The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. There were a lot of kids which didn't bother me because we were with our 3-year-old. Negatives were the slamming doors you could hear from the hallway and a breakfast area with not enough seating. But we would definitely stay here again. It was only 5 minutes from Hershey Park which is why we were there and it was clean and well kept.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was very convenient to Hershey Park and the breakfast in the morning was great! However the room was not very clean. I had stains on my comforter and there were long black hairs in the bathroom.....I have long blonde hair so they were definitely not mine! I would not stay at this hotel again because of the cleaniness issues.

Comfortable bed, clean and includes mini-refrigerator and microwave. Friendly reception. Full breakfast included -- my only quibble was that I think they used a kind of "boxed egg mix" for the scrambled eggs. . .couldn't eat that. But everything else is great. Coffee and tea offered in the lobby round the clock and complimentary chocolate chip cookies. I would definitely stay here again or at another one of the chain's locations.

Hotel is a descent place however the common areas are a little small and easily fill up during holiday peak periods when the hotel is full. During Easter weekend, there were long lines at breakfast for teh single waffle maker and the attendant was constantly refilling food but could barely keep up. Seeting was all full. Rooms are fine and clean though bath counters could use updating. Pool was nice indoors however also full and no room to swim. About a 15 minute drive to Hershey.

The address for the hotel is very confusing with the street changing names or not exsisting. It wod have been helpful to recieve an email how to get to & from Hershey before we checked in. Other than that the hotel was great! Very clean & the staff was extremely friendly.

Stayed here this past weekend and was very happy with the hotel. First mini VK with my 7 yr old granddaughter and my husband. Room was clean and in good condition. I have had back surgery recently and have trouble sleeping in any bed but this was comfortable and the staff was nice enough to give us a chair from the lobby so I would be more comfortable. Pool was lots of fun and warm. We all enjoyed the swim. Only a short drive to all the Hershey attractions. Only minor complaint would be the breakfast. Better than continental but when they advertise full breakfast I expected a better selection and not everything microwaved. However we were otherwise pleased and will plan to stay there again whenever we go to Hershey again.

The hotel is quite old, and needs renovation, but the service is quite good, and the location is close to Hershey resourt, the continental breakfast is excellent.

This hotel is in a good location if you're headed to Hershey, Harrisburg, etc. It's very close to the Hollywood Casino, and maybe 10 minutes to Hershey park. The hotel is either very new or very recently renovated. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was more than adequate (including hot items like eggs, potatoes, make your own waffle), and the free coffee/tea/cookies were always fresh all day. I would definitely stay here again! The only downfall is that the immediate surrounding area only contains gas stations and one, independent, restaurant (didn't try it). You had to get in a car to really get anything.

I stayed for the Hershey Half Marathon! It was a great room, very comfortable place to stay. There wasn't anything really close by to eat after we came back from the race but still nice. The only thing I did not enjoy was the 2 yr old girl whose parents weren't watching her when she pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night...but otherwise a great hotel!

This was a clean and comfortable place to stay while visiting Harrisburg and Hershey, PA. It was convenient to both places and was easy to access from the highway. It was quiet and well-maintained with a nice hot and cold breakfast and both an indoor pool and exercise room which were both clean and bright. I would recommend as a nice alternative to some of the bigger chains.

My family and friends had a wonderful time at this hotel. The waffle’s were delicious, the hot tub was great after a day in Hershey Park. The only thing I can say that I did not like was the TV's. It’s time to update to flat Screens. All and all I love it! I specifically want thank Barb in the Breakfast room, she certainly gives world class service.

Stay over the labor weekend so we can go to Hersey Park, It's not for from park (10 miles). Great breakfast every morning, room is clean, hotel look new not run down. I'll stay here again when in Hersey.. A+ A+

This hotel was close to Hershey about 5 miles away. Hotel needs some updating, AC was noisy, but I think most are in hotels. Pool was okay could have been cleaner and also the hot tub needed to be cleaner, there was mold around the edges. Breakfast was good!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as expected. The breakfast had a nice variety. Granted the eggs were fake and it was super crowded. Service was good. It served our needs.

The hotel overall was below average in my opinion, even though the room was ok. The price is a little high for this level of the hotel. The breakfast comes with the room, which was pretty bad; powder egg omelet, questionable baloney, and sour fruits. We had to eat in Macdonald’s instead. The lobby smells chlorine all the time. I would not stay there again.

The hotel was convenient for a Hersheypark visit. The room was clean. The indoor pool was great because it rained our first night. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast room was too crowded - but my son loved the waffle maker. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Exercise room was in rough shape - nothing really worked. Love the morning buffet though, and the free cookies and coffee 24/7 in the lobby.

We love the closeness to the park and other surounding areas that we need to go to. The only negative I would have to say is the free breakfast. The room was small and got crouded fast. they need more waffle makers for the people to make thier own waffles. We had to take our food up to our room to eat so we could have a place to sit. Our room was clean and roomy I would stay there again the next time we go to Hershey. Booking our room with hotels.com made our trip much more easier to plan.

