We were only there one day but the staff and room couldn't have been better.

We were very happy with the stay -beautiful beach, nice area. The only minus was a very small breakfast area - way too small. But we will be back - we loved Ft Myers Beach.

We found the hotels service, outdoor heated pool and grounds lovely. The morning breakfast was good. However, there was never enough seating, Our room had full kitchen facilities so we brought our breakfast back to the room. The room we had was clean, and a beautifull view of the beach and ocean can be seen from every room in the hotel. We were disappointed that there was no gym or excersize room. The beach however is fantastic. One of the nicest we've ever been to. In Summary we would definetly come back to this hotel and Fort Myers.

I was very happy with our 3 day stay. The easy access to the beach and the excellent pool made it a lovely relaxing holiday. The room was very comfortable and the view from the balcony super.

The hotel was beautifully located on the beach. Lots of foliage and palm trees gave this hotel a very luxurious, tropical feel. Would like to have stayed here longer.

We spend a good time, the hotel is very nice.

Very enjoyable

The location is PERFECT! The room size all you need, with updating, the rate fair for the view and proximity to the beach!

It was perfect! Hotel was wonderful! Within walking distance to small downtown area with shops and plenty of restaurants to eat at!! Beach right there with access to renting chairs and unbrella! Beautiful grass area to sit under palm trees and just take in the view!!

Stayed here on March 31 to April 2, 2012. Just two of us. Wonderful room, staff and Gulf view. Great hotel at a great price and breakfast and 24/7 fresh coffe in lobby. Highly recommend. Also, Dow a bit from the chaos of the pier and wall to wall people on beach near public access lot.

Great hotel, immediate access to really clean beach. only downfall is traffic access to the peninsular (long jams (up to 30 minutes) to cross the bridge from Fort Myers. Not the hotel's fault, but very frustrating nevertheless.Would still highly recommend the Best Western for value for money.

The room was very clean but could have been bigger (had a King bed). It was a very, much needed quiet stay. That part I really loved. The free continental breakfast, to me, would be considered more than than; they just didn't have any hot foods but they had PLENTY of variety. They really need a restaurant (even if they could put it on the roof like some of the other hotels down the street). If they had a restaurant then you really wouldn't need to leave the hotel. There are other eating places that you can walk to but it would have been nice to have a convenient place to eat within the hotel. There are only 5 floors; it would have been nice to have had more than that. We had a nice view from the 2nd floor but would have loved to have a higher view. They need screens for the rooms for the patio doors; I'm highly allergic to bees and a few flew into the room so I couldn't open my sliding glass doors. A few black birds flew onto the porch while the doors were open and a screen would have been nice to make sure they were kept out. Hotel staff were extremely accommodating.

The hotel was clean, the people were friendly and for the most part it was very quiet and relaxing. We happened to stay there the week they were doing construction on the beach in front of the hotel but that is the way it goes. I believe the beachfront restoration is done in front of the hotel now so it will be nice, big and beautiful.

very nice beach hotel, the ocean is right there, the rooms are confortable and clean, and the continent"al breakfast is very complete, we"ll be back for sure!

Everything was wonderfull, large rooms and bath, nice breackfast and ocean view, but except the ants in the kitchen gabinets, we have never seen so many ants together.

Great hotel nice rooms.

nice location, nice beach nice, clean "new" rooms with balcony, kitchen, safe, Flat TV. BBQ in the graden. Good to spend one week or more......Just Great !!!

Coco the mascot is the best. good quiet palce as compared to the pier area hotels. highly recommended

The hotel was terrific. Right on the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Better in person than in the pictures. We had a great time and a great stay and will recommend this hotel to everyone we can. We will certainly stay here again!

my reservcation was not the same as when i called and wanted ground floor ocean view, when i got ther i was "UPGRADED" to a second floor room that smelled like rotten fish.

Hotel located within walking distance to town and located close to beach. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a nice continental breakfast that had lots of options - more than what we expected. Although the rooms were smaller than what we were used to staying in, they were well laid out and included a kitchen area. I would definately recommend this hotel to others.

Was very pleased with this hotel. Great location with easy access to beach and pool Beautiful oceanfront view from every room. Very friendly staff with a nice maintenance crew. Very clean and well kept grounds. Lovely beach front grounds. Just a short walk to times square shopping area. Free continental breakfast was a great plus. Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean with ceramic tile throughout. Very enjoyable vacation.

