stayed in this hotel and was disgusted, shower hardly worked and hot water continuly disapeared while using it. Bed were hard and lumpy ended up sleeping on the sofa bed as it was slightly better. After staying at other citadines in paris and finding them great the stay at this hotel ahs left me not wanting to go back.

Hotel Citadines Bastille Marais is a really good hotel, it is located near three metro stops, has full kitchen with a supermaraket a block away, two market days a week right outside the hotel. Beds are comfortable. I recommend it.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel. My only complaint is the distance of the hotel to Bastille subway station. It happened that it rained when I stayed at the hotel and I got wet walking from the station to the hotel. Also, I only had a small soap to bath, but I was able to receive another one from the front desk when I requested.

I stayed just for one night, and it was fantastic value for the price. I got a large and spacious room fully equipped with everything I would need for a longer stay (even though I didn't use much of it). The staff were helpful, but the front desk always seems a little understaffed so I would have to wait. The only complaint I have is that I only brought my smartphone, no computer, and they only have wireless in the lobby, so I had to consistently go downstairs to use their wireless on my phone or their computers, which were a bit outdated and slow. I would recommend not eating the hotel breakfast and going outside to a nearby boulangerie instead (or if you're there on a Sunday, to the open air market right outside with all sorts of vendors selling food).

This is a shockingly good place to stay. For a price comparable to that of a tiny room in the St-Michel or St-Germain, you get a nice roomy studio with a proper bathroom and ridiculously well-equipped kitchenette. The staff are friendly, the location unbeatable.

This hotel is a great inexpensive (relative to other options) option if you are looking for basic accomodation with a kitchenette that is not far from the city center. There are many cafes, grocery shopping, and boulangeries nearby to keep you stocked with food.

I like the location of the hotel, it is very close to amenities. It is very close to two metro stations and direct line to Gare du Nord. It is walking distance to Bastille and marais, one of the most trendy area of Paris. I love the cafes, restaurants and of course the bakeries. Apart from the fact that it was a sofa bed, I would go back for the area, I enjoyed my stay. I walked around the area at night and felt very safe. It is very popular with young people as well, A great location. 10/10 for the environment.

Citadines Bastille Marais in Paris was a great place - serviced apartments rather than actual hotel rooms are my preference for travelling, because at the end of a long day of sight seeing theres a space to come home to and relax in, you can prepare and store food and drink, etc. The rooms were modern, clean, spacious enough and very cosy and inviting. The internet in the rooms was great! All of the staff at Citadines were helpful, speaking with us in French and English, and helping out wherever they could - e.g. fixing a faulty room card immediately, allowing us to store our bags in the hotel after check-out because we had an evening train to catch. The location is also great, in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of bars and cafes and restaurants, and never more than 10 minutes away on the metro from all the main sights. The only negative thing would be the one thin blanket on the bed - we were lucky enough to have warm weather but I would like to think a duvet or quilt is provided in the colder months! Overall, very happy!!! :)

Great neighborhood, 4 blocks to Bastille, same distance to the Place des Vosges. Bus line right across street, two Metro stops in easy two block walk. Grocery store 1 block away. Room was very clean, with nearly new sheets and etc. Little kitchen had everything I needed for a 5 day stay. Bathroom and shower clean and nearly new - recent renovations? Would stay again in a minute. Will definitely use as my base next time in Paris.

We stayed at the hotel because a friend was also staying there. While the sofa bed in the studio apartment was not the most comfortable and while there was street noise to contend with, there was also air conditioning on a very hot day and with the windows closed the street noise was tolerable. The staff was English speaking and reasonably friendly. The location was very central and close to a metro stop. It was nice having a small kitchen in the room and the bathroom was clean! Considering that Paris is a rather expensive city, I thought the hotel was a good value for the money spent and I would recommend the hotel to others.

Les tapis des chambres devraient être supprimés.Souvents sales, ils sont les vecteurs de transmission de tout ce qu'on ramène de la rue.