This hotel was very clean kept!! The room was very clean and they made sure that they would come and clean the room daily while also providing you with new towels and condiments!! The lobby and hallways were also very clean. There is a pop and snack machine on each floor which I thought was convient, the staff was very friendly and accesible at all times. This hotel was literally 10 minutes down the street from hershey park. The breakfast was very good in the morning and they kept everything fully stocked or they would get u whatever you need, the only thing is that there is not alot of room for seating, but u can take your food to your room for breakfast in bed!! The only thing I didn't like was tht the hot tub in the swim area looked as if it needed some repair and the water looked kinda of cloudy, like it needed to be changed and the water smelled of too much chlorine.... also the room phone didn't work, which wasn't a big deal to me so I never bothered to complain about it but that may be a problem for someone else, overall I had an enjoyful relaxing stay, and will definently stay here again!!

Very pleased with this hotel! It was remodeled and clean! People were friendly and helpful! Only thing that bothered me was pool was not that clean and way to much chlorene. And the breakfast was too crowded! Would definately stay again and was a great location for visiting Hershey Park! Worth the price!

I've stayed at several Country Inn & Suites, and have had good experiences. Hence my decision to stay at the one at Hershey. This one is not up to par! The tub in the bathroom had black stains all around the caulking, and there was damage to the walls. The exhaust fan cover was falling off the wall as well. I also found dirt, dust and some of undertermined items on the floor. It was not cleaned well at all. This was not what I was expecting from a Country Inn & Suites. It's more like a Motel 6. I would avoid this location, and it should not be part of the Country Inn & Suites chain.

We booked this room for out trip to Hershey Park. The hotels closer to the park were a bit pricey so I chose this hotel. The location was perfect!!! It was a six mile ride that took about 10 minutes to get to the park. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and the free breakfast was nice also. The only complaint I have is our room location. We were on the main floor right next to the elevator. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room but we could hear the elevator go up and down every time it was used but like I mentioned we were hardly in the room so it wasn't a major issue. Also, we noticed on our account that the hotel charged a $50 fee in case there was damage to the room. This should have been mentioned at check-in. Upon check-in they said we would be charged for any room fees when we checked out. When we asked about the $50 fee we were told it was a security fee and we would be refunded by Wednesday since our stay was on a weekend. I have no problem with the fee. I just think it should have been mentioned prior. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

We had a reservation but probably due to late arrival about 8pm got the last room. Attendants were friendly and check in was slow bit ok. However after we checked in we found the room not clean. Dressers and windows smudgy, bathroom sink not clean, bedspread dirty. We asked for another room but hotel sold Out. They sent up a cleaning crew while we went to Dinner that helped. Air conditioner in room had to stay on all night to keep room Cool. Awful night!

This hotel was not worth the money we paid for it - it was noisy, smelly, and the breakfast area was very crowded. We were placed in a room on the first floor right next to the elevator. It was extremely noisy ALL night long. It must have also been next to some utilities - noise would come on at 2 am and last for 20 minutes. Off for 5 minutes, back on again for 10. We had to turn on the very loud air conditioning unit in our room just to provide a constant noise to drown out the other noise. Room & linens also smelled of cigarette smoke, despite being a no-smoking hotel. In the morning, talked to the girl at the front desk about these issues, she was too tired to provide decent answers. Blamed the noise on the elevator and the smell on the air conditioner. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Items ran out quickly, though staff was watching to refill often. The area was poorly laid out and small, making it very congested. Only able to sit in a separate "board room" opened up for breakfast.

the only problem i had was that i did not have my children's room beside my room.. other than that everything was ok.

The hotel was OK. If it was priced under $100 a night it would be a good deal. The free breakfast wasnt anythink special. Infact we did not take advantage of it our 2nd day there. Instead we went to a nearby Perkins.

We stayed here at our recent visit to Hershey. The room was clean and service was great. My only complaints are: The pool had no clean towels so we had to go to the desk to get them and the room for breakfast is too small!!! It was so crowded. We will stay here again though the next time we come here.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Hershey's Amusment Park and price. The hotel was clean and confrontable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Their breakfast was well stocked, tasty, and offered a good variety. The only complaint I have is that the wireless internet connection was slow and hard to connect to. However, they have a hard wired connection available. Overall I would highly erecommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice on the inside, room was clean and adequate, the bathroom certainly could use some updating and maintenance on the shower fixtures. Pool was small but enough to get wet and indoors which was a plus. The breakfast was very good, but the seating was definitely limited.

The rooms could of been alittle cleaner. Their was some hair in my bathroom shower. My daughters room had a moldy smell and looked like mold in the corner. The hotel staff was good about it and moved my daughter and family to another room.

Pool and hot tub, nice rooms, free cookies at desk, small breakfast room, very crowded, but all in all, very good.

Great breakfast, comfortable bed, bathroom a little moldy but overall good enough for one night.

i would highly recommend this place. It was less than 10 minutes away from chocolate world and park. It was clean, staff was always helpful. Complimentary Breakfast was always hot. Pool and jacuzi were great. It was a great price for everything we had. Air conditioner wasn't as cold as I expected. at highest setting it still wasn't cold enought; however, it was still comfortable.

I would recommend staying at this hotel, however, the check in desk was surly, unhelpful and appeared not to want to be there for the guests. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder about something and the attitude spilled over to me and my family. Did not appreciate it and certainly did not need it while attempting to have a good time with the family.
