Club Quarters, Wacker at Michigan - شيكاغو

The room was small and tight. They did change it for a $10.00 a night charge.I was told it was strictly a room. However I do not go to stay in the room. Room was clean and had a nice computer/printing area with great Kruig teas and coffee. A good desk area and a great view of the city. Desk clerk Ali was very helpful.It had a well appointed fitness center and The Corner Bakery was adjacent as well as an Italian Bistro on the street level. Train stop is at State And Lake on the red line. Bus #3 on Michigan whisks u 2 McCormick Place.

It was perfect. I would strongly recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Chicago, and I would definitely stay there again.

Easy check in and check out. This has to be one of the best located hotels in Chicago. Great value.

Although rooms may seem small, I found it very comfortable and served my purpose very well

Wonderful boutique hotel - great decor, location and staff. My only complaint is that alhtough it's nice to be green, the light bulbs in the room were too harsh and low water pressure in the shower is tough when you have long hair and you're in a rush.

Great view of the River and Trump Tower. Only complaint is that the room lacked a steam iron.

Great!

The hotel is great. It is in a great location right at Michigan Ave. and East Wacker. My friends and I would definately stay their again. Staff were great and extremely helpful. Food in Italian restaurant was excellent. All in all great value for the money.

We always stay here, the location can't be beat if you want to be able to walk to shopping, parks, museums, and restaurants. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.

Initially we enjoyed the hotel and area. It started downhill after sleeping on what had to be an ancient sway-backed matteress. Upon our return our room had not been cleaned.. we had to request it be done. The bed was made. Period. No replacing of the coffee supplies, paper goods, etc. You get what you pay for.

The Club Quarters was located within walking distance of lots of shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. My room is small but clean and well appointed. I would definitely recommend, especially for the price.

Met all of our requirements. The room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal. Would recommend to friends.

This is a good hotel for a business traveler. The rooms are clean. The hotel is relatively quiet and in good condition. There are microwaves and fridges and free Wifi. It is not as glamorous as the other local hotels but it is cheaper. The staff is also very helpful.

My stay was to see a movie and relax with my girlfriend. The room was ok. The bed was hard not what were used to. Had to call down for extra pillows. They brought them up with no problem. Room was over priced even with the hotels price.

I wasn't allowed to check in early, so that was a downside. Other than that, location was so central to everything. Rooms reminded me of a dorm, but I liked that. Mass transit super accessible to hotel. Will stay again.

The hotel is easily accessible to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The staff is attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bar are a nice addition. We had a pleasant stay and would return again.

Right in the middle of everything. Within walking distance of most attractions.

I stayed at the hotel on the 13th-15th of April for the C2E2 convention. The price of the hotel was exceedingly reasonable especially considering the area that I was staying in. The room was clean but it was a little small. When I opened the door, the door hit the bathroom door. Aside from that I don't have any real complaints about the room. I recommend this hotel to those that want to pay a reasonable price for a Michigan Ave. area hotel.

Had an excellent 2-night stay, high quality room at an excellent price on Wacker Drive. A short walk to everything including the L that runs to both airports. I booked a room at "Club Quarters" which seems to be on the east (lake) side of the lobby and I got a room at the "River Hotel" on the west side of the lobby. I don't know the difference. I have stayed here a few times in the past, always nice but don't expect to be pampered. I expect to stay here again the next time I'm in Chicago.

Great hotel, location...only need to report that the coffee machine did not work!!

I love staying at CQ, but not again at this one. there were two major problems. First, the elevators were very slow. One time I waited 6 minutes for the elevator to pick me up after pressing the button. If I wouldn't have been on the 22nd floor, I would have taken the stairs, and probably beaten the elevator. Second, the "king bed" was two twins that they pushed together. I know because my feet stuck over the edge. A couple of other minors things: The view of the river was really nice, but at sunset, it blazes into your room. I loved it, but others might not. They were working on renovating some of the rooms on my floor and I heard construction noises at 10pm. They should probably not sand the walls that late, but maybe they were on a tight deadline or something. Also, the hotel is right on a main street, so the road traffic can be heard throughout the night. Other than those problems, the location was great and the amenities at CQ are pretty wonderful (free internet and printing). I personally won't stay there again, but many people will be fine with it. I will choose to stay at the other CQ in town, even though it is farther from the main activities. That location is quiet and the elevator comes when it is called.

Coffee pot in room did not work. When front desk was informed staff was shruggingly unconcerned

Excellent service, polite and attentive personnel. My room had a few nicks and dings on the walls, and the shower could've used a bit of a scrub. Overall? Delightful, well-situated, I appreciated the 2nd floor Club Room's internet and beverages.

couldn't have hoped for better- location, weather, parking, amenities, computer, fitness, living room, etc. very above standard- we loved it!

Great--no FABULOUS location.

LOVED our stay, STAFF Friendly and efficient! the room is PERFECT! NOT TOO SMALL! its not supposed to be the size of your bedroom in your 2500 sq foot house! LOCATION, lOCATION>>>EPIC~~~ This hotel and staff were great, friendly the hotel is a landmark, we were on the 31st FLOOR! views incredible....and we were right off Michigan avenue... would stay there again, in a heart beat!!!! also the Italian resteraunt linked to it, FANTASTIC....we lived in Naples, Italy and these guys nailed the food! Great trip, Great Hotel and staff!!! Teresa and Robert

Id stay there again despite the 4:35am wake up call I received which was supposed to be for someone else. Hotel management was willing to right that wrong. Great location, convenient to the El and shops, very friendly staff.

The price was good but not worth the savings - was like sleeping in a closet. As for completmentary paper and bottled water good luck finding a paper and the water is self serve in the hall and not cold. I'll pay the extra to have a real hotel room in Chicago.

Was given a smoking room at first, but switched to a much nicer non-smoking after that mistake. Friendly staff. Like that they try to be eco-friendly. Free laundry machines and sell-serve water bottles! There should be more hotels with this model of service

The smaller rooms at this hotel are just that, VERY SMALL. But that is perfectly acceptable with such a great location and low price. The hotel staff were very kind and courteous and extremely helpful. Would definitely use again in the future.

Club Quarters on Wacker is a great location in downtown Chicago, but the basic rooms are small, about 5 feet wider than the width of the full size bed, which is fine if you aren't going to be in the room much. The full size beds are small, my feet hung off the end a little (I'm 6 feet tall), so if you're tall, you might want to consider a room upgrade to get a bigger bed.

Be aware very small rooms but clean bathroom OK needs painting overall I would stay again great location and price

The bathroom was not that clean and we went to get a coffee and no coffee any where. So went to tell them at the desk and the guy did not believe us and said i am sure we have some .That was it did nothing about it. No one came up to the floor to look and see. Alot of guest were looking for coffee. We were told it was free to guest. The valet parking was great. This was our 2nd stay and will not go back.

Hotel room was very small, but that's what you get for the price. Location is very convenient, right across from the river, and minutes walking from the Magnificent Mile. But you should know that the rooms are a bit tight....

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and the location can't be beat. It's close to shopping on Michigan Ave and State St. It's right by the river as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but cozy and comfortable. It's quiet. I will definitely stay again.

I was expecting a non-smoking room. The room obviously was a smoking room as the smell of cigarettes and ashtrays was terrible. The carpet was also dirty. I didn't ask for a different room as our stay was only 1 night.
