Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal - أورلاندو

The stay was excellent. Atmosphere and service was very good. Would recommend!

The location of this hotel was wonderful. It was next to great attractions and restaurants. We only stayed one night, and didn't leave the hotel our first evening. Upon entering the room, we noticed that only one light worked in the entire room; the light right by the door. We spent most of the evening at the hotel bar, and the bartender was fabulous. Very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that when asked to charge the bar bill to the credit card of my travel partner, instead she charged the room. Valet seemed to be of no extra charge, which was nice. Beds were semi-comfortable. The iPod dock in the room was a plus. It wasn't our favorite, so we probably would not stay here again.

Very classy hotel...

Everything was great, except the light in the bathroom was blinking on and off, and it made it really hard to put on makeup. The conference facilites were perfect, the staff was friendly, and the room was beautiful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! It was very clean and modern. We spent most of our time at Universal Studios, but also went to Downtown Disney and the location was perfect for both. I would stay at the Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal again and also recommend it.

Hotel is excelent alrhough it os a shame that the more expensive the more they nickel and dime you for things that are usually free in other hotels. They have free internet at a business center only, but NOT in your room and halls of the hotel. The paid service is too much $20 per day

Everything was just as or better than expected. A small problem with the AC was resolved in minutes. We booked 4 rooms and we were all able to be next to each other. Great breakfast service available.

We stayed for a few nights in this hotel for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios. It was our first visit to this hotel and we were rey pleasantly surprised by the quality of the grounds, the friendly attitude of the staff, the excellent restaurants on site and proximity to Universal Studios! We would not hesitate to return on a future visit!

I loved the expirence , but I wish the service at the bar & grill was faster and no surcharge on wifi.

The location and the staff was great. Both bartenders at the pool bar and Elements were outstanding

Close to many things to do. Comfortable beds. Clean hotel. It's bordeline on needing some updating. I would recommend to friend or family visiting Universal Studios.

The experience was great. The room was clean, the all you can eat breakfast was nice, the staff was very pleasent.

We could have went across the street to Quality Inn and have the same room for less. For the rate they charge the room should be bigger and more comfortable. Staff at the reception was rude.

Eh, for location was ok! Hotel wasn't anything special (kinda disappointed) you spend close to $150 needs to be something nice.

Rooms were not as booked. We asked for adjoining king and double rooms to accommodate kids. Got double beds in all after we were repeatedly assured otherwise. Breakfast buffet was pricey, but many other options in surrounding area available.

The hotel has a wonderful tiki bar and restaurant. The game room for the kids is also very nice. We stayed for 1 night and would certainly stay again.

My husband took me away for my birthday. Was a beautiful and clean hotel. Loved the shower pressure and the bed was very comfy. The movie selection was great also. I'd stay here again. And the price was good!

Perfect location for Universal for a great price. Very clean. The free shuttle to Universal took 45 minutes for a 2 minute drive so I would recommend paying the parking fee at Universal. We ended up walking the 2 mile trek because we decided to eat at City Walk an the last shuttle service was at 7. Great hotel!!!

Great location. Overall clean but could hear next room as soon as we checked into room. Parking at night can be very tough.

There was unflushed toilet paper in our toilet when we checked in. There was a dirty kleenex between the mattress and the wall. Only a single queen instead of two full-size beds.

Everything was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Valet was very nice. I will stay again.

average room (1 bed suite as they call it) with no special qualities, could use updating, very noisy a/c system, comfy comfy bed,walls paper thin - could hear tv and chatting next door. located next to store room which was very noisy in the mornings. Bar food good with some lovely staff - Ali, Roberta,Sean, Benny. Breakfast buffet was basic enough and cold. 1 toaster was not enough, bread stale, bacon cold, overcooked and greasy, omelette station was good on the one morning we experienced it. poor continental selection. staff friendly. Universal desk was manned by sales team who were friendly although crown plaza staff hawking timeshare presentation for 'discount' on disney tickets was a poor show in my opinion. The one who was on the day we got ours was not back so they must rotate every 2 weeks so as not to receive complaints. Reception desk staff super friendly and valets were lovely especially Luis. microwave in back office so had to ask staff if i could access same to heat baby food..would benefit from a baby room with microwave, changing table, sink and kettle to wash baby bowls/bottles and sterilize same.

Upon arrival and entree to the room, I observed stains on the furniture, the tub was dented and rusted, and the room was located right next to the outside air conditioning units. During the evening the loudness of the units woke both myself and my fiance'. At 9:00am, room service was persistant in knocking on the door for turnover. When discussing the decrepencies with the front desk, no manager arrived when ask for and I was offered a complimentary cup of coffee, for my troubles. I would expect better from a hotel with a 4 1/2 star rating. Although the access to the surrounding attractions was superb.

It was my son's Birthday the four of us stayed at the Crowne Plaza, it was well maintained. Will stay here in the future.

Reception staff could have been more friendlier. Asked for an exgtra bed in room but wanted to charge me 20 dollar a night. Fire alarm went off one morning at 7 a.m. and didn't apologise to guests which I thought was strange. A free drink could have been offered. Restuarant staff and the breakfast was top notch. Would have liked if the free shuttle to theme parks have more frequent times and also ran an evening shuttle to take you back to islands of adventure.

Our stay was short, it was difficult with traffic and had to travel 20 minutes away after the park closed to get something to eat. Sunday morning at 8:30, alarm went off and called front desk to verify but no one answered. I have stage 4 colorectal cancer and walking down 10 flights of stairs for a false alarm was not my plan of relaxation. The manager did not even offer apologies.