とても便利なところにあると思います。 最寄り駅のブレゲ・サバン駅は、バスティーユからメトロ５番線で一駅です（歩けます）。マレ地区も近いです。 週に2回はバスティーユからブレゲ・サバン駅近くまで市が立つので買物に便利ですし、歩くだけでも楽しいです。Casinoというスーパーもすぐ近くにあります。 キッチンの電磁調理器が壊れていましたが、すぐに修理してくれました。 時々騒音（メトロ？）もあるにはありますが、スタッフの方の対応がよく、とても快適に過ごせました。

Nous étions quatre dans ce petit appartement,très confortable juste a cote de Bastille de la place des Vosges du marais enfin très pratique Je conseille cet appart hôtel a tous ceux qui veulent passer quelques jours a visiter Paris Il y a tous le nécessaire pour faire un peu de cuisine meme un lave vaisselle! Cote linge il y a suffisamment de serviette de toilette. Le plus c'est un parking ferme. Donc très bon séjour

Apparthotel bien situe proche du metro dans un quartier vivant. Studio bien équipe spacieux Ave petite terrasse très agréable, literie d'excellente qualité, décoration un peu vieillissante et bruit de circulation du metro au 1er étage. Globalement un très bon séjour il est dommage que personne a la réception ait pu me recommmander un restaurant

Hotel bien plaçé. Personnel aimable. Chambre agréable. Petit bémol, si je devais chercher un tout petit point négatif : la moquette serait à refaire. Quand même à conseiller. Bon rapport qualité :prix

Me pareció un hotel correcto, mi estancia fué muy corta, una noche, la situación está bien, la habitación un poco pequeña.

Olin 7 päivää Pariisissa. Hotelli on yleisvaikutelmaltaan ihan viihtyisä ja kaikki virkailijat olivat miellyttäviä ja tuntuivat nauttivan työstään! Puheet siitä, etteivät ranskalaiset osaa englantia voi unohtaa tässä hotellissa. 2 hh oli tilava ja keittiö mahdollistaa aamiaiset ja päiväkahvit, tosin kahvinkeitintä ei ole, mutta tarvittavat astiat ruoankin laittoon löytyy. Arvostan sitä, että kupit ja lasit olivat laadukkaita mm viinin nauttimiseen. Astianpesukone, tilava jääkaappi ja mikro ovat luksusta, jos vähänkään kokkaat itse tai ostat! Tilat olivat siistit ja oikeastaan ainoa miinus tulee siitä, että WC:ssä ei ole pesupisteitä, siis vain pelkkä WC-istuin. Kylpyhuone on erikseen altaineen ja ammeineen/suihkuineen. Huomioidaan, että vuodesohva on kätevä mutta jonkun mielestä ehkä liian kova ja kun parisängyssä toinen kääntyy niin kyllä sen huomaa. Tyynyt ovat normaalin mukavat eikä esim kovia koristetyynyjä, kuten joissain Pariisin hotelleissa on ollut. Sisäpihalle antava huone oli todella hiljainen, vaikka olimme toisessa kerroksessa, mitä nyt laulurastas tms herätti aamusta sisäpihan puutarhassa:). Arvostan luontoystävänä myös sitä, ettei pyyhkeitä ja lakanoita vaihdeta päivittäin ja ettei siivooja tms tulla tupsahda yllättäen huoneeseen. Muita plussia on tallelokero huoneessa, silitysrauta ja -lauta, hyvät säilytystilat vaatteille ja tavaroille, tv ja strereot sekä ilmastointi. Itsestäänselvyys lienee hyvät pimennysverhot. Jos ei vaadi luksusta esim materiaaleissa, yleisarvosana on reilu 9. Palaamme!

Certe persone dello staff della reception sono molto antipatiche e sempre arrabiate. Difficile ottenere un servizio e si deve lasciare la camera alle 11:00 e non si puo chiedere una mezz'ora in più!

Super séjour, budget et hotel parfait.

We vinden een hele mooi, schoon, perfect hotel/appartement zeker de moeite waard, als we de volgende keer naar Parijs zou gaan zou ik zeker naar roe gaan, aanbevolen. hij is dichtbij alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden.

superbe accueil, j'y suis allée seule avec ma fille le personnel très attentionné. La chambre très bien équipé, situation impecable, près de plusieurs stations de métro et un arrêt de bus interessant.

Vi var meget tilfredse med vores 3 dage på dette hotel, som ligger godt i nærheden af Bastillen og Marais kvarteret.
