattress was historical. I believe George Washington used it first.

The hotel provided the necessities for my stay. I like the location because I was nearby restaurants and stores when I needed any food or goods. The hotel did provide a decent breakfast that satisfied my hunger for the morning. The only thing that I noticed was the bath tub was dirty. It wasn't totally cleaned since it still had some dirt streaks. Besides that I was satisfied with my stay.

Considering the price and brand, this is an excellent buy. The hotel was right on the way to our destination. The room was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was much better than expected at a budget accommodation. The free wi-fi also worked perfectly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

there was heavy hold in the bathroom and the room was not cleaned all the way...there was trash in the trash can...

The internet was really good and the hotel was close to I-5. The breakfast was also decent. Overall, the hotel met all of my expectations. It isn't a resort or anything, but it got the job done just fine.

It was more of convience. The maid did an awesome job and staff definitely was welcoming. Breakfast was good except the boiled egg was still raw. Other than that- it was good service.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I should have read the amenities a little more before booking. The hotel has no elevator. And our room was on the side of the hotel closet to a busy road with traffice all day and all night long. Since we are from aquiet town, it was probably more annoying to use than guests from much larger cities and are used to that kind of noise. But the hotel was located centrally to all of the shopping places we liked.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff and the cleanliness of the room. I would definately recommend the hotel to others.

The only thing that I did not like was the carpet in the rooms where very sticky and smelled, they need to shapoo the carpets, but everything else was great.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while visiting my brother in Federal Way. It is very basic, but very clean and staff very professional. I was able to walk to Walmart and just a short ddrive to restaurants. If you are looking for a basic clean hotel with a good complimentary breakfas and acess to I5, I would recommend staying here.

You get what you pay for. We just needed a place to sleep and shower and for that purpose it was great. Free wi-fi was a huge plus. It is next to the freeway exit so it can be a little loud during the day, but not so bad at night. It is an older building and they could probably invest in some new linens. It is conveniently located to many stores and places to eat. I would use this hotel again in the future.

Room was very clean. Front desk was VERY helpful and courteous. VERY convenient location. Will stay again.
