Great!!!!

the hotel and staff were great. only thing was the ice maker in the freezer didn't work but oh well. would definiteky recommend and visit again.... it was a stop through stay the day after i got married.

Concept of chain is outstanding for a business traveller.

Very good

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious! The perfect hotel for us!

Room Good. Service good. Not actually in anaheim so was further from disneyland etc than we thought and "business center" was a screen and keyboard in the hall way that didnt even have room for you legs to fit under so wasn't very good. It is about 7 miles from disneyland. Would stay again but would like to see better computer access.

It was very convenient and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only bad issue was that we stayed during a weekend where they had a lot of young cheerleaders staying there as well. The breakfast was good and filling. I would reccommend this hotel.

Very nice place to stay

Great hotel bathroom is a little dateted. The only bad thing is the parking. I had to park across the driveway at Chili's parking lot. Overall had a great time and enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt.

Room is very comfortable and very near Disneyland .

The hotel is very nice , the facilities are good and the hotel is in good condition. We came 3 families together and we where very disappointed from the service -first we came with A baby 10 month old and they didnt have crib to give us for the baby.second -the internet didnt work for 2 days from our 3 days stay.third - in the breakfast in one of the mornings part of the food was finished and they didnt bring new supply .forth -they didnt have coins for the laundry machines . But the biggest disappointment came from the general manger of the hotel that was very rude and almost attacked me ,what he had to say that non of the issues he controls and if im not satisfied I can check-out from the hotel. I must say that im traveling alot with my family and I never heard this kind of answers especially if I want to check out earlier.

I stayed in this hotel a few years back and had a great experience. It was disappointing the 2nd time around. PROS: - Free buffet breakfast (not the continental stuff) - Rooms are more like suites rather than rooms. VERY spacious. Biggest I've ever experienced for the price. - Kitchenette fridge microwave everything you could need that other hotels would charge extra for - 2 flatscreen TVs, one in the bedroom one in the living room. yeah there's a living room... it's that big. CONS: - I asked for a DVD player and they made me go downstairs to the front desk and fetch it? - I called the front desk in the middle of the night; I had a late night (1-2am) for extra pillows but nobody answered the phone - Was NOT able to access the "free wifi" because there were already too many people on it. - About 30 channels, No HD, no OnDemand The front desk was very friendly but I would have liked them to cater to me like most other hotels I've experienced. Granted, my room was upstairs and 10 steps away but I'd still like it if they would have brought the DVD player to my room and answered my call in the middle of the night for more pillows. Staying here was the equivalent of staying at a really good friend's house. You go in and stay the night but you have to help yourself. And your friend also makes a pretty stellar breakfast.

It takes 18 minutes to Disneyland. If you dont mind the drive then this is a great place to stay. Everyone is very nice. The rooms are excellent. I would stay here again

I was very pleased with this hotel. Great price, Clean, modern, EXCELENT staff relations. Good breakfast that changes daily. My only problem was the showerhead. It put out only 1/2 the water, with the rest of the water comming out of tub faucet. VERY FRUSTRATING for 3 days of showering. I notified management at time of checkout. Hopefully fixed.

The first time we stayed there the girl checking me in tried to give us a kitchenette when I specifically booked a room with a full kitchen. Then, the bathtub was ill equipped with working parts. The television remote in the bedroom did not function properly so had to manually change stuff on the tv. After complaining, they gave me 50% off the next time I stayed there. It should've been free, but I took it and that time I made sure to have them check the room to make sure everything worked before I got in there! It was better.

This hotel is the old Woodfin Hotel at Cypress. I recognized the old name of this hotel when I saw the picture at the website. We stayed at this hotel about two years ago when my family took a trip to LA to see Disneyland, Legoland, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Museums, shopping malls, outlet malls, etc. This time I made a reservation without hesitation for three nights. As before, the hotel was very clean, comfortable, spacious, unique in the sense of "suit" with an almost full kitchen, "well sound-proofed", and excellent price for the service. The "hot" breakfast was excellent with variety of choices of "hot meals", fruits and drinks. Particularly, the Japanese/Koprean style of menu with sticky rice, miso soup, seaweed and formented bean was very nice. Also the thick hot gruel was very nice. The hotel is located in the corporate setting surrounded by large corporations such as Siemens, and there are plenty of parking spaces. Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to try out the hot whirl pool bath or the heated swiming pool. We have seen some military personel there, perhaps because a joint military training cenetr is located nearby. My wish list is (1) Eggs cooked to the order and more variety of breads. (2) One somewhat better quality of TV rather two TVs, one in the living room and the othe one a small TV in the bedroom. The TV we had in the living room was somewhat old but functional, yet it is a Sony. (3) No on-site restraunt exists, but there are plenty of eateries at all price ranges around the area if you have a car. On one of the days we stayed, there was some kind of "bar" activity serving stakes and drinks. The front desk personel were very helpful, friendly and very comfortable to communicate with. I have been told that Hyatt has a major remodelling plan in the future. Even though the extent of remodelling is not known, I hope that the remodelling plan includes an addition of a reasonably priced restraunt. This hotel well deserves its name at t

I would definitely stay again. The employees were very professional. The room with 2 full beds and a pull out couch was plenty of room for a family of six. The full refrigerator and fully equipped kitchen was nice.

