The room was clean and comfort -Hotel was clean what else could you ask for.

For the most part, every thing was fine. I would stay there again. Two gripes, No computer for clients and no Do Not Disturb signs for the door. Every day the maid service would knock on the door to see if we were out of the room, or needed anything. Every day, they were way to early for us.

In an area where there isn't much affordable around, this place is extremely affordable. The room was simple, but very clean. There wasn't any coffee put out at the breakfast bar at 5am, as I was told there would be, but there was coffee in the room. Only real complain was the complete lack of water pressure in the showers of both our rooms. The morning mgr. seemed unaware of this complaint, so perhaps it was a 1 time thing.

Everything was fine except the breakfast ended at 9:30 which, for a Saturday morning, was a little early.

very nice and will definitely stay again. in the Norwich area frequently and very glad there is a ncie, clean hotel in Norwich. price is wonderful!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good with a nice assortment of food to choose from.

In town for a family funeral and had initial reservations about a small town hotel, however, we were quite pleased with the Super 8. Rooms were very clean and in great condition. Hotel location was okay, no loud noises. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The complementary breakfast was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

very good for the price

For the price this is a well-run, clean place to stay. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I recommend this Motel 8 to anyone who is staying in the Norwich, NY area. It is modest but far more than adequate. I was surprised to find the coffee machine in the room and a hair blower even though I should have known from the advertising. The coffee, juice and pastries in the lobby were very nice. I was very satisfied.

Hotel & staff were very good, much better than you'd expect from a 2-star facility. Don't count on the WiFi though; my iPad couldn't connect at all to the "North" channel, and had major problems staying connected to the "South" channel, going only 5-10 minutes before requiring a "Renew DHCP lease" or something like that. So, if you need to rely on a dependable wifi signal during your stay, keep this in mind.

I have no problem with the hotel. I do have a problem with your service and will everything in my power to not use this service again.

It was very good except I could smell smoke in the lobby and up the stairs until you got you our floor which was a non-smoking floor

Free WiFi poor,needed to change rooms to get it .Luggage up steps to first floor ,no lift.

Every morning I was awaken by someone from the floor above...there was little or no sound-proofing between the third and second floor. Squeaks and the sound of heavy feet walking.

Personnel were very courteous and attentive. Hotel was clean. The only problem was one of our rooms (207) must have been freshly painted and the paint odor lingered. We needed to open windows to air out. In the same room the clock radio alarm went off at midnight frightening guest and causing injury to her back when turning to shut it off so the children would not be frightened. Other than that incident the stay was pleasant.

Great hotel for it's purpose. Slept soundly and got on our way the next morning.

The staff was friendly, our room was clean. The walls could use more sound proofing.

Hotel staff was not helpful at all. They were very rude and did not care. Hotel also needs some major updates. I had to find a different hotel to stay at because I was so dissatisfied.

The rooms were okay but smelled of smoke. The biggest problem was the other guests that stayed up outside my window and drank and parties all night.

In Cooperstown where we spent our day the least expensive hotel that we found was 4 times the price of this one. The room was clean and comfortable but there was an odor that lingered in the bathroom that I think came from the ductwork. We had a non-smoking room but it smelled of smoke. The breakfast table was open from 6-9 am. Bagels and small muffins in cellophane, Fruit Loops cereal, orange juice, coffee, & tea.

The Super 8 is not fancy but the room was clean, the front desk pleasant, and the air conditioning was powerful and quiet. There was plenty of hot water and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows.My dogs were made welcome with no extra charge. Nice place.

This hotel was nice but we were very suprised that there was a full size bed in our room and no refrigerator or microwave. They were also going to charge us $3.00 for NOT using the room safe? The experience was kinda odd but not bad.

This is an average hotel... clean and the staff is friendly. I would stay there again! Great for the price as well.

Clean, non-smoking room, at a reasonable price.

Hotel had our reservation wrong. They put us in their "guest cottage" to "make up" for it, without mentioning that there would be no maid service for our stay because we were in the cottage. The phone did not work in the room, and when we went to the desk they promised to have someone there right away to fix it (this was around 4 in the afternoon), they never came to fix it. At the same time as that we also asked for a replacement light bulb because one of the lights was out, there was actually a problem with the wiring.

Not close to anything, but, convient to Collgate when nothing is available in town. About a 20min ride.

We have used several hotels around the area. This was a little small with double bed vs others. However, it is cheaper and there is complimentary breakfast and full time juice.

The room was OK and the price was very good. The continental breakfast had cereal, juices, bagels, and muffins. A good diner was nearby. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