The Best Western Plus is in a great beachfront location. All rooms face the Gulf, the pool is on the beach, the lawn, grill and shuffleboard court are all on the beach. Many other properties call themselves beach front but the rooms face the parking lot, the pool is streetside and there is no greenspace. The Best Western Plus has ample parking on the street side, the rooms all have balconies facing the Gulf and great kitchenettes that include seating area, full size refridgerator, microwave, stove, dishes etc. The bedding is high quality, the furniture modern, the rooms clean. A big plus is the generous breakfast buffet included in the room rate.Only a couple of disapointments:the term "resort" is misleading: The pool is small ( but adequate), there is no hot tub or exercise room. Added value: the resident Green Parrot who hangs out in the lobby and outside in a tree. He talks, meows and laughs!

Excellent stay - friendly staff, clean rooms, great view of the Gulf.

My wife and I were very impressed with the Best Western on Ft. Meyers Beach. We were there May 19 thru May 25, 2010. The hotel and room were very clean. Maid service was great and staff friendly. We loved the view out the back. They had a very well maintained garden area with deck chairs to sit in. It is shaded with large palm trees so its great to be there during day if you dont want too much sun. At night its really nice to sit out back and listen to the surf. The pool area was clean. We rented chairs and an umbrella from a stand right on the beach next to the hotel. We also purchased a wave runner dolphin tour from the same stand. Well worth it. We were on the 2nd floor and the view was GREAT. From back of hotel its a short 10 min. walk on beach to the pier to get lunch and shop. Love the Times Square Pizza. Also check out Nervous Nellies restaurant for great lunch or dinner on the bay side (couple blocks from the hotel). Huge menu with large portion sizes. Prices and quality were very good. We will definitely be back to the Best Western. It is our first choice for Fort Meyers Beach!

Sehr saubere und gepflegte hotelanlage. Zimmer modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Jedes zimmer mit balkon mit blick aufs meer und für hotelverhältnisse hochwertiger und voll ausgestatteter Küche. Schöner strand. Die unmittelbare umgebung hätte etwas besser mit Restaurants etc. ausgestattet sein können.

Mycket bra hotell, helt rätt läge invid stranden och ca 10 min promenad till restauranger och nöjen. Det som drar ned servicebetyget är: 1.Frukostrestaurangen underdimensionerad vilket gjorde att det var svårt att hitta plats på morgonen. 2.Att allt serverades på engångstallrikar, platsbestick samt plast/pappersmuggar vilket inte är bra standard eller särskilt miljövänligt. 3. Att det under dagen inte fanns något att köpa i form av mat eller kall dryck. 4.Rummet ví hade omfattade två sängar för 4 personer, där sängarna var lite väl smala för att man skall sova bekvämt två vuxna och balkongen hade bara två stolar fast rummet var specificerat för fyra..

Perfect, perfect. I would definitely choose this hotel again. The hotel is on the beach. Nice garden with a funny game to play with in the shadow of the trees. Inside and outside the hotel it was very clean. Outdoor barbeques to borrow, several sitting areas in the garden. Nice and very friendly service with a parrot in service. Close to restaurants and some nice shops. The children enjoyed swimming in the pool. The room was huge with a balcony and all with ocean view. The bathroom was big and clean. The kitchen area was arranged in a perfect way and with all things you need. I wish we had had the opportunity to stay at this hotel at least a week. Free parking excellent. Although, the breakfast was disappointing, not much healthy food, as fresh vegetables, fruit (a few tasteless and dry oranges were offered), cereals or bread. Not much to choose from. Too much sweet cakes, which also looked cheap out and not genuine, baked. Recommending the Restaurant Matanzas Inn - perfect service, dining at waterfront and super delicious food. We loved this hotel and it will be the first chose, when we hopefully will return to FMB.

Vi älskade den vita stranden och vi hade våran svit på markplan, en helt fantastisk läge att bo på. Uppskattade att man kunde grilla (gasolgrill) om man hade lust med det. Personalen var hjälpsamma och trevliga.Frukosten var ingen höjdare för oss svenskar, mest muffins och andra kakor.vårat helhetsintryck var Tummen UPP:)))

Zimmer mir Küche, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Sehr sauber, sehr schöne und gepflegte Gartenanlage. Gerne wieder!

Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, was wir nicht gut fanden, war der Frühstücksraum. Er war zu klein, und für einen Ferienort eher dürftig. Zimmerservice war sehr gut.

Perfekt läge och fräscht och bra rum med underbar utsikt och balkong mot havet.