Very friendly staff respond quickly to any calls. Breakfast was excellent and the staff has done an excellent job in refilling food trays. Laundry room was good too. The internet connectivity was poor due to the high number of users (according the tech support). The cooking range was a very old unit. May be it is time to get a new one.

We stayed here for 3 days while we went to Disneyland and couldn't be happier with the hotel itself. Although it was about a 15 min drive to Disneyland it was worth the price for the quality and comfort of the hotel. The free breakfast was great, the very large room and convenient parking were also awesome. If you don't mind a short drive to the attractions I highly recommend you stay at this hotel not only bcuz of the price but just the luxury and comfort, plus the staff were all very friendly and helpful as well....

the only big complain that i have is the breakfast, not enough space to eat, very small selection, we have to wait for the food because there is to many people for the size of the place, we had to vein line just to have some breakfast and then you had to go outside or to your room to eat ,

this hotel was good, but we did not realize how far it was to disney. it is only 6 miles, but on local roads. it took about 10 - 15 minutes. we are used to staying much closer, but staying here was less expensive. however, the day before we left, i went online and found a place much closer for less. so if you are going to disney and want the convenience, it is worth it to stay closer to the park.

Before I entered the room, toilet tube was clogged. I requested to fix it. but they didn't. Even they didn't clean the room. I had to sleep dirty room with my family. Bathtub was very uncomfortable to use. It seemed to be clogged at first. Although I asked to fix, front never did it! It was terrible hotel. the worst I've ever visited. Never go to this hotel!!!!!

We checked into this hotel on the last three days of our US westcoast tour. The neighborhood was very quiet as it is between residential area (across the main road) and business park. It is very near driving to Disneyland and don't have to drive thru LA's infamous highway jam. Just along Valley View St and turn onto Katellia and in no time Disney has arrived! For ppl who must use the gym, the hotel gym is small but in very good condition and it is open 24/7. I would strongly recommend this hotel for those who are visting Disney and surrounding area. Staff are very helpful!!! I have no problem getting information from them .

Aside from the sometimes typical "hotel-smell", this was a really great stay. Comfortable room and beds. The bathroom door did not latch, and w didn't mention it to the staff, but the next day, a repairman came to fix it. The kitchen has dishes, housekeeping will wash them, laundry room, beautiful courtyard with a fountain and the pool and hottub. We stayed for 2 nights, and had way more pleasant surprises than disappointments.

The room was nice but the flat panel tvs are small. The hotel isn't close to any freeways so to get to Disneyland it takes about 10-15 mins. It came with free breakfast but very limited choices. The price is good for the hotel stay. At one point, the elevator didn't work so we had to use the stairs (we were at the top floor, good thing there was only 3 floors). They were willing to let us check in early at no additional cost.

Do not look look this hotel as a 3 star one. This hotel really deserves 5 star rating in its luxury and service.

We had a 3 night pleasant stay in this hotel. It is very close to restaurants and stores.Breakfast was really good and nice spread. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel, amazing hot breakfast, only 20 minutes from Disneyland.

Nice and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, clean, comfortable hotel; we will come again.

I stayed this hotel last December, and that is why I choose this hotel again for family trip. first the room is very comfortable and calm. Second, staff are very nice and breakfast is great. Third, the location is good for Disneyland. My wife and little daughter also like this hotel. We really recharged after being exhausted in Disneyland.

The hotel was exceptional for the cost. We are a family of four that were in southern California on vacation. We planned on a visit to Disneyland, and located the Hyatt Summerfield through hotels.com. The hotel is by no means glamourous, but very efficient.The hotel is located within a business park type area with plenty of chain-type eateries very close by. I felt that the area was very safe. The room we had was quite large, and was equipped with a kitchen. The appliances were dated, but functional. The two double beds were not queen size, but full size. Not a real issue because I kinda like cozy. The breakfast was a great value. Plenty of hot, and cold items along with fresh fruit, and juice. This was a terrific way to start our adventure into the cash-consuming world of Disney. The staff was very courteous, and our reservation was handled professionally. My only comments that could be considered negative would be targeted to the bath/shower valve. The bath fixture is an outdated delta product that is not of the scald guard variety. I prefer that the bath valve be temperature, and pressure sensative, so my kids won't have a problem taking a shower. This particular valve required more parental supervision than they would have liked. Being a plumber makes a person a little more aware of things like this. Also, the pool is a little small, and was not heated which would have been nice. All in all a nice place to stay.
